Hello,
Thanks for making fun games!
Unfortunately my copy of the Pathfinder ACG has a few problems. The are some cards that seem to be misprinted - 2x of the Longsword Weapon B cards have the word Longsword smeared and extra black ink on the words and around them. Also the box-top is a little crushed on the upper right corner.
Could I get replacements for those items?

Please send some pictures of the misprinted cards to us at customer.service@paizo.com, and we would be glad to look into this further.
As for the box, we do not have replacement boxes to send out. If you are concerned about the condition of the box, I would recommend contacting the original retailer to try to get a replacement (you may have to exchange the whole game to do that). The retailer should then be able to get a replacement or credit from their distributor, and then the distributor a gets replacement or credit from us.
If you did purchase it through us, please provide me with the order number, I'll see if there is anything we can do to assist you further.

Thanks for the pictures. I have sent you an email because we need more information from.
Regarding the box, for a variety of reasons, is not feasible for us to produce or store extra empty boxes for replacements, so we do not have these available.
Additionally, as we do not have control over damage that may occur to products that are sold or shipped through other retailers, unfortunately we are not able to offer support for items purchased through other retailers. If you are concerned about the condition of the box, you will need to contact the retailer you purchased it from.
