The faygees were superb - looking back it is always the macabre and down right scary where the game really punches my gut;
The skin bag, Stumpy (where is he...), the Shutter Island-like vibe of the madhouse... Lynchian-insect people - its made for a heady bag of headfeckery! lol
Didn't we perform a mercy killing on the dandy skipper? If Kauly had got his way it would have been ugly lol... Dibbs did the right thing in putting him down ;)

Perhaps this is the conversation of the Association of Yellow Robed Sorcerers...
Off to trawl for Kaul references or perhaps even the Mighty Tum Bobo!!!

Found this on DM Carbide's php (he sounds a shifty one and no mistake ;)
As you approach the ship the apparent captain comes on deck, a grizzled half-orc with a hook hand and scars that would seem to indicate that he's had at least one close encounter with a ship's keel in his past. He grins as he takes the note from Gallowsmith, though the grin dies away as he reads over it. "Laekastel? That's a Chelish port...not sure about that." From the steering deck a Taldan sailor calls out, "Maybe you'll meet someone you know, ma--" At the half-orc's glare the Taldan grins. "Captain, I mean. Captain Kaul, sir." He gives the party a wink as the half-orc, mollified, motions you on board and starts bellowing orders.
However it seems he's a seer and a visionary...
Cap'n Kaul... like the sound o' that.. Hur!

Prerequisites: Dex 13, Improved Grapple, Improved Unarmed Strike.
Benefit: When a f lat-footed creature is unaware of your presence and you successfully grapple it, you can attempt a second grapple combat maneuver check to pin the creature as a free action. If you have the Chokehold feat (Pathfinder RPG Ultimate Combat 92), you can instead use this second combat maneuver check to initiate a chokehold.
Newest favoritest feat from the Monster Codex - actually finally gives you a way to stealthily and silently take out a sentry without relying on damage. Sneak up and chokehold him down ;)

On Facebook Jimmer's real life counterpart said that he had to take his mother to the hospital, so Jimmer might be tied up a bit.
Not taking her to hospital, just visiting her there. She was coming home from Lost Wages Las Vegas yesterday and had a TIA in the airport there; fell and broke her wrist, then flew home like that and was taken away as soon as she got home. She's doing pretty well, all in all. The volume affected by the stroke is very small, with no blood vessel involvement, and the wrist break is just an ulnar fracture. It was still a little scary for a while, there.

T'was my minimal effort Halloween costume from last year. $14.99 from thinkgeek. Was received well enough, but one cannot understate the sauna effect of walking around in it for about two hours in Malaysian weather.... I was both ripe and dripping when I peeled it off.

If anyone is interested, I'm going to try something new to give myself a kick up the butt to get some of the disparate ideas flowing through my head onto electronic paper here.
Feel free to ignore, read, laugh, make fun, make suggestions, make hand-puppets, etc as you see fit :)

We're in Buisness lads!!!!
The Fragrant Breeze
An ordinary looking, ramshackle wooden bar near the water, the Fragrant Breeze serves only grog, rum and hard spirits. There is no food, no wine, and no comfortable seating. Sparsely filled with repaired and mismatched wooden tables and chairs, one might wonder how in the name of the Pirate God this place stays in business.
In truth, the owner, Dibbets (N male halfling bard 3/ freebooter 7), is an agent for the Halfling Benevolent Society. Leathery, weather-beaten, tattooed, and bearded, Dibbets acts as an information funnel for juicy news and rumors heard here in the Warehouse District, and Finn pays him well for his service.

Dunno I've no problems with the Bard Levels - as what it fails to note is that he has the Arse-trumpeter archetype ;)
So aye he's played a few tunes and hit the odd sour note right enough! Hurhur.

Heh... this in$anity $hite fairly makes things interesting lol
yeah : ) We're trying an insanity system in another game I'm playing in, but the effects are really only temporary fear effects. it doesn't amount to much of interest. and the points are easily erased outside of combat.
I like this system b/c the pernicious effect on will saves keeps things kinda crazy and when you get low enough things get really interesting (e.g. Dingus with some help from outside influences) even if it's a bit of GM fiat.

It fits reasonably well with the overall low power level of the game, though it does make the heavy hitters far more glass cannon-y. (Yeah, I know--if we spent some of that money we have on magic items we'd be tougher, but even so.)

We're up to 24th in most posts in a gameplay thread, and ten of the threads ahead of us haven't seen a post in at least a couple of months.

Alright, keeping up with the loot!
Was Dibbs going to use one of the fetishes? he was grousing about AC.
Also, maybe time to switch to plunder points with Dallain's stuff.
figure 2 plunder points for bed bits, nuggets and bejeweled dagger.
diamonds worth a fair bit, but might need serve as restoration components
