I just tried signing up for the Starfinder Rulebook Subscription, but at checkout it stops me and keeps saying "Unfortunately one or more items in your cart can't be shipped to your location. Please choose a different delivery address.".
Very odd given that Paizo is actively sending items to my address, and very frustrating given that I'm being blocked from throwing more money y'all's way and supporting Starfinder.
This has been resolved. Sorry about that.

All of my subscriptions have disappeared - with the store now saying that I have no subscriptions
Please recreate your missing subscriptions and verify payment methods and addresses. You can then contact customer service and we'll create a catchup order with free PDFs for anything you missed.

A fairly minor bug admittedly, but the The Enmity Cycle cover art on the store page is very low-res. This is also true of the store page for the PDF as well.

Couple Library Issues -
The Battlecry! Pawn Box download actually has the NPC Core Pawn Box content, but has no cover page at all.
The Alien Core Token Box is also missing the cover page.

Hey folks! Just wanted to let you know that I took a look into this and it does seem that the incorrect file for the Battlecry pawns was initially uploaded. This has been fixed in our system now, but the feature that automatically makes the new version of the PDF available for download needs a bit of a kick. We're working with one of our vendors to get things in place, and hopefully I'll have another update soon when this hiccup is resolved.
The Alien Core token files will also be updated, but they're not quite ready yet. I'm expecting to be able to update those sometime tomorrow.

The section on "Third party" content doesn't seem to be working or linked anywhere on the main store page. You are able to access individual publisher pages fine but if you try to just to click on the name "third party publishers" on the top left between the publishers name and Home it just brings you to a 404 page.
The direct links as a example-This link works, This link. 404's you.

Should I be earning Paizo Plus points on purchases made by subscription? I'm only seeing one purchase since the switchover earned points. It may be that all is as it should, but I believe adding order numbers and an invoice link to the point history would bring needed clarity.

Checkout continuously seems to crash/decline cards despite having worked previously.
Also, could you add a paypal option to the default payment options? Paypal seems to have far less issues when paying for stuff on the new store site.
Checkout still doesn't work for me. Which is weird, considering it's the same card I use for everything else, and the same bank account that worked perfectly fine on the old store.

I don't know if Paizo Gold is working as intended?
I'm a Legendary status, but I haven't gotten any gold since November for my subscriptions nor my two seperate purchases outside of those subscriptions.
I have been able to leave reviews to get the gold, but my purchases don't seem to be added.

It really doesn't seem to be working properly. Neither of my January purchases are reflected in my rewards history, and it doesn't show any updates there for me since 12/18/2025.

Same problem for me. As far as I can tell, I haven’t had any gold added to my account since 11/26/25, and I’ve made several hundred dollars worth of subscription and standard purchases since then.

Same. I submitted a ticket after this order because it was a big one. Think support manually added gold to the account for me but told me it should be working. They said after the final shipment goes out it should be automatically added.
Will keep an eye on it.

The update says
“Group by name” has been renamed to “Sort by name” for clarity
But "Group by name" used to actually group things together (so all my Pathfinder Society Season 3 scenarios were grouped under a collapsible heading) Now the button just sorts things alphabetically. So not only was the button renamed, but the functionality was changed as well (and, unless I am missing something, there is no way to group things like that in the library anymore)

Not sure if I'm reporting this in the right place...
I had an account previously, using my outlook email address. I tried logging into the new store with that address and my password, and it didn't work. I followed the direcitons and hit the reset password link, and never got a reset.
i've now created an account on the new store using the same email address as my prior account.
none of my post 2020 purchases are on the new account. i do still see them under the legacy content link.
how do i fix this?

What happened to product discussion pages? The links still exist in the forums, but they only lead to the product pages, not the discussions themselves, even when clicking on the last comment link.
They stopped working when they switched to the new web store.

Reporting that there is still no link to download the Pathfinder Society Organized Play sanctioning documents for the Myth-Speaker AP store page.

For both the Troubles in Otari Print and PDF pages, the links in the description for the Troubles in Otari Flip Map either throws the 404 error or goes to the default landing page instead of the product page referenced.
Also can't find a page for the physical mat itself, is it out of print?

So I went searching for maps and was shown a countdown for how long the sale would last. It happened for multiple maps, here is it for Ambush Sites Multipack.
I see a way to add it to my wishlist, but no way to add it to my cart.
Right now it looks like I can not buy any of the items on the flash sale.

I wonder if Ambush Sites Multi-Pack is just out of stock, and the page isn't showing that correctly? Though if that's the case it ideally wouldn't say that it's on sale, since it's not even available for sale.
Very glad to see that Paizo updated the website to at least display sale prices on the relevant item's page though, that was seriously missing since the launch of the new store.

I just submitted a ticket about this (263188), but also figured I would share here since I haven't seen any mention of it elsewhere
I attempted to redeem a Humble Bundle that contained only digital items, but got stuck at the Shipping step due to the following error:
"Unfortunately one or more items in your cart can't be shipped to your location. Please choose a different delivery address."
I would think that the shipping address should be irrelevant for digital items?

The steps you took to create the bug.
a. Navigated to store.paizo.com in Google Chrome
b. Signed in to my new Paizo Store accountc. Clicked Redeem a Code
d. Submitted the Humble Bundle code
e. Clicked Checkout
f. Under Shipping, entered my phone number. My address was pre-populated.
g. Observed the error listed above
I also tried tweaking my address like writing out any abbreviations or only putting in the first 5 digits of my zip code, but I still got the error

In the new store's Library page, sorting by "Last Updated" (whether by "Newest to Oldest" or "Oldest to Newest") doesn't appear to actually sort them in that way, and both "Newest to Oldest" and "Oldest to Newest" result in the same order being displayed when intuitively they should be the inverse of each other.

Confirming that Ambush Sites is out of stock. The store is supposed to put up a notice when that happens, so we'll investigate this next week.

I placed an order on January 20. The total cost of the order was approximately $350. The order was received this week.
This order has not shown up in my Paizo Plus account.
Please review this error and fix it.

I've been what they used to call a "charter subscriber" to Adventure Paths, and I've also had a couple of other subscriptions, but now that I finally had time to look into this web store mess, I noticed that I haven't received anything since October 2025.
Of course the root cause is that there seems to be no migrated data in my new web store account. Possibly I lost some old store credit too, who knows.
When I first accessed the new store account, it seems that a support ticket was automatically generated, since I got an email about it? But that was some time ago, and I don't even know what the ticket was about.
What a joke...
But no matter, I guess this is a good time to quit Paizo for good, since I can't be bothered to check the new subscriptions and discount offers. I just need to buy the last monthly AP installment to complete my AP collection.
