Product URLs are not "Cool"

So reloading a product page, or visiting a bookmarked product page, or being linked into the store may be a 404 even though the product still exists and has not changed in any way except for the URL slug.

Just so it's in this list: the return of discounted CODE-only Foundry VTT products because you own the PDF/Physical equivalent product.

If BigCommerce doesn't support this, I don't know if there might be something possible with the Paizo Connect and the new foundryvtt.store as an alternative?

The upcoming Pathfinder Special Edition Adventures Subscription product is "Pathfinder Adventure Path: Season of Ghosts - Special Edition" searching for that on the store returned "2314 results" of which only 12 are visible.

I don't know if this is an issue with the paging controls missing? Is there supposed to be a page 2 to the results?

Sorting by anything other than Relevance changes the 1st page and makes it look like the 2314 results are a significant portion of all of the products on the store.

In any case, none of the first 12 results I saw had "Special Edition" in the product name. So I tried searching on just "Season of Ghosts" which being a *less specific* search turned up only 306 results. How does adding more qualifiers increase the search results?

I finally found https://store.paizo.com/pathfinder-adventure-path-season-of-ghosts which has two buttons saying Hardcover and Special Edition.

However. The Description has:

Available Editions

Digital Edition:

Special Edition:

There is no link to a digital edition on this page or anyway to purchase a digital edition on this page. The description doesn't mention the hardcover non-special edition.

For products that have multiple variants, can we please have a link that includes the variant so when you share it it loads the variant you were looking at instead of the base variant?

ie if I'm looking at the Special Edition https://store.paizo.com/pathfinder-adventure-path-season-of-ghosts then the URL changes to https://store.paizo.com/pathfinder-adventure-path-season-of-ghosts#SpecialE dition or something

Can we please get a link on each Subscription page to the store page of the current and upcoming products in the subscription?

And dates for which month it's expected to come out.

Not sure if this is the best place to post it, but all the Foundry Premium Modules have a Purchase Here link like https://paizo.com/products/btq027ti and when browsing the modules to install they have the same link for more information.

These links are currently all redirects to the store front page.

Resize the app.paizo.com iframe on the library so you don't get two different scrollbars to scroll through a page of results.

Please add redirects from the old /products/bt123456 URLs to the same product in the new store. This means old links out on the internet directing you to buy a product will still work.

Can we also get links between the various formats of a product? Like PDF to Hardcover/Softcover/Foundry Code (ideally also mentioning if you've previously purchased one of the other formats?)

* In My Library, sort in alpha order should be an option like Publish Date or Last Downloaded. At the moment, e.g. if I search "flip-mat", thr 144 products I have are in a random order, making it hard to scroll through.

I think it is an option? If you click the Sort button there is an option for Name A-Z (and Name Z-A).

Though confusingly, you have to click Apply for it to actually sort, and it will reset the current search so you have to go back to that field and hit enter again.

• 2.) None of my subscriptions, orders, wishlists, library came across and my addresses seem to have Australia replaced with United States.

  UPDATE: library is there, it just takes 15+ seconds of "Your Downloads: <blank>" before the first page of the library loads

• 8.) Library seems to time out unexpectedly?

  If you don't touch the library tab for a few minutes then using the ^ and v arrows on the column headings produces "No items found" and using the Sort dropdown in the top right had a loading wheel for 2+ minutes

  This might have been an expired token from not interacting with the window for 5 minutes or so? This has been fairly easy for me to replicate while I've been writing this post so the token expiry might be too low.

  I'm guessing the token expiry part because the Response has:

• 9.) Library sort is unstable

  I sorted by Last Downloaded (which is blank) thinking I was sorting by Added to Downloads which then got the arbitrary ordering so my issue is that the default ordering when you visit the page is Added to Downloads descending (good) but that isn't signalled and applying any other ordering on a column with duplicate values leaves the underlying order unexplained? (ie I'm guessing the order is the db id order which is probably the order the library entries were added to the db?)

  The Apply and Reset All controls imply that you can sort by multiple criteria but the popup only seems to allow selecting 1 criterion?

  Clicking on the column headers seems to sort, though the little feedback icons that usually tell you which direction it is currently sorted in are not changing to show the sort direction. Also there's no "Name" column header to click to sort on.

• 10.) Added to Downloads date is M/D/Y

  Can this use browser localization, or name/abbreviate the month, or failing that ISO YYYY-MM-DD instead of the unreadable US-only format please?

• 11.) Searching and then sorting the library resets the visible results

  Using the sort button in the top right to sort the library after you have typed something in the search bar ignores what is typed in the search bar and returns all results so you have to re-search the results to get the filtered list again.
  

Is there any way to see what your subscriptions / wishlists were?

• 1.) https://paizo.com/paizo/account/subscriptions and https://paizo.com/paizo/account/wishlists are both still "active" but have been replaced by a login redirect so visiting them will block you from the store with a "Request rate exceeded" error (429?)

• 2.) None of my subscriptions, orders, wishlists, library came across and my addresses seem to have Australia replaced with United States.

• 3.) The Rewards History modal on the Paizo Plus page doesn't have a border or a drop shadow so the white-on-white hides where the edges of the modal are.

• 4.) Is the plan to sync older orders (<2020) to the new site later? Can we please have https://paizo.com/paizo/account/orders linked from the My Account page if you do have an older order (at least until the older orders are synced)?

• 5.) Should parent categories contain all the products from the child categories? It seems to work that way on some pages and then:

• 6.) The forums have a list of subscribed products next to your username that don't match what's actually subscribed on the new store

• 7.) Forum lists are broken/missing

Hi Paizo,

I seem to be having the same trouble as Darklord Morius with the store, clicking "Proceed to Checkout" stalls, finally prompts for my password and returns me to the home page (ie secure.paizo.com/checkout -> paizo.com/paizo)

The only way I could put my last order through was to fill my cart while I was signed out, and only log-in /after/ I clicked "Proceed to Checkout".

Now, I have a bunch of items in my sidecart and queued for my next subscription shipment that I'd like to ship with my pending order (#2331208) and clicking the "Ship As Soon As Possible" button also isn't working :(

Order #2328876 appears to only be PDFs but is currently a pending order? I didn't know download-only orders could be pending?

Please combine my sidecart items and the non-preordered items waiting for my next subscription shipment with order #2331208.

Hi Paizo,

I love the new Pathfinder Pawns Subscription, but it looks like the 35 bases that ship with the Bestiary Box are expected to be all we need?

The two AP Pawn collections announced so far are base-free and the NPC Codex (that I've only just found out about, yay!) has an unspecified number of "included 1"-round plastic bases".

Is it possible to order another bag of the bases out of the Bestiary Box by itself?

Hi Paizo!

I placed an order yesterday and combined the shipping with my 'next subscription shipment'. Now the shiny Bestiary 2 Poster seems to have shipped separately (big tube?). The other items went into my sidecart as per usual.

Scroll forward 12 hours and I got an email telling me the order was about to ship but the newly sidecarted items were being held for my (next?) next subscription shipment.

Is it possible to have my non-preordered sidecart items moved into the pending order?

I tried adding a couple of (preordered) items to my sidecart and ended up putting them in my current pending order. Rather than holding this order until the last preordered item is available (ie May 2011), could the preordered items get moved to my sidecart so the available items can ship as per usual for the September subscription shipment?

Is it possible to find out what I did wrong to merge the orders instead of putting the new items in the sidecart?
