Hello everyone.

I have more of a question than a bug report: I think almost all of my digital items available here come from humble bundle purchases. And today I was unable to access the new store with the email I used on the old one. And of course after creating a new account with the same email I don't have my digital purchases there.
So I will have to use the old store to retrieve everything I have bought from humble? Or there is a way to redeem those items even in the new store?


Minor issue:
Page: https://paizo.com/paizo/account/assets
Clicking the filter for 'Starfinder Roleplaying Game', my list includes 'Starfinder Alien Core File Per Chapter', however the single file version appears in my unfiltered list (and possibly a wrong filter) - not in the Starfinder filtered list.

i bought a pdf one hour ago, and still, it doesn't appear in the library of the ne web store, or in the My Account / My Contents page of the old site.

I am missing my order history from Feb 13 2024 and back. It just cuts of at the 5th page.

I also have the issue with missing Foundry codes and Paizo Plus tier, but can see that under known issues.

Since free PDFs no longer have items in the webstore, things like Player's Guides are linked to from the relevant pages; but, there appear to be some items such as Free RPG Day adventures that have no clear way to access the PDFs. E.g., I can find the product description for the Scourge of Sheerleaf adventure, but can't find a way to download the digital version. And there doesn't appear to be a product description page at all for A Fistful of Flowers, at least not that I can find through the search feature or via the Pathfinder Adventures category and subcategories.

Same issue with, e.g. Starfinder Second Contact, which I can find in the store (though it is miscategorized as being an 'adventure') but there's no apparent way to access the PDF.

The product discussion threads on the forum redirect to the store page instead of the actual forum thread. Blog post discussions appear to have the same issue.

My PFS & SFS subscriptions did not make it over (my others did). I cannot find these subscriptions on the new store. Am I missing something?

I have no subscription order message for December.
I have bought Draconic Codex and pathfinder 221 in a new order, but I like them returned as a subscription.

This issue is not in the "Known Issues" list:

New Store Library: the filtering functions don't work. If I "Group By Category" and look everywhere in the Pathfinder category I am missing almost all of my recent (>2020) purchases. For example it will show Pathfinder: War of Immortals PDF, but it won't show any of the Core rulebooks that I have. If I do NOT filter by Category and simply search for "Player Core", then the system finds my Pathfinder Player Core. Meaning that it is in the list, but the filtering does not work.

Bonus: the filters don't work even in the Legacy Library. I'm sure you are aware, but if you test the filter AT ALL you will immediately see that almost none of them works. To give just one example: filter by clicking on "Publisher > Paizo Inc." and a number of entries disappear from the library list, for instance my pdf for the Starfinder AP Against The Aeon Throne, which I'm sure is published by Paizo.


Also not in the "known issues":

Wishlist disappeared from everywhere, both new and old websites.

I had several items in my wishlist, but when I navigate to the new store's wishlist page it is empty. The wishlist function has also gone from the legacy website, apparently, which is very annoying.


Also not in the "known issues":

The product "Pathfinder Adventure: Claws of the Tyrant" in its PDF version is NOT AVAILABLE for purchase on your new store.

I wanted to buy this taking advantage of the discount. Can you put it back in the store please?

Also the Starfinder 2e Alien Core Token Pack is not displayed in the VTT section

I see two bugs for my subscriptions:
* “Starfinder Adventures Subscription” is there twice.
* There is a “Lost Omens World Guides Subscription” that is no longer available to subscribe right now; the line is now called “Pathfinder Lost Omens Subscription”. Is that a problem? Will that just be merged as you fix bugs?

This was mentioned in the anouncements. They couldn't pull the old wishlists over, and they knew they'd lose the old lists when the old site was gone.

I didn't see this in the 'known bugs' section, so I'm putting it here. When I'm signed into the new? website and checking on my PFS stuff, I can't go to my digital assets directly. When I click on digital assets, it wants me to sign in again, and does not take my password (which is the same one I signed in with to access PFS data - cannot be a typo on my end because I use a password manager and it only has one password for Paizo for me and autofills the request. Do I need a second (different) password for my digital assets from now on?

Also - contact with customer service did advise me to log into the old site for digital content and that worked fine (using same password in my pw manager that got me to PFS data).

Hey Paizo Team - The new Store looks great! Here are some bugs I've run across so far...

In the Library -

1. There is no differentiator in the name to know what multiple downloads for a product are - for example - the same name is listed for 'single file' and 'file-per-chapter' versions of products.

2. When multi-selecting products to download, only the last selected product is downloaded. Assuming the expected behavior is to download a .zip file with all selected products?

3. Downloading 'Player Core 2' specifically, the PDF is formated improperly - each page is displayed as a spread with the right side blank - Could be an issue with just this file?, The version in the legacy site looks fine.

Not sure if this counts as a bug, but I've noticed that the PDF for Claws of the Tyrant doesn't seem to exist for purchase.


Bug Report: Wrong email address transferred to new store.

I changed my account email back in January, for various reasons I failed to shut down the old domain so I've still got access to both.

Attempting a password reset using the current email address (which I can successfully use to log in to the forums & old digital content), I don't get a reset email (nothing at all from paizo in the email server logs.

I've now tried a password reset for the old email address and got an email.

From this I'd guess that the new store has been set up with data bsaed only on purchases, and doesn't recognise the new email address, while it does recognise the last email address I used to buy something (its been a while)

As a passing comment, industry standards have moved on from forcing passwords to require all of upper & lower case, numbers and special symbols, because requiring this reduces the number of possible passwords, making them easier to crack. Even Microsoft have stopped doing it

When I tried to download the pdf of the recent Starfinder Warframe colab, it shows up twice in the new store library page, neither actually includes the pdfs.

Seconding the reports above about poor handling of changed email addresses.

I've changed my email address a few times over the past decade, most recently late last year. I couldn't reset my password with my current address, despite having made a purchase under that address as recently as last month.

The only email address that allowed me to reset was last year's email address. But when I logged in, none of my purchases showed up in the library, even though most of my purchases have happened since 2020.

FYI, I just received an email about that next subscription order is coming up soon but it showed the product being the Lost Omens: Shining Kingdoms Poster Map Archive, so I clicked "SKIP" as I already have had that since June.

I'm assuming that I'll get another pending order email tomorrow that will reflect Draconic Codex and Pathfinder Adventure Path #221: Into the Apocalypse Archive (Revenge of the Runelords 3 of 3), and if that is the case, no problem, just wanted to flag it as I don't know why it pulled a product that came out five months ago and wanted to be sure that this skip is not going to affect the current month's releases.

P.S. Apologies in advance if this more granular than you need to hear about, I know things are changing fast and I'm not trying to be a pest, just want to make sure the right stuff comes through. It's tough to know what is considered a bug worth reporting vs. something that is more the case of waiting for the dust to settle.

Are there no longer significant discounts for foundry modules if you already own the PDF? On the old store , I remember there were two versions of each: Combo of PDF/Foundry Code or just Foundry Code.

It has been noted a couple times now, but I also purchased the Warframe adventure, today, and PDF and can't seem to find it anywhere to download it.


"Apologies; let me correct that. You will receive your confirmation email on Wednesday. That will give you until Sunday night (11/23) to skip or cancel the products listed. On Monday (11/24), your credit card will be charged and the PDF released and your order will head to the warehouse for shipping."

Follow up question on this, is it possible to know what time Paizo will charge our credit cards?

Like first thing in the morning, at noon, etc.?

I didn't see it specifically in the known issues. Should I be concerned if the subscriptions are showing the incorrect product next? Lost Omens has changed a couple times and is now on Shining Kingdoms map folio.

Adventure Path Charter Subscriber; Pathfinder Maps, Starfinder Maps Subscriber

The Store page for maps is both Pathfinder and Starfinder, and all the types of map products maps jumbled together, with no way to filter. The "Sort by" dropdown does nothing.

I was trying to filter by newest to make sure I had not missed a map this month, as my subscription went missing in the change.

I went to https://store.paizo.com/library/ but there is nothing to take me to Legacy content. I have emails tracking order back to June 2008 (for the free PDF of the Alpha of the original PFRPG!)

In My Library, there are quite a few entries which just have a number (e.g. 19206) , not a name. If I try to download one, I get a panel mounted which has many lines of image file names and radio buttons, but starts with ZIP file. For example 19206 begins

  • ZIP file
  • Aballon.jpg (Image)
  • Aballon.png (Unknown)
  • Absalom Station.jpg (Image)
  • Absalom Station.png (Unknown)
  • Akiton.jpg (Image)
  • Akiton.png (Unknown)
and so on.

If select the button for Zip file and click the Download button I get an error page

I am using the latest version of the Brave web-browser on Windows 11.

The download selected feature in Library does not seem to work. I tried downloading all my Starfinder 2e products as a test and only the GM core went through. Also, there is no telling if a download is a single file or a by chapter .zip file.

I'm so sorry if this has been addressed somewhere, but I can't seem to find it. I have a couple physical orders in my sidecart waiting to be shipped with my next subscription order before the store revamp and now I don't see any evidence of those in the new store. Are these still scheduled to ship with my next subscription order or do I need to redo these orders?

This is my exact experience. I changed my email in March 2024 and when I reset that new email address password, I never receive the email. I did it with the email I used before that change and received the email and set up that account. So, I changed my email address back to the old one.

I can log in to the legacy downloads and forum here using my new email address. So, I'm confused about where some of the library entries are in the new store (since I've made purchases since 2020).


Emailed customer support as well, but I had a gift certificate code from a con earlier in 2025 that I never spent, but "activated" on the previous store website, so it used to show up as store credit when I went to my cart on the old website. The credit/certificate is gone although I remember a post saying it was supposed to carry over. If I try to add the code for the certificate again, it says the code isn't valid.

We will be moving everything from the legacy store into the new store, but it will take us some time. Until then, you can claim your downloads at the legacy Digital Content portal.

Credit cards will be charged at 1 a.m. Pacific on Monday, 11/24. The exact time might vary based on where you are in the queue.

BigCommerce doesn't connect with Paizo Connect to allow live discounts based on previous purchases (though your orders still sync with Paizo Connect as usual). That might change in the future but I don't have an ETA on when we would be able to add that functionality.

Pending orders and sidecarts from the old store did not transfer over. You should add them to your upcoming subscription products by clicking "Add to Next" on the individual product pages for the new products. More information is on the Subscription on the New Paizo Store blog.

It looks like the Paizo Connect issue was taken off the Known Issue Tracker, but I am still not able to sync my account with Demiplane.

It looks like the Quest series is missing a few of the latest modules. Will these be added to the product page later?


First off congrats on the new website - its a massive improvement.

Unfortunately I'm not able to download digital files that I purchased today - I have purchased several remaster pdfs (monster core2, guns n gears, npc core etc) however when I go to download them they open in a browser window but when I go to save the file it is an .xml file type not a pdf and it fails to save due to xml permissions. I suspect this is because it hasn't been personalised but despite leaving it for a while im still getting the same error

Same here. Bought PDF version of warframe collab. Order in "completed" status, and still can't find where to download it.
