Zileska is, after all, a character who trades in sex as a matter of course, but that can be curbed if it's going to get the game shut down.
Ok. Full disclosure:
Since DM Brainiac is supportive of it, I have no issues with it.
There have been a number of scenes between Zhi and Melodie that have occurred off-camera via PM's that were at least as explicit as Zileska's scene (yes, some even involved 'toys' >;) ). DM Brainiac had no issues with them being on-camera, but I'm not sure if I'm brave enough to post some of that material publicly (my hang-up, yes).
I did them privately rather just make assumptions and move on because there were events that took place that had other effects on character interaction and development. They also created potential story hooks for our Evil DM (who received final versions of each scene).
Also, to be totally honest, they were really fun to collaborate on. ;)
The other reason that I wanted to do them through PM's was that there was no way that I would want to be the one responsible for getting this incredibly enjoyable game shut down on the - admittedly very small - chance that someone complains about something that I wrote.
That probably sounds like I'm saying 'don't do that!' and I'm really not. All I'm saying is that I'm not brave enough to accept that responsibility. I salute those that are.

I did really enjoy Zileska's scene. :)
As a side note, if my co-writer (Melodie/Nikolaus de'Shade) has no issues with it, I'd be happy to pass along the final versions of the off-camera scenes that we've written to any of you via PM.

Looking at the time; I'm worried that the chance for Maria to get her reasoning in - which would be right after Sara's answer depending on what she says - is gonna be long-gone by the time I have a chance to make that post (it's about 7pm right now, for reference, and I get the feeling that Sara won't be posting until after I've gone to bed and then the conversation would've raced a few miles ahead by the time I get up tomorrow morning).
I'm not saying that you should put the scene on pause to wait for my post, just... take your time progressing it. :P

DM said there is one more sidequest for us in Voinaris, and Sara would really like to go talk the Baroness regardless, seek her aid, giving us a reason to be there IC (also, if Melodie shares what happened, Sara's gonna want to stick to her like glue, cause what's the point of security if your bodyguard is across the county, so it lets us not split the party). Additionally, from a meta examination of the story structure so far, there may be a last persona phase or a trial idk
Curious about the lack of gained loyalty points tho, I wonder if the book doesn't expect you to seek allies in your attack, or even if we failed in our mission (but now I'm remembering that we're still awaiting news of Zileska's success/failure, and the mission may resolve at that point)
Given how close we are to 50 I wonder whether that might be a threshold/completion point - as you say we've done pretty much everything so if we can pick up 4-5 points for any remaining quests etc and hit 50 then I think we'd be done.
Let's see what the mighty GM has left up his sleeve for us!

Baroness Voinum sent you a letter inviting you to meet with her. It might have gotten overlooked in the shuffle.
You will gain Loyalty Points for recruiting the Four Hoods once you secure their promise of amnesty. You can write a letter to Princess Eutropia and make a Diplomacy check to do so.
A letter will be coming to you from Martella soon triggering the final section if this adventure. There will be one more persona phase as well. I will get things moving when I have more time.
@Sara: I notice Sara didn't mention having to pretend to be someone to Melodie (and Zileska). Is that because we know each other from way back or because we've been fighting plenty recently? ;)

Since we lost so much time with the boards down, I've decided to skip the side quest related to Voinaris. Besides, it's a bit underwhelming.
For those curious, Voinum would have asked you to investigate a nearby hamlet called Sotto whose herds of goats are being depleted. The citizens are being extorted by a worg who demands the goats to feed his wolf pack, threatening to take a child for each goat not offered up willingly. It basically then becomes a straight up fight against a worg and a bunch of wolves. I don't think it would have been much of a threat to you at this point.
I'll give others a chance to converse with Baroness Voinum before I post again. But the next post will move things along up to just before you head to Lotheedar to take the palace. You'll have one last persona phase before that happens, so you can start making plans for your actions there. You'll also hit level 6, but that will be after the persona phase, so please still use your level 5 stats for your rolls. :D

Yeah, I saw his posts saying that in the thread about the guide over in the path's subforum. Hopefully it'll be out before the weekend.
I'm also incredibly interested; Rise is one of my favorite APs and I have been incredibly excited for Return.
Might give me the chance to try out a Sorcerer/Dragon Disciple I've been thinking about. Maybe not overly optimised (since I'd be letting Dex fall by the wayside in favour of starting with a high-ish Strength), but should be interesting to play a character who fights like a dragon - spells at distance against the tough stuff, then swooping down on the squishier people who'd rather avoid melee and start with a little impromptu organ-harvesting. :P
I was considering an Ioun-Kineticist, the only problem being that that archetype is a straight-downgrade in almost every possible way! So a normal Aether kinet who likes Ioun Stones might make more sense...
Also, Mel is fully levelled for 6! Yay! :D
