While the team has worked hard to ensure that we launch bug-free, a project of this scale will always miss something. Before reporting a bug:

1.) Make sure it's not already a Known Issue.
2.) New Feature requests should be made in the Suggestions and Feature Requests thread.

This thread is only for bug reports and we will remove posts that are not reporting a bug or are otherwise violating Paizo's Community Guidelines.

If your thread is an exploit (such as getting free products; generating infinite gold, etc.) DO NOT post that information in this thread. Instead email customer.service@paizo.com with the details.

When reporting a bug, please include:

1.) The page you were on when you found it.
2.) The steps you took to create the bug.

It looks like the new store will allow me to purchase a PDF I've already purchased? I didn't fully test, but could get all the way to the 'Place Order' button with no indication I already own the PDF.

As a Feature Request along with that, it would be nice to have the "In Your Library" shown on the store page again.

When I try to search for, say, "Planets of Peril," I get 623 results, but I can't move to a second page.

The forum header on the non-mobile site has 2 golems in an arrangement thaf doesn't look intentional.

My Adventure Path subscription doesn't show part 3 of Revenge of the Runelords, which should be the next shipment, just a .01 charge on January.

Scenarios 1-06 through 1-08 are missing from the New Starfinder Society store page

Not really bugs and minor but hopefully this is the right place for this.

There's a typo on the login page where it says "pleas press button to reset password" please is spelled wrong.

I also went looking for the iconics pregens character sheets, but couldn't find them. Maybe I just can't get the search working? But I tried a bunch of searches and made no progress. Also, couldn't find the button to go to next page in search. All on mobile BTW.

None of my foundry modules show in my library, only in the old one. I have some that I purchased standalone and some that I purchased with the previous bundle and this applies to both, but the PDFs from adventures I got from the bundles do show up


On the forums on desktop, the Paizo icon in the top left corner has several overlapping graphics.

On the forums on desktop, the top menu's "My Account" dropdown has a Sign Out menu item that is totally misaligned and not spaced consistently with the rest.

On the forums on mobile, the hamburger menu has a dropdown carrot next to Store, but no dropdown selections appear when you tap it.

On the forums on desktop, the top menu's "Community" dropdown followed by "Guidelines" has a page under it called "untitled" that leads to a blank page.

Curse of the Crimson Throne seems to be missing the Anniversary edition on the store - both listings for the physical and pdf.

All existing reviews for products have apparently been wiped out, rather than ported to the new store.
I'm not sure if this was intentional or if it has just not yet been updated. If it is intentional, this eliminates near enough to 20 years of insightful comments and advice to prospective GMs. This is especially relevant for 1st edition adventures that are unlikely to get much new review attention now that its long after their release dates.

If this is intentional, please consider at least making an archive of old reviews available in some other location, such as the forums.

On the library page when sorting by category my items are split across multiple pages. This means that I can't see all my owned pf2 adventure paths next to each other, and the same is true for any other category.

In the library as well there are a few items that are not properly named but whose title is a series of numbers. The three i found were 2 player's guides and the SF2 pregens. I didn't check page 2 or beyond, but i suspect that there are more free downloads that show up this way.

Specifically those items i found were:
15479 => PZO900017E.pdf (hell's rebels player's guide)
2256452 => the starfinder 2e pregens
2268450 => PZO9000-33E.pdf (fists of the ruby phoenix player's guide)

Also i noticed i hadn't received the starting 25 gold, although i do now have 25 gold from clicking the social media links

In the library page, most products are listed twice. I've eventually realised one is the One File Per Chapter PDF and the other is the Single-file PDF, but there's no way to tell which is which without clicking on it

While we tried to make sure that all subscribers got moved over to the new system, there were some that failed due to payment tokens, addresses, or a few other issues. If you see that you are missing subscriptions, just add them back to your account. If you had any special perks (like Legacy or Charter subscriptions), please reach out to customer service so they can add those back for you.

2. My Starfinder Society Scenario Subscription shows that the next order date is January 1st. I thought new scenarios were coming out in November and December? I'm guessing the January 1st is for the one in December, but not sure what happened to November? Can't check because there is no Coming Soon page doesn't show up upcoming Starfinder Society Scenarios

Several issues

Ultrawide Monitor related (Verified in Firefox and Edge):
- Blog posts have a fully black background, making them unreadable (black text on black background) - this goes away if I resize the window to a more common aspect ratio. My (not a professional) testing shows it breaks at 2561 pixels wide - if the viewport is 2560, blogs seem to work fine.

Library:
- Several titles in the library just have numbers instead of a useful, readable title. I assume at least two of these are the monster core books, because searching my library doesn't show them (and they are two I know I own)
- Published date field is empty. So is last updated.
- Group by category only groups the titles from that page - expanding those categories doesn't show all titles you own in that category, only ones from that page of results.
- Content without a category doesn't show up at all when group by category is selected. (So all those titles in my library that are just numbers as titles and have no other data just vanish if I try to view the library by category)

Account:
- Orders, Returns, Address, Wish Lists, Recently Viewed, and Account Settings tabs properly have left and right gutters for widescreen displays, but Payment Methods, Subscriptions don't.

Gift Certificates:
- 'Boy' and 'Girl' exist as options. (Edit: this sounds more snarky than it is - I did click them to check if they put specific iconics on there or something but literally it is a soccer ball vs flowers)

Paizo Connect
- Called 'Paizo Connect' in the menu dropdown, page title says 'Partner Authorizations'
- Could also benefit from gutters.

Ah! Wish I thought to check here before sending an email to customer support. Anyway, I bought the PDF for the Warframe x Starfinder crossover, but it is not appearing in either the new library tab (Which in general is only showing products purchased from October this year onwards, though that seems to be covered by the known issues), nor is it appearing in the old digital downloads page, leaving it entirely inaccessible.

Paizo Connect issues / interface broken.

This was observed on two partners but likely impact several.

For DEMIPLANE, the old code no longer works. Unable to input new. ticket lodged with Demiplane.

For SMITWORKS / Fantasy Grounds, that self service site allows a de-authorization and inputting new code. Upon inputting new code, error "invalid code" received. Attempted inputting code exactly as in Paizo Connect section (With spaces) and tried without spaces. same results.


Pathfinder Adventure, Adventure Path, Lost Omens, Rulebook Subscriber

I sent off an email earlier today after the new store went live but before the announcement page was emailed out. In that email announcement was a link to this current Bug Reports page. Jim Butler actually responded back and confirmed some bugs my account is dealing with. However, I'm still a bit confused over a few things. I'm posting this here because it sounds like a few others are experiencing these issues, but it's hard to confirm if they are the same things w/o seeing actual screenshots.

I'll try and provide as much info for anyone else out there that is also mildly or majorly confused about their own page, lol.

1. Coming into this month, I was subscribed to four different lines (Pathfinder Rulebook, Pathfinder Adventure Path, Pathfinder Lost Omens, Pathfinder Adventure).

2. When navigating to my Subscriptions page via the Subscription Manager link, it shows those four subscriptions. However, all it shows is a $0.01 charge for each one. It does not show which product is next for each subscription. And there is no clickable link to any of those individual subscription pages.

3. It lists my next order as January 1st, 2026. I am aware that this his a known bug. *NOTE: Jim mentioned in his reply email that orders will charge this Wednesday, November 19th, 2025 as planned. However, I'm unsure if this means that I'll be charged the $0.04 on Wednesday (presumably to trigger the four subscriptions) + the two books releasing, or whether I'll just be charged $.0.02--when the Adventure Path and Lost Omens books trigger--plus the cost of Lost Omens Draconic Index and Adventure Path #221.

4. Adding to my confusion is that under those four subscriptions, it just shows me the $0.04 total. It doesn't indicate whether any books from any of the four lines will be charged. I don't know if I'm supposed to manually add those books to my order in order for them to be included in Wednesday's order, or if I should just sit back and watch them get charged despite the page not currently indicating this will happen.

5. Also, without knowing whether I'll be charged or not for the subscription books on Wednesday, it's impossible to know whether I should add additional items to go along with my subscriptions order. Previously, when my subscription orders would come close to $100 but not hit it, I would tack on additional products I wanted that would allow me to hit the $10 off shipping minimum threshold. This would typically erase my shipping fees (and the tax associated with that) completely. Because I'm uncertain whether I'm even being charged for subscriptions on Wednesday, I'm confused as to whether I should purchase additional products to hit that $100 threshold.

6. Does the $10 off shipping on orders of $100 or more even still apply under this new system? I haven't seen anything posted about it. Maybe I'm missing it. But it just occurred to me that if it isn't mentioned, it's probably not offered. If that is a bonus no longer offered, it will end up being an issue for me going forward, so any clarification from Paizo staff or anyone else in the know would be appreciated.

7. Like others out there, it appears my previous 12-month purchase history did not apply properly to my Paizo Plus. I realize this is a known bug and that Jim has said they are working to get this fixed. Fair enough. And he did point out that the 15% to celebrate the new store launch will ensure subscribers having issues will still get their discount. That's great. However, this brings up two things:
--Will this 15% apply automatically? Or is there a code we are supposed to enter? (the email notification doesn't state one way or the other)
--It will not cover those of us with Legacy Subscriptions (30% of Adventure Paths). I see now that we should reach out to customer service to have those added back. So make sure to do so before your order gets charged.

Is there a proper thread to better discuss these problems? I think it makes sense to keep this a report bugs-only thread. I realize I've included some already known bugs, but I don't know if there's proper, clear steps to navigate around them and address the "what to do in this event" situation.

1. Is there a difference between the “Lost Omens World Guides Subscription“ and the “Pathfinder Lost Omens Subscription”? I’m currently showing both.

2. I am trying to make sure that I receive Lost Omens: Draconic Codex as a subscription item but don’t want to get two physical copies. I see that the release date is December 3 but my next subscription order is showing as December 17. Is it safe to assume that I will receive Draconic Codex or do I need to specifically add it to my next subscription order?


Pathfinder Rulebook Subscriber

I've got the rulebooks subscription I had a book in my sidecart (Monster Core 2) to bundle it with the next subscription shipment to save on shipping, however, it has now disappeared.


Pathfinder Adventure Path Subscriber

Are items that we had in our sidecart to ship with monthly subscriptions anywhere? They seem to have vanished from the legacy site and the new site just has my last subscription order. Sorry if this is the wrong place to ask this.

I just made a purchase and the discount was added automatically, no code needed.

However I'm not seeing the usual watermarks on the PDFs... (Though this is not necessarily a complaint.)

Digital-only subscriptions are no longer available.

The January first date is a visual error that we are working to correct. You will receive an email notifying you of pending charges on Wednesday for December releases and on Monday 11/24 you will be charged, the PDF released, your products will begin shipping.

Not sure if I should post this here as a bug, but after trying several times to create a new password for my store account, it turns out that you used an old email address to create the account. Luckily I still had access to the old email address - but not for much longer. I had updated my details a few weeks prior so the legacy section was using the correct new address. Hope this makes sense.

Apologies; let me correct that. You will receive your confirmation email on Wednesday. That will give you until Sunday night (11/23) to skip or cancel the products listed. On Monday (11/24), your credit card will be charged and the PDF released and your order will head to the warehouse for shipping.

Do not add the same books from the subscription line using Add to Next. If you do, you'll get an extra copy of them. This first subscription run is being a bit more bumpy than we like but we should be back to a normal cadence with the January subscription products.

$10 off shipping is replaced by gold from Paizo Plus that lets you get that much (or more) off your purchases instead. I know that doesn't help at the moment when you haven't accumulated a lot of gold.

You should receive Draconic Codex as part of your Lost Omens subscription. See above for the Wednesday email description.

Is there any way to see what your subscriptions / wishlists were?


  • 1.) https://paizo.com/paizo/account/subscriptions and https://paizo.com/paizo/account/wishlists are both still "active" but have been replaced by a login redirect so visiting them will block you from the store with a "Request rate exceeded" error (429?)

  • 2.) None of my subscriptions, orders, wishlists, library came across and my addresses seem to have Australia replaced with United States.

  • 3.) The Rewards History modal on the Paizo Plus page doesn't have a border or a drop shadow so the white-on-white hides where the edges of the modal are.

  • 4.) Is the plan to sync older orders (<2020) to the new site later? Can we please have https://paizo.com/paizo/account/orders linked from the My Account page if you do have an older order (at least until the older orders are synced)?

  • 5.) Should parent categories contain all the products from the child categories? It seems to work that way on some pages and then:
    https://store.paizo.com/accessories/digital-editions/ is empty
    https://store.paizo.com/accessories/digital-editions/cards/ has products

  • 6.) The forums have a list of subscribed products next to your username that don't match what's actually subscribed on the new store

  • 7.) Forum lists are broken/missing
    Clicking the link to List something (ie Add to list) on the forums takes you to:
    https://paizo.com/cgi-bin/WebObjects/Store.woa/wa/addToWishlist?object=v574 8dmtyww9l (which allows you to choose one of your no-longer-accessible lists)
    This has a link to https://paizo.com/threads/rzs2kaoe?Lists-and-Wishlists (which is relevant to the "New Feature" on the old store and to Lisa Stevens' items used in her Burnt Offerings game sessions. which has been replaced with a redirect to https://store.paizo.com/wishlist.php

When sorting my name or by category, numerous titles are missing. As in I see one part of a 3 part Adventure Path.

But when I search my library for that Adventure Path all the volumes appear.

I've checked & I'm seeing this for Adventure Paths, Bounties, and Society Scenarios. There may be other categories affected

  • 2.) None of my subscriptions, orders, wishlists, library came across and my addresses seem to have Australia replaced with United States.

    UPDATE: library is there, it just takes 15+ seconds of "Your Downloads: <blank>" before the first page of the library loads

  • 8.) Library seems to time out unexpectedly?

    If you don't touch the library tab for a few minutes then using the ^ and v arrows on the column headings produces "No items found" and using the Sort dropdown in the top right had a loading wheel for 2+ minutes

    This might have been an expired token from not interacting with the window for 5 minutes or so? This has been fairly easy for me to replicate while I've been writing this post so the token expiry might be too low.

    I'm guessing the token expiry part because the Response has:

  • 9.) Library sort is unstable

    I sorted by Last Downloaded (which is blank) thinking I was sorting by Added to Downloads which then got the arbitrary ordering so my issue is that the default ordering when you visit the page is Added to Downloads descending (good) but that isn't signalled and applying any other ordering on a column with duplicate values leaves the underlying order unexplained? (ie I'm guessing the order is the db id order which is probably the order the library entries were added to the db?)

    The Apply and Reset All controls imply that you can sort by multiple criteria but the popup only seems to allow selecting 1 criterion?

    Clicking on the column headers seems to sort, though the little feedback icons that usually tell you which direction it is currently sorted in are not changing to show the sort direction. Also there's no "Name" column header to click to sort on.

  • 10.) Added to Downloads date is M/D/Y

    Can this use browser localization, or name/abbreviate the month, or failing that ISO YYYY-MM-DD instead of the unreadable US-only format please?

  • 11.) Searching and then sorting the library resets the visible results

    Using the sort button in the top right to sort the library after you have typed something in the search bar ignores what is typed in the search bar and returns all results so you have to re-search the results to get the filtered list again.

Hi Paizo,
Couple of mobile display issues:
Password reset - I get a one character wide input box for the email - the captcha takes up most of the width of the screen
Library - filter menu - is not constrained to fit onto the screen, i.e. it expands past the left hand edge of the screen so that the text is off screen.
This is vertical orientation in Firefox on a Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra.

The "your passwords do not match" text on the password reset page didn't seem to update for me, even when my passwords did match (and I was able to submit).

Address information incorrect. I have easily fixed and appreciate I can now delete old addresses. This may, however, cause problems for others if they don't check.

My subscriptions were set to mail to a very old address, and the credit card was also listing a very old address. My current addresses were not in the system at all.

I am most concerned that some may have an old shipping address that has popped to being their default, with a current credit card address which would allow an order to be processed.

Did anyone checked a shipping cost in checkout? I just got being calculated from 11 USD to 25+ USD for softcover book. I don't know if this is a bug or for real their shipping cost.

In the order history of the new store, subscription orders are completely absent. Consequently, they are not being factored into the Paizo Plus tier (but that's a known issue, I suppose)

The upcoming Pathfinder Special Edition Adventures Subscription product is "Pathfinder Adventure Path: Season of Ghosts - Special Edition" searching for that on the store returned "2314 results" of which only 12 are visible.

I don't know if this is an issue with the paging controls missing? Is there supposed to be a page 2 to the results?

Sorting by anything other than Relevance changes the 1st page and makes it look like the 2314 results are a significant portion of all of the products on the store.

In any case, none of the first 12 results I saw had "Special Edition" in the product name. So I tried searching on just "Season of Ghosts" which being a *less specific* search turned up only 306 results. How does adding more qualifiers increase the search results?

I finally found https://store.paizo.com/pathfinder-adventure-path-season-of-ghosts which has two buttons saying Hardcover and Special Edition.

However. The Description has:

There is no link to a digital edition on this page or anyway to purchase a digital edition on this page. The description doesn't mention the hardcover non-special edition.
