Complete with a shiny Wargamer article, we now know we're getting a further dose of school stuff!
The framing narrative is that a Sarkorian group called the Academy of the Reclamation are hosting a Grand Convocation of other scholars, seemingly with a focus on restoring their Worldwound-blighted homeland. Those others are Cobyslarni (named for its founder, an enormous elephant who wanders the First World), Kitharodian Academy (training grounds for many of Taldor's Lion Blades spies), the Magaambya (Golarion's oldest school of magic, based in the Mwangi Expanse), the Monastery of Unbreaking Waves (a Jalmeri House of Perfection devoted to elemental water), the University of Lepistadt (Ustalav's foremost place of alchemical, occult, and scientific learning), and some representation of New Thassilon's infamous Runelords.
Are folks excited for a big dose of post-Remaster magic? I'm hoping we get some substantial new Sarkoris/Sarkorian lore, though I don't dare hope to hear about Jormurdun's dwarves here.

I'm absolutely thrilled we're getting this. This sounds like a great way to frame some inclusion of more robust arcane-themed lore and goodies into the game, something that I've been hoping for for a while now.
the University of Lepidstadt (Ustalav's foremost place of alchemical, occult, and scientific learning),
Hopefully nobody from the Sincomakti School of Sciences sees this book.

It'll be really interesting to see an arcane academy of magic that's trying to rediscover Sarkorian traditions, considering they can be partly summed up as 'don't use arcane magic'.
If it weren't for the Magaambya excxisting I'd assume they focused on the overlap between primal and arcane, but maybe they're spirit focused? Or just all in on being anti-demon.

Given the existence of God-Callers, I would assume a lot of Sarkorian magic focussed more on working with spirits that exist through the world and calling them into tangible forms. Not so much conjuring imitation beings, as 2e summoning does, but temporarily incarnating the spirits already here. While it might be different from the Magaambya's particular blend of arcane and primal, I can certainly see some similarities in theory and practice.

All I know for sure is more exploration of the Sarkoris Scar and attempting to recover and reconstruct its lost heritage makes me a very happy paladin! Kiss the sun and scratch the moon!

No space for playable demon...

Hmm... Thinking in terms of building blocks, this one is tricky. There are schools from 5 meta regions and the First World, so that doesn't seem to provide many clues.
Maybe the building block is the focus on different magical traditions.
Regardless this is a very exciting book!

I feel that with this book, the Animist class and the Sarkorian deity who died preventing villains from using Godsrain stuff to reopen the Worldwound, we might be primed for a Reclaim/Cleanse Sarkoris AP.

I'll be honest - I'm not the biggest fan of this book. Some information would have been nice, but I would have appreciated a regional guide to Avistan much more.
Important to note that scheduling wise, I highly doubt that was ever on the table as possible. This is the Lost Omens book directly following Divine Mysteries, which means if it was a meta-region book that would be two "big" Lost Omens books in a row, something which has never happened until now (since Mwangi Expanse released, there's always been a 1-3 "small" book gap between the extra large ones).

I'm really looking forward to seeing how Runelord works now. Will each Runelord be a school? How restrictive will they be this time around, with spell schools no longer being a thing? Will we get buffed polearm attack support?
Let's get the warpriest treatment in here... Master polearms at 17.
Pure baseless conjecture, but lowkey I feel like if the Runelords have sweeping interactions with large groups of spells, it will be under specific traits, like "all arcane mental spells" or "all arcane cold and fire spells" (Pride's illusions remain the easiest fill-in). I wouldn't expect the "school" part to be really any different than the modern school design of a handful of bespoke spells and a focus power--if Runelord weren't an archetype I might not expect any sweeping interaction with wide groups of spells at all, but presumably different feats will interact with "any lust spell" meaning the charm trait perhaps.
