@Cindy, you've got attacks made with +6 +2 +2. Should only be one +2 for the charge. Leopard Cha is low, so no bonus to hit from smite evil.
In this case it makes no difference either way though on which attacks hit and which miss.
Shiv takes 3 points of damage jumping through the window.
The gnome monk is up, then Garion.
No. He charges to M42 and flanks with Vados.

Cindy Lu |

And the grab? If he is grabbed he is limited on what he can do on his turn (like not attack Vadod) and the cat can rake again next turn. Team Merhant, everyone remember that the elf is now 2 points of AC lower, so easier to hit for at least this turn. Cindy will communicate that through the message.

GM Ascension |

The elf collapses to the ground, a bloody mess from claws, teeth, and blades.
He is also grappled, for what that is worth at this point.
The gnome gives chase to Shiv, attacking him through the window.
He didn't give me an attack roll yet or exact position as he couldn't view the map. Shiv will get partial cover from the wall.
The half-orc also gives chase, pulling a holy symbol from beneath his shirt, which flashes briefly as ethereal chains wrap themselves around Shiv.
Shiv needs to make a DC 15 will save or be paralyzed.
Vayga is up. Per usual no map update available till tonight.

Cindy Lu |

Likely there is no problem, but please make sure that the half orc has line of sight/line of effect on Shiv for the spell. Shiv is short and the window is tall. Could be 4 or more feet off the ground and I am not sure how far out the window he moved.

Cindy Lu |

I have no idea who is up.
Both through the message spell and with her voice and her direction she indicates that the next target is the man that was flanking with the elf we just brought down.
Take the man next that flanked with the elf. Vayga, grapple him if you can. He may try to flee.

GM Ascension |

As Shiv crashes through the window the halfling is right behind him, leaping through the window, foot extended, Shiv ducks at the last minute to avoid the attack. The gnome then punches twice in rapid succession to trying to catch Shiv in the gut, but again fails to connect.
Shiv may take an AoO, the gnome gets +2 to AC for partial cover as he moves through the window from M28 to M29
Attack d20 + mods = 21, 10, 20
And yes the gnome just did a move action followed by a full attack - puzzle that one out :)
The half-orc calls out after Shiv as he weaves his spell, "Not so fast shorty." Shiv shrugs the spell off though.
Vayga is up, then top of the round.

Vayga Glitterblade |

3rd round of rage
Fully enraged by the heat of battle, Vayga steps up to the man carrying twin blade.P38 Again shaking her fists in front of her face she shouts, No time for a new weapon, these will have to do!
Grapple while raging.
1d20 + 10 + 2 ⇒ (1) + 10 + 2 = 13
Maybe I should join the circus instead. I'm much better at acrobatics than grappling.

GM Ascension |

As Vayga reaches for the man he lashes out with his feet, attempting to knock her over, but only manages to fall flat on his face in the process. But some fortune though that is the only thing preventing him from being gripped in Vayga's hands.
AoO to trip, d20 + mods = 7, he trips himself by failing by 10 or more.
So many epic rolls...
One of the nauseated men in the inn is up. And Vados is up.

Vados Umbaran |

Alright, since it looks like the elf has departed, I'm going to turn around and swing at the guy behind me (P39). Flurry of blows w/ last ki point.
Stunning Fist: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (11) + 8 = 19
Dmg: 1d8 + 5 ⇒ (2) + 5 = 7
DC 14 Fort save against Stunning Fist
Attack 2: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (14) + 8 = 22
Dmg: 1d8 + 5 ⇒ (8) + 5 = 13
Attack 3: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (12) + 8 = 20
Dmg: 1d8 + 5 ⇒ (5) + 5 = 10
Well, that's better than before. I will step up if it's applicable.

GM Ascension |

Summoner moves away from the air elemental, heading to the south window. He can be seen there looking out, stooped slightly, holding one hand to his mouth.
The air elemental may take an AoO
Grunting through the pain of Vados pummeling the man on the ground looks up at Garion, "Your God would not be pleased with your unprovoked evil actions."
Then shouts, "Poštena playWe morali bežati, če ne moremo ubiti halfling, sem skoraj mrtev. So vabljenje velikih zveri!"
With that he disappears from sight.
He is heard rising from the ground, a single near silent footstep is all Vados or Garion hear.
Aria completes her spell and the large spider appears a little north of her. It immediately scuttles north towards the fountain trying to bite something hidden there.
Tremorsense lets it pinpoint the enemies location within 60'. Aria roll attack for the spider. The spider did charge, so gets a +2 to hit. Then roll a 1d100 - lower 50% is the miss chance for invisibility.
Aria, Cindy, NPC's and Shiv are up.

Aria Stellar |

Okay, attacks, aoos and stuff coming up. Been a bit busy with work this week. And yesterday was not feeling so hot.
Air Elemental Attack of Opportunity
1d20 + 6 ⇒ (16) + 6 = 22
1d4 + 1 ⇒ (1) + 1 = 2
Air Elemental follows, lifts up in the air, and attacks summoner.
1d20 + 6 + 1 ⇒ (1) + 6 + 1 = 8
1d4 + 1 ⇒ (3) + 1 = 4
Skyfire double moves back towards Aria.
Giant Spider charge
1d20 + 2 + 2 ⇒ (15) + 2 + 2 = 19
1d100 ⇒ 82
1d6 ⇒ 1 and poison (Fort DC 14)
Aria remains hidden and waits for Skyfire to get to her again.
"Give me a little more time, guys. I'll join you soon." She messages to her colleagues. "Looks like there's an enemy out there the spider sensed before we did."

GM Ascension |

Spider is U36, enemy is T36
Shiv connects on the gnome, giving him a light scratch.
The spider snaps at something just north of it, but there is no yelp of pain or other indication it struck whatever is was trying to bite.
Missed the AC.
The air elemental continues to harry the summoner, but its attacks are again and again deflected by the metal armor.

Cindy Lu |

Cindy casts Glitterdust so as to cover the square T36 but not hit the spider. I believe it should be on the S-T 37-38 square intersection. Tried to zoom the map to check it and the map exploded - now I can't open it. Invisible creatures are outlined, -40 to all stealth checks, and DC18 Will save or be blinded.
Assuming our enemy becomes visible the Leopard charges to T37 and pounces on the man.
Claw: 1d20 + 6 + 2 ⇒ (8) + 6 + 2 = 161d3 + 3 ⇒ (1) + 3 = 4
Claw: 1d20 + 6 + 2 ⇒ (14) + 6 + 2 = 221d3 + 3 ⇒ (1) + 3 = 4
Bite: 1d20 + 6 + 2 ⇒ (19) + 6 + 2 = 271d6 + 3 ⇒ (6) + 3 = 9
Rake: 1d20 + 6 + 2 ⇒ (6) + 6 + 2 = 141d3 + 3 ⇒ (2) + 3 = 5
Rake: 1d20 + 6 + 2 ⇒ (18) + 6 + 2 = 261d3 + 3 ⇒ (2) + 3 = 5
grab: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (15) + 6 = 21
Cindy then flies to P38, (15 feet off the ground) and extends her great axe to the barbarian.

GM Ascension |

The golden glittering sparkles of Cindy's spell outline the invisible man T36.
The leopard circles around behind, trying to cut him off.
The three crossbowmen reload and fire again.
Attack d20 + mods = 7, 1, 11
One of the two with short blades stabs the elf brutally, insuring he is dead.
The other moves to flank with the leopard. S37
Shiv is up. Aria is delaying? Or taking no actions this round?

Aria Stellar |

Aria casts magic missile on the invisible man, but she'll delay until after Cindy Lu's turn, so she can target him. If she has to move to where she's visible to do this, she'll drop down to the roof after casting the spell. (If that works, anyway. Let me know if it doesn't.) (Magic Missile does not affect those with total cover or total concealment)
3d4 ⇒ (4, 2, 4) = 10 if it works.

Aria Stellar |

I don't know if this is the correct answer or not, but some halflings can have the ability Fleet of Foot, it replaces Slow Speed and Sure-Footed racial traits.

Cindy Lu |

All I can say is what he told me. Move him 40, but not provoking and around the cloud so the enemy can't charge him for now. It might not matter. That puts him next to the cloud in column 35. I cannot see the row numbers at the moment for some reason.

GM Ascension |

The gnome calls out, "You have attacked us without provocation. Let us retrieve our fallen friend and talk this out--The talking would have to happen later, as we have caused quite the stir and the guard are sure to be here soon. We will send a messenger here later to arrange a time and place to work this out if you agree to it."
Despite the fighting going on, you believe the gnome is sincere in his offer, for whatever that might be of worth. High sense motive rolls for both of you, the gnome is truly willing to talk if you are interested
Garion is up, then the half-orc inside the inn.
