Thats a pretty nasty disease. Tribble will take 10 on his future heal checks with this disease, which will beat the disease's DC 15. Unless someone has a spare cloak of resistance +1 somewhere, you may as well roll all the saving throws (with a +9 bonus) now until Ahiko clears the disease or dies.

You leave the room with the fungus and walk into the big room and open the door to the left and follow a passage ten feet that then goes left five feet at a right angle and come to a door. You then open the door and you come across a tangle of stalactites and stalagmites fills this low-ceilinged cavern, with only a five-foot-wide path running along the
southern wall being clear of obstruction.

You make your way back through the caves to the cliff before where the decapus was slain and you take Takeshi's rope down the cliff and exit out the same way you came in. You exit the previously secret passage and you can see the sun start to make its way towards the horizon. You meander through the town towards the cemetery and Spivey flies out to greet you.

The Azlata flies over to Tribble and gives him a quick mini hug and says, It is so great to see you make it out alive, I told you to be careful but you halflings always are doing dopey silly things"
