Oops, my bad. For this combat, roll 1d6+3 for the number of targets hit. He's in combat, but he can take a 5 foot step to his rear.

If you find me excessively murderhobo and grating on you, tell me, I can tweak. Basically he's urm... The sort that you're either with him or against him. Black and white, no grey.

Now if he were a half orc or any kind of good alignment, he might be a little more sympathetic for marginalized races like goblins...

Hey, I played 1st Edition back in the day. We invented the Murderhobo. The horror stories we could tell you. Ask anyone on Deep-6 or Treefort about Tomb of Horrors or Temple of Elemental Evil.

Tomb of Horrors is best done with a wand of summon monster so you know where all the traps are.

Currently running Temple on these very boards. May run Ghost Tower of Inverness later.

If we are using the normal (medium) advancement track, and started at 2,000 xp each (2nd level), we now have 2,402 each.

Some of us did. Most of us just rebuilt our characters. It doesn't really matter, though. The average party level is still at 1.

No really, I have problems with numbers. One of the reasons why I play spellcasters is because spell DCs are a fixed number all the time and you just need to tell the GM to roll saves.

And not calculate things like attack modifier - power attack+ bless + flank +heroism +bardsong.

Then you need to do the same for damage modifiers.

I understand. I'll try to simplify things as much as I can.

No. They don't get along. The Goblinoids, primarily Hobgoblins, wage war against the Orcs. Family groups, like those of Aeden's mother are allowed in Weyr as refugees, and have taken up a more-or-less civilized lifestyle.

Yes, leaving only Dexter and Jared unable to see the Spider. I'll be bringing my books to work, so once my browser gets enough data accumulated to load pages quickly, we can start the combat.

Apparently, I'm moving the game along too fast. Dexter's player has left, and Flouncy's player is doing something else. If everyone is in need of a break, I move that we suspend the game until Jan. 2, 2018. Anyone second this?

I’m really enjoying the pace. I just won’t be around as much over the holiday period. But I assume that’s the case for most people.

I do think some kind of map/hex grid program might be good for combat.
