"It looks like the 'Gameplay' tab is accessible." thought Madam Zorza as she sat alone at a round wooden table in some shadowy corner of the inn's common room shuffling her deck of Tarot cards. "This betides good fortune."
I'm keeping up with what is going on in Gameplay though until the group is established and you need my reply for NPC or outside information I am holding off on posting.
I believe that the site having goblins has interfered with some people trying to post so I will give it a little more time, after all the group is just now starting to sit at the table and discuss the morning affairs.
Sorry guys I wasn't paying attention. I should have reread the posts. I assumed that thas. told us her name. I got a 1,001 excuses, but it all comes down to me not paying attention. I shall endeavor to not make that mistake again.
Harmless mistake, no need to apologize for it though. It adds an interesting twist to the usual random strangers working together trope.
Now Thasitalia, is slightly concerned you know more than just her name already. She doesn't like to brag that she is a student to a wizard that belongs to gang of kidnappers.
My race is supposed to be good at learning rumors. Even the wind helps us. So I was thinking along those lines to salvage the continuity. Contact with locals I do business with and travelers on the road.
Not all fights can be won. We are at a disadvantage being sickened, having to rescue someone, and take on three ogres (although these ogres are medium so I think they are young ogres which reduces their base CR). We are unlucky that both attacks took Aerek out in a single round, but I think we can get ourselves out of this situation and be prepared better for when we come to settle the score.
No it useless, in my game generally you can find what your looking for, if it something major then diplomacy might be used. Artifacts and legendary items are never sold.
Just a heads up on the 9th I will be going on vacation with my fiancé. 30 hours of international travel time. So I won't be able to post once I'm out of the states. Till I get to the hotel. I will try to post at least once a day while there. I will also be crossing the international date line. So it will be a couple of days with no posts while in flight.
I am going to try introducing a new player, but she is very very new to the game, as in first time Role playing ever and I hope that everyone will welcome her in. She may be a little weak on posting but I am sure that everyone can help her out.
In regards to the experience totals, dividing by the group total is a D&D reward method. Pathfinder uses a this system HERE. This is just an FYI and not to be considered a protest or objection to what you are already doing.
Yeah maybe its old school but I love the break down of experience by players. However, I award a lot of random extra stuff to, if you noticed. Things like Story award, bonus objectives, creatures, encounters.
I may not have been playing back in 1st edition but Classic 2nd edition was my glory days, but I have played in a 1st edition campaign before.
Thanks for the details though.
I do recommend that everyone keep track of there experience so they know when to level, which isn't far away....
I am sorry guys but activity is very low, I am going to have to terminate this campaign. If you wish to have another DM take up where I left off thats fine, but I am calling it to a close.

Yes, sorry to hear that. You could have implemented a policy where you post for the lagging players and give them a few chances to improve before you drop them.
