Man, 7 Dooms is a big zip. Monster Core was like 97MB/64 MB for One file per chapter/single file, but it is 279/180!

About tracking, it's broken, they know of it, and they are working on fixing it, as seen in this post. There have been no update saying it had been fixed, so I guess it's hard to fix.

Usually it takes a lot less time, even when Player/GM core released. I thought that maybe that's because of Sandpoint HC, but posts above indicate that people have no problems with HC outside of missing PDFs.

I'm not sure if they still do, but the used to randomize their packing list so the same people didn't get stuff first every time due to sorting. We may have just has back luck in that randomization, there shipping window goes all the way to friday.

Looks like I get the usual overun special. In all the years that Pathfinder has been a thing, I have only once ever not been in the group left waiting when they run over the shipping estimate. I really wish they weren't so incredibly consistent about it, especially since this time I'm waiting for my subscription to ship before updating my credit card.

The pdf for the whole softcover has the Sandpoint map as both the inside front and inside back covers, though the physical SC has the IBC as the Sandpoint Hinterlands.

I suspect the lack of the hinterlands map in the pdf was an oopsie. The HC has a picture of the town inside both front and back covers and a separate four-fold map (so about 16 by 22, I think) of the town on one side and the hinterlands on the other.

I haven't looked yet, and might miss any when I do, so are there any significant changes to either map from the one in Sandpoint, Light Of The Lost Coast?

At this point, I'm rather irritated. We all know things go wrong and outside factors can make the best plans go awry, but there is absolutely no excuse for the current lack of communication to their supporting subscribers.

When things go wrong, part of the Customer Service responsibility is to keep the customers informed. Yes, the digestive biproducts may have hit a rotary air moving device in the warehouse to have delayed things this much, but that shouldn't stop someone in CS providing some sort of timing update to the still waiting subscribers with shipments looking to be processed after the public release date, whose purchases ultimately help pay their wages.

To have salt rubbed into raw skin, I purchased the PDF of the Monster Core book to read while I wait for my late subscription. I have lovely 171 and 185 byte zip files for my money.

We expect all subscription orders to be shipped by end of day Wednesday (3/27). The combination of Seven Dooms for Sandpoint swaps between hardcover and softcover editions and the release of Monster Core put the warehouse about a week behind of where we'd like to be.

If anyone has a subscription that has not shipped by Wednesday, please contact Customer Service.

I am. Last update was on 4/1 saying it was received at my local post office, and there's been no movement since. I've been trying to do Package Intercept so I can just pick it up from there, but it's not even functioning.
