When is the incorrect taxing going to be fixed in the new store? Ever since the store went live I've been getting charged VAT on all my orders incorrectly and having to contact support to get a refund. With support taking over a week to respond (and I had to argue with them for the first time to get them to even acknowledge the issue), it's become beyond a joke now.
This was never an issue on the old store.
For clarity all books in the UK are Zero rated for tax as per, https://www.gov.uk/guidance/zero-rating-books-and-printed-matter-for-vat-no tice-70110 this includes digital copies (i.e. PDF copies).

Update:
Hellbreakers is now in my downloads. The single file gives you the option to download as a zip or individual files (AP and Maps)
When downloading the zip option it just downloads the AP.
Downloaded the maps on their own just fine. Woot!

When will we get a concise listing of our currently subscribed product lines?
Between customer service addressing technical problems with my subscriptions and me identifying duplicates, my "Inactive Subscriptions" is increasing while my "Active Subscriptions" is still a chaotic scroll of confusion.

However, on the Guilt of the Graveworld Foundry VTT listing, I'm getting the flag stating I previously purchased it and the date given is the date of my purchase via subscription of the physical book/PDF. Same for Season of Ghosts Foundry VTT.

When will we get a concise listing of our currently subscribed product lines?
Between customer service addressing technical problems with my subscriptions and me identifying duplicates, my "Inactive Subscriptions" is increasing while my "Active Subscriptions" is still a chaotic scroll of confusion.
We're still working on a way to provide your complete list outside of the actual products. The next update will be to replace the "Pay-as-you-go" tag at the top with the name of the subscription (with the next product below it).
Your next subscription product not always showing until you receive your confirmation email is a bug that our vendor is working on fixing.

I'm not sure if this is a new store bug or not, but in the middle of the night last night, my Starfinder Adventurer Subscription somehow canceled itself and I only knew because I received an email about it at 3 AM.

I had the same thing happen with my pathfinder adventure path subscription, and I was supposed to be getting a book for that soon

On the Carrion Crown AP page, the icon for "Digital Editions" displays a Starfrinder product. The icon is still incorrect when you click the link to the new page, but the page does display products from that AP.
However, the Carrion Crown Player's Guide isn't listed.

I'm finding that the store pages for FVTT Monster Core 2 Tokens and FVTT Alien Core Tokens are giving a me a notification that I had purchased these items and that they are in my library, when I actually have not. I do, however, own all of those versions that are the PDF of those books they are based on. Dates purchased being shown in the store page and the PDFs in my library are the same, so the system is mistaking which product it is. (Note FVTT Monster Core Tokens [the 1st set] is not doing this.)
(My hopes were dashed to find they were not actually mistakenly added to my library too, alas no freebees this time! :P )

Order 1 covered a single product and a bundle product. The single product went through, but the bundle product did not.
Customer service resolved getting me the bundle. First attempt at doing so was order 2. It didn't work. Second attempt at doing so was order 3. It worked.
Order 4 is likely unrelated, but is the only other order performed under the new system.
Besides the bug above of bundles not working, the system logs other products having been purchased, though they were not, and they did not end up in my library.

(Cross posting from reddit after investigating for a user there):
There's no way to buy the Hellbreaker's PDF. The Digital subcategory doesn't exist under Adventures > Hellbreakers, so there's no entry for the PDF on the store. Searching for it directly doesn't find it, nor browsing the complete list of products.
However it is in my Library (since I'm a subscriber) so the product does exist, just can't be obtained, by non-subscribers.

Reviews appear to be broken currently.
I've successfully submitted reviews for Pathfinder prodcuts post-new store changeover. But trying to do so for a SFS scenario today I am not only no longer seeing the option to leave a review, but looking at the Reviews (/'Customer Testimonials') section of the product its displaying reviews for clearly unrelated books and products instead of the existing reviews for that scenario.

Sort by Price (ascending or descending) doesn't seem to function in either the Pathfinder or Starfinder sections of the Store.

Thought it should be listed here. Payments for multiple subscribers were denied "Unfortunately, we were unable to place your most recent subscription order" for the 3/16/26 processing date.
My information for subs has not changed and most of the the other users reported the same.

Same issue for me. I received an email that Paizo couldn’t process my subscription order and that I need to update my payment. I did update my payment info, but again got an email that they couldn’t process my subscription order and I need to update my payment details.

Same here. Never had this happen before, and I've got more than 6 months before my card's expiration date.
