I have 0 paizo gold credited, therefore no discount status. I believe this is the already known issue.
I think the possible new bug here is related to interaction with store discounts. Going through cart seems to be removing the black friday discounts as well. Adding the foundry items Pathfinder Tokens: Character Gallery and PF2E Tokens: Bestiaries results in regular price shown in cart and in first screen of checkout.
I did go through the black friday landing page link stating "25% off select Foundry VTT modules. (Monday Only)", so it is possible that they aren't in the discounted set of items, but there is no indication of which items are/are not discounted.

I just made 2 separate purchases, in one order, I bought the PF2E Tokens: Monster Core and Starfinder Token Pack: Alien Core (Foundry VTT). Everything worked out as far as I can tell, the codes were a gift for someone and I have sent them to the recipient.
Then I bought Alien Core Foundry code for myself but the Library just.. replaced the already existing code there with a new one.
Now I have forwarded the first gift codes already, and claimed the second one, but if I had not done it in this precise order, the first code would not be visible to me anymore, likely necessitating an email to customer service.
That felt like a bug worth reporting.

The labeling of what system/edition books are for is quite inconsistent in places.
For instance, looking at the Myth-Speaker adventure path:
All three print editions are labeled as "Pathfinder 2e"
The digital edition of the third volume is labeled as "Pathfinder 2e Remaster" (which is likely what all of these should be)
The digital editions of the first and second volume don't list their edition compatibility at all.

The Dawn of the Frogs PDF download is missing a version that has the book covers and interior together as a single PDF the way other adventures (including the similar box-set Murder in Metal City) do. Right now the interior and cover are separate files, and there's no separate download that has them combined like there is for adventure path volumes.

The option to add to cart the Starfinder Murder in Metal City - Foundry Version is not there. (Just button to add to Wishlist) I'm signed in and can add other FVTT products like the SF tokens.

Yeah I wish the list was put somewhere publicly, but they did list the items not included in an email sent out earlier today.
While Character Gallery was not included on the list, by looking at the other items it's reasonable to conclude that any modules made by FoundryVTT (rather than Paizo or Metamorphic) are the ones not included in the sale, which would include Character Gallery.| Brennor42 |

Seems that the "Fistful of Flowers" adventure is missing from the store. Not sure if it's intentional or not.
This is a known item. None of the Free RPG Day stuff is in the new store.

Whats throwing me off in this regards, is other things yet to be released say so under the price before the description. Like: https://store.paizo.com/starfinder-galactic-ancestries/
Plus I'm pretty sure I was able to add it to the cart during the last sale when the new site launched, but I ended up switching it with the SF2e Playtest Bundle instead. Perhaps that was a an error with the new site...

Unfortunately, we found an exploit and had to turn off the use of $off coupons for digital products today. With today being Cyber Monday, definitely not an ideal thing to happen but we had some significant abuse going on and had to turn it off until we could resolve the issue. I don't have an ETA for when that will be turned back on.

is the "Society" gold discount (direct in checkout, non-coupon-code) supposed to be re-usable? As I understand the intent it should be usable again and again? I've used it once, and now seems to be gone.

A discount you would get storewide (like being a Legendary member in Paizo Plus) is in addition to the $off coupons you can redeem gold for. Coupons you redeem for gold are used like cash in the store checkout and don't carry over to future orders.
Using gold to redeem the 10% off rewards does not stack with other %off discounts, including the Legendary.

Nice to have these pages! One bug with them: It looks like what should be labeled as the Starfinder Pocket Edition subscription is instead labeled as a Special Edition subscription (i.e., there's two "Special Edition" headings, but one of them appears to list the pocket edition products).
Also as a heads up, although they look much nicer than the previous page, the graphics on these pages are not at all accessible for tech like screen readers the way that the old release schedule page was.

In Paizo Plus > Rewards History, the date of gold acquisition is shown in Y/M/D date format whereas the date of gold expiry is shown in D/M/Y format.

The Pathfinder Rulebook Special Edition subscription says that "Beginner Box: Secrets of the Unlit Star" is the next product after the Dark Archive remaster. https://store.paizo.com/pathfinder-special-edition-rulebooks-subscription/
But the release schedule page https://store.paizo.com/pathfinder-release-schedule/ only shows that new beginner box as part of the standard rulebook subscription, not as part of the special edition subscription.
One of these is incorrect.

Uh...other bug report...I somehow have 802 Gold on my Paizo Plus. And...listen, I do really love this company and this game, but I'm pretty sure I would have remembered spending nearly $800 on 11/26 during a time when money is pretty tight.
Oh, there was apparently a retroactive thing for purchases I've already made. My bad.

Um...where's the PDF version of Draconic Codex??? It's nowhere to be found, and following the link to it from the physical book's page leads to a 404 error.
I’m assuming they still do not do preorders for PDF, and Draconic Codex has not been released yet.
Having some clearer notification of this would be helpful, though. Maybe something for the feature requests thread.

This is what the website for release date for the draconic codex "This product is expected to be released on December 3rd, 2025."

Downloads from the Library (aka Your Downloads, unsure why it has two names) do not happen on mobile.
I click on the button and the page has its momentary loading wheel, and then nothing opens or starts downloading.
The Library page is also not designed for mobile use.
The Action, Sort, and Filter buttons open far wider than the visible screen area, and can’t be slid left or right to even see the available options after they open.
Also when clicking on a file to open its preview window, the preview window is also notably wider than the screen (but not as wide as the previously listed buttons, and can be slid around).

The prints offer "add to cart" but for the PDFs, there is not even a page.
There is a page for "Into the Apocalypse Archive". Here.
But there is no "Add to Cart" button on the page

Hi, I'd like to report a bug. I have already sent an email to the customer service but I think I should also post it here.
I have bought "Pathfinder One-Shot #2: Dinner at Lionlodge" along with other PDFs but it doesn't show up in my download library.
The status of the order was "Awaiting Fulfillment" and has changed to "Shipped" but I still couldn't download it from the library page.

I have a bug, at least I think it is one.
Since we have this Paizo Plus gold I figured I would buy a PDF of Malevolence and try using a points for a discount.
At checkout the option appeared to use a reward, I tried the $20 off and the $10 off but the website kept stating that there was an error.
I tried going to the paizo plus rewards page and was able to redeem points, it spat out a coupon code to apply. The coupon code would not work on the PDF.
Curious I thought there might be a minimum purchase amount so I added the flipmat PDF for Malevolence, now the coupon code takes, but only reduces by $8.49, not $10. I tried a $20 off, which is well above the purchase price and it also only reduced the cart by $8.49
To me it seems like it is refusing to reduce the adventure and only reducing the flipmat. I have looked around for this bug but have not seen it, I have seen that buying PDFs with points might have been disabled but it seems to let me buy the flipmat with the coupon so I've no idea what's causing it.

Hiya, I have Paizo Connect enabled for Demiplane, which should give me a discount for owning the PDF of Lost Omens Draconic Codex. It's giving me the discount correctly for PDFs I bought on the old site, but not for Draconic Codex. My guess is it's because the digital edition is a separate product listing from the physical edition I subscribed for, but I'm not sure. Any assistance would be welcome. Thanks!

I have both a support issue and ordering bugs to report.
My last subscription order failed for some reason, possibly due to it using an out of date CVV or perhaps I was low on funds at the time. But because it failed I received an "[Action Required] Update information to place your order" email.
This email contained the date of the payment attempt, and _unformatted_ total amount of the order and the items on the order (Pathfinder Lost Omens Draconic Codex - Hardcover & Pathfinder Adventure Path #221). Followed by instructions to goto the website updated my card details and resend the order.
Note: I did notice that MISSING from the email was Order #.
I logged on to the site and updated my payment details (which were missing inthe new store). But when I went to attempted to resend the order I coudn't find any failed orders. I couldn't find any order that contained the items. It looks like my failed orders has disappeared. I have periodically looked to see if there was an auto attempt with the new card but nohing has occurred.
I've raised an issue with one of my orders with support [258685] with a copy of the email that I originally received. But I have not heard back yet.
TL;DR: I'm unable to see or resent my failed order.

I'm not sure if this necessarily counts as a 'bug', but the Disconnect chrome extension which blocks invisible tracking cookies also apparently blocks your reviews from showing up when it's active, which seems... not ideal.

1. None of my foundry vtt purchases show up in the new account.
2. I already own al the pdfs for an adventure path but when I try to purchase the foundry vtt version, there is no discount applied for already owning the pdfs. This is on the new pazo store, not the foundry store.
3. Pazio connect is no longer showing foundry.

I posted about it over here but something I see as a HUGE bug is the inability to use store credit for subscriptions.
What the heck? As mentioned there, I have $800+ in store credit I've kept solely to pay for subscriptions, which means this "upgrade" just pilfered $800+ from me.
This is not a minor thing. $800 is a heck of a lot to have taken away with just a "gosh, we're really sorry but guess that's just too bad for you" response.

On both the blog post and FAQ for Subscriptions, one is directed to scour the individual Subscription listings for discount information.
Subscriptions do not, in fact, mention applicable discount information.
Additionally, will we be getting a means to actually see what subscription lines we have? Hunting and pecking from a timeline is inadequate.

The Great Toy Heist description still mentions a free pdf (which was true before) but I only see a 5$ price and no link to the free pdf.

I was trying to order the Draconic Codex PDF, and after adding it to my cart, I tried using the 'PayPal Checkout' interface on the pop up - after finishing doing payment there, I had gotten a confirmation from my credit card of the transaction going through, but the Paizo Store interface didn't advance to any sort of order completion.
The same behavior seemed to happen when using the PayPal Checkout interface when in the cart (pre-checkout) screen.
I ultimately had to just set up a credit card with the store itself to finish my transaction, though now I'm curious/worried about how these other charges will pan out, especially because when I was on a call with customer support, there was no way to track/find those transactions.
EDIT/UPDATE:
It appears that while the Store interface didn't indicate a completed order, once I went into my library proper, there now seems to be two copies of the Draconic Codex PDF in there, so the prior transactions might have gone through, but didn't communicate that they finalized anywhere?
UPDATE 2:
It now appears that the PayPal Transactions are being refunded on the credit card used, so this issue can be considered resolved on that front! Still not sure how the quick check out had issues like that though..

I'm surprised I didn't find this one here already, but maybe I'm not looking hard enough.
The site doesn't watermark/copyright protect my PDF's when downloaded through the new site, which I understand is intentional. However, the Draconic Codex has the watermark for a team member at Paizo (Lyle Borders.)
