Things are ok for me game-wise, though I've had to cut about half of the games I was in as I needed time. It's easy to add too much on your plate.
Not sure what I think about a new edition, but I know I was getting overwhelmed by the number of complex options in the current one. So I'm hoping the next will be more streamlined and less 'broad.'

Yeah I have mixed feelings about the complexity.
On one hand I have a lot of nostalgia for old-school so when 5e came out I was eager to try it, and it is really cool, because if you're surrounded by archers you have to be scared even if they are level 1. But the way they reigned in the numbers from getting so big also feels like it means the dice roll ends up being sooo important. We saw things like the strength based fighter failing to bend the bars, and the low strength wizard says "what the heck I'll give it a try" and succeeds with a lucky roll.
The big numbers and big options/fiddly bits of pathfinder means when you speciialize in something you really do get to be better at it. Sort of. Usually.
