Curious as to the status of the cross-discounts for purchases to and from Fantasy Grounds. Appears that the API in the new store won't update and thus am holding off on purchases in both locations as I don't want to pay full prices in both places. I can't find anything on the forums on this item.

Paizo Connect not working is in the list of known issues. And yeah it's not working for me either (for Demiplane rather than Fantasy Grounds).

Thanks. I had that, but only now realized that is what "Paizo Connect" is. Would have been helpful to have a bit more verbiage around it to explain to those of us who don't know the names! Now, I know...
On the positive side, at least the Fantasy Grounds store is trying the connection now instead of just locking up. Not finding anything, but it's trying!

I submitted a Customer Service ticket (259717) as well, but I have had the same issue that some others in this thread have noted where I have no orders listed even though I have made orders since 2020. Luckily, I still seem to have access to the Digital Content I purchased in my Library, although I haven't tried downloading them since the migration.
1.) The page you were on when you found it.
Home / Your Account / Your Orders
2.) The steps you took to create the bug.
a.) In Google Chrome, go to store.paizo.com
b.) Click the User icon next to "Hello! Sign In" > Sign Inc.) Submit my credentials
d.) Observe the "Your Orders" landing page that lists "You haven't placed any orders with us. When you do, their status will appear on this page."
I also tried clicking away to some of the other tabs like "Addresses" then going back to "Orders" in case it was an initial load issue but got the same result

1. I tried downloading multiple files, but system only downloaded one at a time. If this is a feature and not a bug, then don't let me select multiple files. It gives me a false sense of hope.
2. This is not really a bug, but bad webpage design. You need too many clicks to download. Burying 'download', or anything, in '... Actions' when you've only got 3 actions is annoying. Burying 'download' in '... Actions' when it's probably the single most used command in the library, is annoying. Requiring me to click 'download' and then click 'Apply', especially when 'Apply' is not on the '... Actions' pull down is annoying.
3. This is also not really a bug, but bad webpage design. Who decided on the purple on black arrangement for the 'legacy digital content' link? Were they intentionally trying to hide it?

Two Extinction Curse issues:
On the main Extinction Curse landing page ( https://store.paizo.com/pathfinder/pathfinder-second-edition/adventure-path s/extinction-curse/ ) it says there are Organized Play Sanctioning Documents, but the text isn't linked to said documents like it is for other APs.
In the description of the first volume ( https://store.paizo.com/pathfinder-adventure-path-151-the-show-must-go-on-e xtinction-curse-1-of-6-p2/ ; and also on the description for the PDF version) there is a link to a blog post which is supposed to contain a feat related to the adventure, but the link leads to a 404 Page Not Found page.

Has anyone who's order history not come over had it restored yet? Still waiting to get into the top tier of Paizo Plus
You are not the only one. I logged a ticket on 20th November and have not heard back yet.
My history failed to come across and my Paizo Plus tier is still wrong.
I fixed up my address, payment method and my subscriptions myself, although I did get charged the setup fee which seems a bit off even though it was only $0.08 <smiley face>.
Also, I am a 'Pathfinder Roleplaying Game Charter Subscriber' and I am hoping I have not lost that status.

For the digital edition of Pathfinder GM Core, my library includes the file-per-chapter version but does not seem to have a single-file version like the other books in the rulebook line do (and like the legacy digital content interface made available).
EDIT: Same issue with the PF2e Bestiary 2, Core Rulebook, and Howl of the Wild.

To get your Charter subscriber discount you will want to submit a ticket to their ticketing system either email or https://support.paizo.com/support/home

Numerous Free RPG Day releases that have listings on the website lack links to their free PDF versions, including Threshold of Knowledge, Little Trouble in Big Absalom, and The Scourge of Sheerleaf.
(This is separate from the bug I previously reported that some Free RPG Day releases are entirely absent from the store)

When making a purchase, I'm not given an option to have items shipped with my upcoming subscriptions.
This has resulted in me still waiting for an order I made from Dec 2 to even be fulfilled.
Order #305640 was delayed because there were not enough pint glasses to fill it. No effort was made to address this until I called on Dec 9. At that time, the order was cancelled by customer service and recreated as order #309510. As of today, Dec 15, it is still awaiting fulfillment.
I'm trying to order some more items, and again I'm not being offered the option to have it shipped with my upcoming subscriptions.
How is the store allowing orders for inventory that is not available?
How is the store notifying staff of these discrepancies?
What is the process meant to be to address these discrepancies?
What is the criteria for having single purchase items shipped with subscriptions?

The sort features on pages don't correctly sort by "new". I'm guessing its sorting by the date they were added to the new store, rather than released. This makes it hard to find newer content that existed prior to the store migration.
To replicate:
- navigate to a page like Home > Pathfinder > Rulebooks
- change the "Sort by" method to "newest items"
Expectation:
- products display sorted by release date
Actual:
- products display in no apparent order, definitely not by newness though (as some premaster versions of books show before the same remastered content)

Correction: (I submitted this as a customer service request, but I'm wondering if it may be more widespread... is anyone else seeing this?):
Since the launch of the new store, I have been seeing many items disappearing from the Library that had previously been there. Yesterday, when viewing the Library page with no filters applied, it said my library contained over 1,000 items (I forget the exact number). At the time of this writing, it says there are only 881; and certain files that I definitely downloaded from the library since the launch of the new store are totally absent... for instance, I have purchased the digital editions of all three volumes of the Shades of Blood adventure path, but only two downloads are listed for those volumes, rather than the six that there had been (three single-file and three file-by-chapter).
I'm seeing many other things missing too, specifically items purchased since 2020 (I know older ones haven't been transferred so I'm not worried about those being absent). In many cases the single-file version of a download is available but file-by-chapter is missing or vice versa. When the new store had first launched everything that was supposed to have transferred over had seemed correct, but more and more files are missing from the library, and the total count of files keeps decreasing as time goes on.
EDIT: Further example, I downloaded A Cosmic Birthday from the new library on Dec 8 (it has no watermark, so I know for certain it was downloaded from the new library) and now I can't find it in my library at all.

We've currently set it up for more recent releases and will add more as we get over the launch hurdles. It should work with most physical products; it doesn't work with digital.

It shouldn't, but mistakes happen. It might have been miscounted during inventory, for example, or a case of glasses might have fallen and broken.
How is the store notifying staff of these discrepancies?
There is a low/OOS inventory report available that lets us disable products when we run out or place restock orders for items we plan to continue to carry. In most cases, when a product goes OOS it's no longer available.

New Products are those that have most recently been added to the Paizo Store. We've seen a request to allow filtering by publication date, but we don't have an elegant way of doing that through the filter side-nav.
There are nearly 10k products available on the new store and we've received feedback about missing products that we've added. Each time we add one, it shows up in the newest products list. It also shows up based on when we added the products to the site (if you look at Pathfinder releases by newest you'll see a host of Foundry products listed).

I am unable to login to the website at all, which means I can't link my authorized account information to FG. When clicking 'forgot password' and entering the proper email address, it never sends an email so I can reset my password.
Note- My login and password still work through the legacy website.
Please create a new account at the Paizo Store using your old Paizo email address. This should let us sync your library the next time we do a sync. Please reach out to Customer Service if you need more assistance with your account.

The Draconic Codex Single File PDF still has a Paizo employee's info in the watermark on the first 3 pages and the backmatter (Battle Cry). The File-Per-Chapter seems ok.

Paizo has completed the re-tiering of everyone for Paizo Plus. If you don't have the right tier from your purchases, please open a ticket with Customer Service.
If you are a Legacy Paizo Advantage - Adventure Path member and have an Adventure Path subscription, you should be setup already. In order to qualify for this tier, you had to maintain a subscription to the Adventure Path line. We took everyone who was active on November 16th and transferred them over to the new AP subscription. Those that were missed were due to not having an adventure path subscription in the new store, so we are adding those as they reach out to us after they restart their subscriptions.

Two Issues using Gold for discounts:

We're still waiting for a fix to the checkout tool, but you can apply one coupon code to each order at checkout. You can get these codes from the Paizo Plus Rewards page by clicking on the Redeem gold button.
2. I can’t find a way to apply Gold on upcoming subscription orders. Can someone point to how to do this?
You can't apply gold prior to being charged, so gold rewards don't benefit recurring subscriptions. This is another instance where we have asked for the ability to use gold and store credit for subscriptions, but it's not possible right now.
If you sign up for a subscription and purchase additional products at the same time, you can use gold. It doesn't work for add-to-next, though, since you pay for those items when your subscription ships.

Apologies if this has already been addressed, but I've added the Retail Cover Starfinder Subscription to my account, however it does not show in my subscription manager. Since the next release is in March, will this subscription show in account closer to the shipping date, or should it be there already?

It will show closer to the release month. We've asked the vendor to fix this display issue. I think I've seen it fixed if you try and add-to-next an item as well (even if you later remove that item).

A pair of bugs I just noticed:
On the Outlaws of Alkenstar landing page ( https://store.paizo.com/pathfinder/pathfinder-second-edition/adventure-path s/outlaws-of-alkenstar/ ), the Player's Guide link leads to a 404 error page.
And on the page for that AP's digital editions ( https://store.paizo.com/pathfinder/adventures/outlaws-of-alkenstar/digital- editions/ ) no products are listed, nor can the digital versions be found by searching the store.

Another couple of bugs, these for Gatewalkers:
The Gatewalkers page ( https://store.paizo.com/pathfinder/pathfinder-second-edition/adventure-path s/gatewalkers/ ) has a link to download the original (OGL) player's guide, but does not have a link for the updated (ORC) player's guide for the compilation. Ideally both would be provided.
On the compilation's store page ( https://store.paizo.com/pathfinder-adventure-path-gatewalkers/ ) the text "convenient digital edition" is bolded but is not linked to the actual page of the digital edition.

I don't know if this is a bug, but a bit hesitant after last month. I just got two separate emails about my PF and SF map subscriptions.
Last month my subscriptions were not combined (and there was increased postage for international) and were posted separately, so I got increased postage costs twice (one has since been reimbursed, thanks CS). Should I expect to see one email per subscription, or should I see one email with all my subscription for the month?

In the description page for book 4 of Agents of Edgewatch, both physical and digital edition ( https://store.paizo.com/pathfinder-adventure-path-160-assault-on-hunting-lo dge-seven-agents-of-edgewatch-4-of-6-pdf/ ) there is a link at the start of the description which leads to the main landing page for the Agents of Edgewatch AP. This link works as expected when it is clicked on from the product page. However, if you have purchased the digital version and are viewing the product description within your Library, clicking on the link opens a new tab to a 404 error page. When clicked from within the Library, that same link seems to be leading to the app.paizo.com domain rather than store.paizo.com

I was looking at my upcoming subscriptions, and I noticed the next book listed for the Starfinder 2E Pocket Edition is the "Galactic Ancestries" scheduled for June. Should I be concerned that the Alien Core pocket edition isn't listed as the next shipment instead since I believe it comes out in February? I didn't skip the Alien Core, or if I did, I certainly didn't mean or intend to.
FWIW, the Pathfinder 2E pocket edition subscription shows the Monster Core 2 as the next book, which I believe is correct.

I've checked several items, and nothing seems to be reduced in price for the fireside sale?
