Welcome to Into the Nightmare Rift.
The initial post is up in the discussion thread. Please make introductions.
We will have to decide who is currently carrying which shard. All of the shards offer worthwhile bonuses, and the remaining two shards will be discovered over the course of the game. There will be information available before traveling to the next shard, for those with the appropriate knowledge skills.
I hope everyone enjoys this little adventure and if we run into difficult spots with the new classes it is to be expected. We will all be learning as we go.

Hi everyone
I'm Ilmakis, I'm a veteran player and GM for PFS and I'm playing Pathfinder since its Beta.
I know most of the rules (except those for the new classes), and I hope to be of help in this area if anything arise during the game.
I like roleplaying rather than rollplaying nevertheless I enjoy both :)
I will play a Slayer, follower of the Midnight Lord and I hope my build will be as effective as I hope :)
Marckus |
D-Kal here, long-time PbP-er and inventor of the Wayfinder PbP Helper app for Android. Maybe some day I'll get to work on it again. But whether from Wayfinder or my computer, I can generally post fairly often.
I will be playing a spiritualist named Marckus. My primary role will be a support caster, rocking spells like Haste, Magic Circle Against Evil, Remove [whatever], and all the cure spells. I also spent a lot of my money on disposables that everyone will (probably) use, so I'm expecting a generous holiday bonus.

Hey, I'm RainyDayNinja. I'm a 2-time RPG Superstar Top 16-er, and just 1 game shy of being a 3-star GM for PFS. I'm more adept at the details of the crunch than in-depth roleplaying, so I'm hoping to get a good feel for how the class plays.
I'm focused on ranged DPR with general utility and skills as a back-up.

You guys are just trying to intimidate me 8P
We need to decide who has what shards before we start. Each of the shards has the associated ioun stone, so the curses are inactive. The bearers will receive benefit from both the shard and the associated ioun stone.
You also have a direction and distance for travel. If anyone has knowledge: geography additional information may be available before we head out.

I'm still taking Envy (barring strong objection). I could use the extra AC and free Dispel Magic.
EDIT: Envy and the associated ioun stone both offer an insight bonus to AC. Do those bonuses stack in this case?

I apologize for the long stretch of not playing. I've been having problems with several games that I am in not showing up in my list of campaigns, and this was one of them (I was assuming that it did not go forward, until someone from another games I'm in sent me a PM). Paizo has told me that it should be fixed now, but we'll see.
I'm getting caught up on the gameplay thread and then will post as soon as you want me to Nightbringer.

I think we're waiting on the GM *cough* *cough* to start the giants down the hill (if they saved against Bill's psychic slow :D)
