For those of you who were successful earlier you can lead a raid this afternoon. If you weren't successful you do some more scouting with your guys or participate in a raid.

Bust up a Joint. Intimidate. Go into a Front or a Den of Thieves to look for information. Success earns 1 TFT at a front, or 2 TFTs at a den of thieves. Minimum officers is equal to number of defenders. Optimal is three times that many.

Sting. Intimidate. Swoop in during an Illicit Transaction. Success earns 1 Strike and 1 TFT. As above, you want three times number of defenders, but you cannot scout for a sting, so be careful.

Please tell me what you want to do. I will move the main part of the game to the next day if there is no objections.


A few questions: Should we try and do different things? Do players' actions and decisions combine, or is it more about collecting as many points as possible? And if so, is it better to spread the categories or to combine them?

Each of you took your allotment and either used all of them or some for the day. If you were successful you either found a Den of Thieves, Front or an Illicit transaction. The first two you can do a "Bust up a joint" the Illicit Transaction you would do a Sting. Bust up a Joint and Sting count as strikes against the Kell Guild. After you get three successful strikes you can attack one of his strongholds of which there are three. Once you take those two of those down you can get a shot at Lorcan himself.

You could also do Case a district as well.

Players can lead the strikes personally or just send the police. More than one player character can join in on the strikes and make them more likely to be successful.

I was unsuccessful this morning, and used my leader so only have troops. I was planning on leading them on another search mission this evening as they can't go out on their own I thought (though I may have that wrong).

If I can just send them, I do - to Case the district. But I want some to be fresh for this evenings work which I hope to lead. Not sure what my options are there... :)

Ok, for your actual PC, you can lead on Day 9 twice, personally. Your B team guy like any regular troops can only be used once per day.

For the next Day, you will only be able to lead personally in the afternoon because you have the meet up with the Elf guy in the morning and then the attempt to stop the Dwarven ship from making landfall.

Iva is able to lead conduct two raids. She found a den of Thieves with 8 members. I'd like to lead a team to break this up. If Cretien joins me, can we still have 24 police officers to assist us?

Every PC was allotted 10 police officers and one B team member. You are only able to use each officer and B team member once per day. If you combine Chretien's force with yours, you would have 21 total. For day 10, you will need to bring back up to case a joint. Chretien was also successful in finding something, so I guess you want to raid his lead and yours. Tell me how many officers do you want for each raid and give me an Intimidate check and a second one. please.

@Crietan: Let's combine officers, and go to one lead. If I'm understanding correctly that will get us a better chance of success. Does that work for you? I have a lead on a Den of Thieves.
