Trying to follow but I think I still see a problem with the summoner's movement. If he is nauseated all he gets is a single move. So he can move 40. But its difficult terrain so that is only 4 squares, right?

Cindy Lu |

Edit as necessary if Cindy's actions interfere with mine (and company)
Aria continues to relay messages with whispers.
"Ready to go again?" She asks Skyfire, and charges him with shocking grasp.
The air elemental, not receiving any additional instructions (as Aria can't see it), follows the summoner in the strange armor and continues to attack. It again rises up in the air as it flies and attacks from above.
(If it's intelligent enough, will it know to flank?)1d20+6+1 (+2 if flanking)
1d4+1Skyfire screeches in response to Aria and double moves towards the guy who tried to trip Vados (I think) (to R36)
I think the DM would let you verbally direct the elemental if you want to change its target. Also, I am not sure what Skyfire's move is but diving is it gets to move double speed so it might be able to charge from its height. Fountain might be in the way too though.

Aria Stellar |

Double move (charge) is only 80 feet or 16 spaces. Still wouldn't reach him. Which means he's actually at S36. I miscounted.
As for the elemental.... I really, really don't like the guy in the weird armor. Creeps me out. And the way he's barking orders (in that bizarre language of theirs), I think he's a ring leader.

The summoner didn't move through the fountain - he moved into the inn, so no rough terrain. Though I still miscounted, forgot a double diagonal. Puts him at P27.
If Aria speaks Auran she can verbally command it.
Int 4 is enough to understand flanking.
Vayga does not currently provide a flank as she is not holding a weapon and is stunned.
That puts the air elemental moving to P28. So it will provide a flank for Vayga if she sticks around.
The cloud of vapors billow and shift as the air elemental glides through him, giving chase to the summoner, clawing at him again but failing to get through the thick armor encasing the man.

Cindy Lu |

I think I have deduced his AC is 24 so he is hard to hit. And the air elemental could it him 20 times and not bring him down. He may not be the ring leader but he is the power gamer in the group and has build a tank capable of maybe killing all of us solo if he gets us in the right circumstances. I honestly don't think we can kill him unless we get very lucky. I hope is nauseated for 5 rounds. lol Who is up?

OK. But do remember that flying creatures move double speed when diving and half speed when climbing. So if the building is 30' high your familiar could go an extra 30' or 110 total.

Aria Stellar |

Oh, okay. Cool. Did not know that. Can I retro that, GM?
Skyfire Charges (Sudden Swoop) P39.
1d20 + 6 + 1 + 2 + 2 ⇒ (9) + 6 + 1 + 2 + 2 = 20 (+3 if wearing metal armor or holding metal)
1d3 + 5d6 ⇒ (1) + (2, 4, 3, 2, 6) = 18 electrical

GM Ascension |

The summoner makes it to P37 - acrobatics roll d20 + mods = 17
Skyfire will also need to descend 15' adding a few extra diagonal movements, so won't quite reach (if I've counted right, will double check when I get home).
Three of the crossbowmen reload and fire on the elf.
Attacks: d20 + mods = 20, 6, 1. Crit confim d20 + mods 17 (no crit). Dmg d8 + mods = 8
The other two drop their crossbows and charge, drawing short swords as the close in.
Charge to O41, and O42 respectively.
Attacks: d20 + mods = 7, 22. One hit. Damage d6 + mods = 5
Inside the inn the elves fire on Vayga with their bows.
Attacks d20 + mods = 13, 3
The two remaining men flank the half-orc, attacking with their blades.
Attacks d20 + mods = 11, 4
Still have Cindy and Shiv up

Cindy Lu |

The summoner makes it to P37 - acrobatics roll d20 + mods = 17
Still have Cindy and Shiv up
Wait. Do you mean P27? Cause P37 is out by the fountain and that would change everything.

Cindy Lu |

Cindy moves to S46, behind a crossbowman and begins to cast a full round spell.
I believe that the rounds of nausea do not begin to count down for the summoner until the round after he leaves the cloud.

GM Ascension |

Vayga Glitterblade |

Having failed at her parting blow Vayga follows through with the insistent whispers from Aria that the import fight is happening outside. As angry as she is to lose her weapon Vayga withdraws from the gnome. Taking a deep breath she heads around the nauseated man and directly into the cloud attempting to get as close to Cindy Lu as possible before she runs our of air.
acrobatics to reach O-37
1d20 + 2 ⇒ (20) + 2 = 22

GM PC for Garion.
Garion utters another incantation, pointing a finger at the imposter mage representative flanking Vados.
Standard action to cast command (fall)
Move action to move to Q38 if he fails the save. Else move to Q40 to block the path towards Cindy.
Vayga dodges nimbly through past the summoner and air elemental, running through the poisonous cloud and exiting the east side with a loud exhale of breath.
Top of the next round. The elf and the nauseated man Shiv stabbed earlier are up - then Vados.
Vados, if the elf 5' steps away from you use step-up feat?

"Shiv" Shivelhoff Slipshank |

Shiv winks at Vayga as she runs past: About time!
He tumbles to M 26 (move action) and then bull rushes the window (Standard action) landing outside at M29!
Acrobatics to tumble: 1d20 + 15 ⇒ (2) + 15 = 17
Bull Rush the Window vs DC10: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (10) + 3 = 13
Does this look right? I think you said I will take 1d4 dmg?

Aria Stellar |

Shiv, you're sometime after Aria and company in terms of initiative, so I was going to have the air elemental break through the window, so hopefully you won't take the damage.

GM Ascension |

@Aria, your sheet shows you speak aquan (water) but not auran (air) (not sure if that was a mistake as your are an air elementalist?), so you won't be able to command the air elemental to take other actions other than continue attacking.
@Shiv, both of the nauseated players will go before Shiv does, but unless one of them somehow blocks your movement that shouldn't be an issue. But yes 1d4 damage.
Vados is currently up, then the summoner and the guy flanking Vados opposite the elf.

Aria Stellar |

Ah yes, I was going to take Auran, but somebody wanted to be able to communicate in a secret language, so I changed it out for Aquan. Okay, whatever works. So Shiv, you'll have to go through first yourself, it seems.

GM Ascension |

After looking at Stinking Cloud more and various threads on it, Vayga you will need to make a fort save vs poison when you enter the cloud - can't hold your breath to prevent it. Shouldn't be a problem for you while raging as a dwarf, you get a +13 to your save. The DC is 18 (so you just need a 5 or higher).

Vados Umbaran |

Ok, let's hope I roll better this time. Targeting the elf, flurry of blows, plus ki use to add one additional attack (3 total), with the first attack being a Stunning Fist.I will not be using power attack, since at this point I just want to hit something. =)
Stunning Fist:1d20 + 8 ⇒ (6) + 8 = 14
Damage:1d8 + 5 ⇒ (3) + 5 = 8
DC 14 Fort save against Stunning Fist
Attack 2:1d20 + 8 ⇒ (1) + 8 = 9
Damage:1d8 + 5 ⇒ (5) + 5 = 10
Attack 3:1d20 + 8 ⇒ (7) + 8 = 15

Cindy will call out to Vados to step out of the flank.
If you 5' step away from the elf then the other guy, who is about to go. will not be able flank you. Anywhere would be good but P40 might be your best. Take a look and decide.

GM Ascension |

To late now :(. And its going to hurt.
The sound of the summoner yelling from inside the inn can be heard, though his speech is broken by choking sounds between some of the words.
"Vaek, Mael, si še vedno tam?"
And then in the common tongue, ""Friends of the Tower, the cowardly assassins are trying to run away! Quickly, grab the halfling!"
He steps to the side to allow the elves a clear path towards Shiv.
The air elemental will move before the elves do and will continue attacking the summoner. Aria go ahead an make the attack roll for it the elemental.
The man in the breastplate also continue to chuck and sputter, drool and and early dinner spewing from his mouth.
The man with twin blades lashes out at Vados, two quick strikes in rapid succession. His stance though reveals the illusion covering him. While he appears to hold twin blades, one in either hand, his attacks are made with only a single blade, his second blade moving in a manner to keep balance rather than strike.
Attacks d20 + mods = 28, 20. Crit Confirm 18 (does not crit)
Damage 4d6 + mods = 19, 19
As he attacks he taunts Vados, "You attack the tower, and you will feel its full might. I know your faces. the Tower will hunt you down!"
Then shouts back to those in the inn, "Ta človek je pripravljen umreti. Odpeljite ga, če lahko! Metal človek, so tu!"
Going to do the elves now though they go before Shiv.
The first fires an arrow at Shiv. The aim is so poor though it embeds itself in the top of the table.
Attack d20 + mods = 2
The second drops his bow and runs around the table to try and grapple the hafling.
Grappled d20 + mods = 15. Shiv may take an AoO if he wishes.
Aria (Skyfire and air elemental), Cindy, NPC's, and Shiv are up.

Aria Stellar |

The air elemental continues its assault on the summoner.
1d20 + 6 ⇒ (3) + 6 = 9
1d4 + 1 ⇒ (2) + 1 = 3
Skyfire takes back to the air, and charges the elf with a sudden swoop (touch attack).
1d20 + 6 + 2 + 1 ⇒ (4) + 6 + 2 + 1 = 13 +3 if wearing or holding metal
5d6 ⇒ (3, 3, 5, 2, 1) = 14 electrical.
Aria begins casting another full round spell, summoning a fiendish giant spider with summon monster II.
(2 more rounds for air elemental)

Cindy Lu |

Seems unfair that you have already rolled to hit twice with damage and now you have to roll again and this will likely miss... I would like to ask that the DM use your first attack roll and damage.

Skyfire claws at the eyes and face of the elf, the electrical shock discharging, burning his skin.
Cindy is up.

Cindy Lu |

Sorry for my delay. Had to work on Memorial day. :(
Cindy completes her conjuration and a Leopard appears in M46. Used a standard last time so this takes Cindy's move to complete. She then 5' steps to R45 and uses her Evil Eye hex on the enemy elf, lowering his AC by 2. This lasts for a round no matter what. Will save DC 18 or it lasts for 9 rounds. The Leopard will charge the elf, using smite if he is evil, pouncing on him for a full attack.
Claw: 1d20 + 6 + 2 + 2 ⇒ (7) + 6 + 2 + 2 = 171d3 + 3 + 3 ⇒ (1) + 3 + 3 = 7

And finally grab from the bite. Grab: 1d20 + 5 + 2 ⇒ (15) + 5 + 2 = 22 +2 from Charge if applicable.

GM Ascension |

@Cindy, you've got attacks made with +6 +2 +2. Should only be one +2 for the charge. Leopard Cha is low, so no bonus to hit from smite evil.
In this case it makes no difference either way though on which attacks hit and which miss.
Shiv takes 3 points of damage jumping through the window.
The gnome monk is up, then Garion.
