With Truk's channel the vision disappears but John, Lucrezia, and Andrea are seething with hatred. Each looking at their supposed friends with contempt as they relentlessly attack their allies, as if under the influence of a song of discord.

I think just Truk and Grimm are right next to Lucrezia, looks like a space between her and Orsin.

LS 2: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (18) + 7 = 25;damage: 1d8 + 7 ⇒ (8) + 7 = 15

Fluer is clearly startled as John viciously attacks without provocation.

Since John leads off the round I want to makes sure everyone observes how serious this is, rather than waiting for his action.

It makes perfect sense to everyone now (except John, Andrea and Lucrezia), why the Thrune Pathfinders abandoned and sealed up Delvehaven. It is haunted by spirits of the dead and the mad!

Was looking at old map where Fleur was next to Andrea and getting attacked. Truk is well armored. Fleur is not. If you are happy with Grimm helping Truk, I am cool with it

Amended rd1:
Sseeking to protect his allies, Grimm casts COMPEL HOSTILITY and stands next to Truk (G17) as Lucretia attacks the half orc.

Lucretia has to make a will save to attack anyone other than Grimm (even while Truk grapples her) DC13. She is tying to hit AC 25.

I you need to make CMD vs Truk to break his grapples. Since you need to make a Check in place of an attack I would say IF you pass your save you could attempt to break the Grapple as normal. If you fail you would focus on Me. Since you couldn't attack I'd say you lose your action to CMD and Truk auto maintains his grapple.

Lucrezia you need to get out of the grapple condition, then Will Save.

I re-read the thing and it said that I have to attack him instead of attacking Truk, but I'm not attacking Truk, I'm trying to get away from him so that I can attack Grimm since I can't attack him if I am grappled?

Lucrezia finally comes to her senses while being grappled by Truk. While she is in fact used to being grappled by him, she is not usually armored, or even clothed.
