Game Master Saint Caleth

If the guard in H12 is still alive, Erie will move to B13, and will then fire two arrows at him. If that guard is dead before she shoots, she will instead move to -A15 and will fire at the half-dragon.

Attack 1: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (9) + 5 = 14
Damage: 1d10 + 5 + 1d6 ⇒ (1) + 5 + (4) = 10
Attack 2: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (18) + 5 = 23
Damage: 1d10 + 5 + 1d6 ⇒ (8) + 5 + (6) = 19

Male Human Soulbolt 4

HP:26/30 after Krathok's healing.

Quodak will 5-foot-step to A-14, firing at the half-dragon after he takes a move-equivalent action to regain psychic strike.

Attack:1d20 + 9 ⇒ (5) + 9 = 14
Damage:1d10 + 5 + 1d8 ⇒ (10) + 5 + (8) = 23

Just waiting for Knjolmar's action as far as I can tell.

Male Dwarf Rogue (scout) 4

Kjolmar staggers backward out of the cloud, disoriented by it. He quickly recovers, however, and sees a guard available for attacking (at H12). He moves in and slashes angrily with his sword.

Attack: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (9) + 4 = 13
Damage: 1d6 + 2 ⇒ (6) + 2 = 8

Orion and Kjolmar Perception DC 23:
The wyrmling is hiding in the cloud in F12.

As Orion reaches around in the cloud to grab at the wyrmling, he cannot find the dragon in the smoke. However, a line of bubbling acid comes out of the cloud directly at him. (11 acid damage; Reflex DC 13 half).

Kjolmar moves to close with the last human guard and slashes at the man unsuccessfully, as Erie's volley of arrows streaks past, uncomfortably close. One strikes the guard in the neck, and he falls to the ground bleeding, the wand rolling from his limp fingers.

The half-dragon absorbs another blast from Quodak on his heavily armored and scaled chest before launching into a doomed fury of claws and teeth. (16 damage to Quodak from 1 claw and 1 bite).

Now that's what I call Payback.

Female Elf Scout 1/Fighter (Targeteer) 2

If, by some miracle, the half-dragon is still alive on Erie's turn, she will dash to A15 and fire two arrows at him.

Attack 1: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (5) + 5 = 10
Damage: 1d10 + 5 + 1d6 ⇒ (9) + 5 + (1) = 15
Attack 2: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (16) + 5 = 21
Damage: 1d10 + 5 + 1d6 ⇒ (8) + 5 + (2) = 15

If the half-dragon is dead, Erie will stay where she is, watching for any more guards or onlookers.

The half dragon is very extremely dead, leaving only the wyrmling.

As Moredrel finishes casting, a brilliant eagle appears.
As a summoned creature that I can't communicate with, it will attack my enemies. I'm not sure whether that lets it know that my enemy is hiding in the smoke cloud. Moredrel will point down to the cloud to give it some direction. Assuming that it does attack:
Summoned Eagle attack: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (4) + 3 = 7
Talon damage w/smite: 1d4 ⇒ 3(+1 smite if it's evil)

He will then step to B12 and concentrate on the swarm sending it scuttling down the wall and through the cloud, passing through E12 and F13 before dissipating. If it does find the wyrmling,
Swarm damage: 1d6 ⇒ 4+poison & distraction (both 11 DC saves)

"Musimy się tego pozbyć, że chmury!"

Xaidan:
"We've got to get it out of that cloud!"

Reflex 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (2) + 1 = 3

Orion Grits his teeth to keep from roaring in pain, but his wounds seem to already be sealing themselves. (Infernal Healing). He then reached back into the cloud with an angry look on his face to grab the wyrmliing.

CMD 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (2) + 7 = 9

Male Dwarf Rogue (scout) 4

Seeing the guard struck dead by Erie's arrows, Kjolmar goes into the cloud on the opposite side of the litter from Orion, in order to close off the dragon's escape. He then stabs into the litter attacking at the vague outline of the wyrmling barely visible in the mist.

Attack with shortsword: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (13) + 4 = 17
Even though the cloud is obscuring my vision, I can still threaten within 5' of me, since I can still see enemies within 5'. Thus, I should be flanking right now.
Damage: 1d6 + 2 ⇒ (4) + 2 = 6
Sneak damage if I have flanking: 2d6 ⇒ (6, 4) = 10

And if you want me to roll for concealment (within 5' of the enemy, so in most fog spells/effects it would be 20% miss chance):
Concealment roll: 1d100 ⇒ 78

Quodak virtually blows the half-dragon's head off with his burst of force, sending the body slowly toppling off of the roof.

The eagle summoned by Moredrel seems to understand that the action is now in the cloud and dives in shrieking, only to disappear into the smoke. As the swarm passes into the cloud before finally breaking up, you hear a cry of pain, presumably from the wyrmling.

Kjolmar:
You step into the cloud and stab under the litter where the wyrmling might be hiding, however your blades connect only with open air. However a lithe blur of scaly flesh leaps up from the ground at your feet and snaps with teeth and claws before leaping away beyond the limits of your vision. (9 damage from two claws).

DM Rolls:

Acrobatics:1d20 + 10 ⇒ (17) + 10 = 27
Stealth:1d20 + 21 ⇒ (10) + 21 = 31
Bite:1d20 + 6 ⇒ (7) + 6 = 13
Claw 1:1d20 + 6 ⇒ (12) + 6 = 18
Damage:1d6 ⇒ 3
Claw 2:1d20 + 6 ⇒ (15) + 6 = 21
Damage:1d6 ⇒ 6
Stealth:1d20 + 21 ⇒ (8) + 21 = 29

Round 5:

As new hurt is evident, Krathok redirects his stream of healing..

Growing tired of trying to grab the little bugger and failing Orion Swings his club at the cloud and attempts to connect with the beast.

Two handed great club while flanking 1d20 + 10 ⇒ (1) + 10 = 112d6 + 10 ⇒ (3, 4) + 10 = 17

Male Human Soulbolt 4

HP:17/30

Quodak Psionically focuses before stepping toward the edge of the roof.(A15)

Male Dwarf Rogue (scout) 4

Kjolmar steps out of the smoke to see whether the dragon is making a run for it, taking out the net given to him by Belisarius as he does so. Move to E14, drawing the net as I move. If he sees the wyrmling, Kjolmar will throw the net at it, otherwise he'll ready an action to do so. He silently hopes that Belisarius's distraction would last them long enough to get the wyrm and get out.

Moredrel shouts from the edge of the roof, "Kunt u de stekker uit het nest? Of gebruik het net?"

Camthi:
"Can you pull out the litter? Or use the net?"

He will cast Guidance while waiting for the wyrmling to emerge.

The eagle continues to attack within the cloud.
Anything within the cloud should be within reach, so:
Summoned Eagle talon: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (8) + 3 = 11
Talon damage w/smite: 1d4 ⇒ 4
Summoned Eagle talon: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (11) + 3 = 14
Talon damage w/smite: 1d4 ⇒ 3
Summoned Eagle bite: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (1) + 3 = 4
Bite damage w/smite: 1d4 ⇒ 2
(Flanking bonus if appropriate)
(+1 smite damage to each if it's evil)
Perception: 1d20 + 10 ⇒ (1) + 10 = 11 if that will help

You see the eagle swoop out of the cloud and then dive back in, chasing the wyrmling, but suddenly the wyrmling itself flies out of the top of the cloud and arrows towards Erie. Orion gets an AoO. Kjolmar, the wyrmling is 15' away from you and thus out of range of a your net if I am reading the description correctly. I might be wrong though.

Assuming that Orion cannot one-shot it... The wyrmling leaps onto Erie, snapping away with its multitude of sharp teeth. 2 damage from a bite attack, and being a tiny creature, the wyrmling is now in Erie's square.

DM Rolls:

Bite:1d20 + 6 ⇒ (15) + 6 = 21
Damage:1d4 ⇒ 2

Flanked enlarge raged two handed club AOO; 1d20 + 10 ⇒ (17) + 10 = 272d6 + 10 ⇒ (1, 4) + 10 = 15

Half-Orc Barbarian 1

Round 6:

Seeing the wyrmling make it's escape from the smoke, Krathok points at the dragon and reaches out with his mind to crush it's spirit.

Inflict Pain ranged touch 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (8) + 2 = 10 for 1d3 ⇒ 3 damage

Moredrel smiles and fixes the tiny dragon with his stare before bursting out into wild laughter again.

Evil Eye -2 Saves Will DC 17
Cackle

The eagle follows the wyrmling up from the smoke clawing at him as he attacks Erie.
Eagle Talon: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (16) + 3 = 19
Damage: 1d4 ⇒ 3

Male Dwarf Rogue (scout) 4

Seeing the wyrmling leaping out of the cloud and out of his range, Kjolmar instead moves near the entrance of the alleyway and looks out for other enemies coming into the alleyway.

Perception, if needed: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (18) + 5 = 23

Male Human Soulbolt 4

Round 6:

Quodak should have been in A16, not A15

Move: Charge Psychic Strike

Standard: Attack Wyrmling
Attack: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (13) + 8 = 21
Damage:1d10 + 1d8 + 7 ⇒ (5) + (3) + 7 = 15

Orion catches the baby dragon with a mighty blow of his club. Despite the distinct sound of bones crunching, the wyrmling continues flying on its path.

As the wyrmlign snaps at Erie, Quodak fires a shot inches from the elven woman's nose, which hits the wyrmling solidly and blasts it to the floor, still breathing but unconscious.

You are left in the alley with the litter, two dead guards, two guards bleeding out and the unconscious wyrmling. You can see Belisarius in the melee ensuing in the main street. He is motioning you to get out of the alley before any of the other guards notice that the litter leading the procession has vanished.

Orion moves to and begins to climb the nearest building. He will help anyone who needs it or if someone small enough is on the ground Orion will simply grab them, throw them over his shoulder and proceed to climb up.

Climb 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (12) + 8 = 20

Moredrel calls down, "Pak de staf en de hoorn."

Camthi:
"Grab the wand and the horn"

He'll begin casting Detect Magic in hopes of seeing if there's anything else left.

Moredrel wrote:

** spoiler omitted **

He'll begin casting Detect Magic in hopes of seeing if there's anything else left.

Orion will do so befoe climbing.

Detect Magic:

Besides the Horn and the wand, there are several auras within the litter. The leather armor and belt worn by the half-dragon are also magic.

Made a mistake. Climb check is actually 24.

"Someone take the half-dragon's belt and armor. There's more magic down in the litter too. Do we have time?

I don't know who can see out into the main street
Moredrel is still concentrating on Detect Magic.

Will I be able to distinguish the auras if I concentrate longer or are they just too far away and in too much clutter to pick out?

Anyone standing at street level can see onto the main street.

Moredrel:
You can detect a universal and a transmutation aura in the litter, but you cannot tell what they are through the smoke and curtains on the litter.

Half-Orc Barbarian 1

Krathok moves into the smoke and attempts to drag the litter free of the smoke...
Strength check: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (7) + 2 = 9

If that fails, he instead strips it of everything that he can grab.

Female Elf Scout 1/Fighter (Targeteer) 2

Erie continues to watch for anything suspicious.

Perception: 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (10) + 9 = 19

Krathok tugs on the litter, but cannot move it, since it was clearly designed for four men to lift, not one. As he does so, the cloud of smoke slowly begins to dissipate, revealing one guard clearly dead and two bleeding out.

Krathok:
Peeking into the litter, you see a literal bed of treasure, presumably intended to become the beginnings of this unfortunate dragon's hoard. Amid the layer of gold is a blindingly shiny shirt of silvery chainmail and a colorfully painted bow along with a small lacquer-work box and a dagger made out of strange reddish bronze.

Perception DC 15:
You can hear running feet converging on Belisarius' riot from all different directions.

Remember the wyrmling is not dead yet, only unconscious.

Half-Orc Barbarian 1

Krathok grabs everything he finds in the litter, then moves to the guards left in the alley, stripping them of anything of value.

DM Caleth - if I can, I'd like to make it out on ground level, though will climb if I have to.
Climb: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (5) + 2 = 7

By now the cloud has fully dissapated, and it is clear that the diversion is at an end, since you can see the main street flooded with guards, although they are still too busy quelling the disturbance to look for the litter and the wyrmling.

DM Caleth wrote:

"Time to GO!" Orion say's loudly, but not yelling. He then proceeds to climb up the building after grabbing whatever instructed to that anyone else didn't grab. Climb check 24 (rolled above)

"What do we do about it?" pointing at the wyrmling.

I assume someone's been stripping armor and belt off the half-dragon, while I was still detecting?

Moredrel wrote:

"Oh, right." Orion says as he comes off the wall to walk over to the wyrmling and with both hands bring his club overhead then down on the wymlings skull. (presumably flattening said skull). Then wordlessly go back to climbing the wall.

Male Dwarf Rogue (scout) 4

Sorry about lack of posts, weekends are usually busier for me.

Kjolmar quickly helps in removing the half-dragon of his armor and magic gear, then says to the party in Camthi: "Up and over the buildings then?" As he also starts to climb the walls.

Climb check: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (6) + 6 = 12

Male Human Soulbolt 4

Camthi: "I believe that would be wise."

Acrobatics, if needed to navigate the rooftops:1d20 + 8 ⇒ (19) + 8 = 27

Female Elf Scout 1/Fighter (Targeteer) 2

Erie nods in agreement, and begins scrambling over buildings to get away from the scene.

Acrobatics: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (1) + 8 = 9

...and probably falls off entirely.

If we have to climb to get out of here:

Camthi: "I'll probably need some help."

Acrobatics: 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (19) + 1 = 20
Climb: 1d20 - 2 ⇒ (3) - 2 = 1

I can also dismiss the Enlarge Person if Orion wants, since it'll make him even more noticeable climbing around up here.

Wait to dismiss until I'm at the top

"Who has a rope?" Presumably Orion made it to the top. Once there he will tie off a rope for the others to climb up.

Erie, you should probably make a reflex save with that acrobatics roll.

Half-Orc Barbarian 1

As stated up thread, Krathok is making his way away on the ground if possible

Male Dwarf Rogue (scout) 4

Kjolmar will help others climb once he's at the top, using the net as a rope if none other is up there. Once everyone is up (that wants to go up), Kjolmar takes off without so much as a word.

Acrobatics: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (19) + 7 = 26

Guess I made the check. :P

Female Elf Scout 1/Fighter (Targeteer) 2

Reflex Save: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (5) + 6 = 11

Uh oh...

Guess I made the check. :P

Once everyone is up Orion too will take off across the rooftops. He uses his wings to aid in jumping and occasionally needing to glide to cover the distance. (Acrobatics for jump check for him are +20. Basically he can jump a 20 foot gap without risk of failure.)
