I’ve watched the first three episodes. So far, I feel the plot is ridiculous. It’s intriguing though. I truly want to see where Gunn is going with the plot.
All that said, some highlights of my enjoyment….
The opening dance sequence is hilarious.
I’m enjoying the cast and their interactions.
I’m happy to see Vigilante brought to life.
The scenes featuring Judo Master were funny as hell.

I was happy to catch that the DEO exists in this version of the DC universe.
I'm wondering where the stuff with the Dad is going. Was he in prison recently and made this gang?
Don't forget to catch the post credits scenes. They're not needed, but they're pretty funny.
way back when Peacemaker first came out, he was a product of his time. He was haunted by the ghost of his father/grandfather, a nazi who keeps peppering him with his opinion and unwanted advice. He becomes a superhero to both make the world a better place and to make up for his heritage.
But in this reality his dad seems alive. I'm going to assume he is a neo nazi as opposed to a regular one.

It looks like they’re combining the idea of Peacemaker’s original comic book father with the late 80s Ostrander-created villain (White Dragon) during his run on Suicide Squad. I always like seeing folks like Gunn make use of more obscure (or at least non-super popular) characters.

Thoughts on episode 4…..
I’m also liking the friendship between Peacemaker and Vigilante. Maybe it’s just me, but the actors seem to have chemistry.
Seems Adebayo is more like her mother than she might like to admit.
I love when comic-based movie and TV shows get accurate about little things. The quick shot of the White Dragon armor is pretty spot on to what I recall from the comics. I’m starting to wonder if we’ll get to see it in action.
Damnit! I was starting to like Murn. He has this “I’m getting to old for this shit” vibe about him. And now he’s a Butterfly.
Still, from Judo Master’s rather cryptic, probably-not-final words, it seems there might be more to the Butterflies. Speaking of, I really hope Judo Master survives, because I’m starting to like him as well.

I think I preferred the delusional Peacemaker. The fact he is so efficient makes him scary. This ignorant anti-hero who needs redemption bit is tired. Like many of the jokes so far in PM.
Thoughts on episode 4…..
** spoiler omitted **
Vigilante is shaping up to be the best part of PM. Though, I gotta say it makes me feel all kinds of bad to want to see Robert Patrick running around as the White Dragon. Also, Danielle Brooks is at least not as wooden as the other actors on the show. I do like her character as Wallers daughter.

Considering the recent revelations about Murn the question becomes Why? why is he so gungho to kill all the Butterflies and how dose it connect to what Judo master was going to say?
and I gotta say I am enjoying the Peacemaker vs. Judomaster thing. Hope we get more of it
Heck if they want to throw in more Charlton Heroes that would be cool too.

Well, that was violently bloody, yet hilarious.
The gorilla fight was awesome. Economos and chainsaws for the win!
And, according to the end of episode preview, it sounds like we’re going to see the White Dragon suiting up. I’m wondering if he’ll eventually team up with the others to fight actual aliens.

Dang blast it!!!
Eagly is hardcore. I’m pretty sure he munched on someone’s eyeballs.
So, if I’m getting this one right, Murn is the only “good” Butterfly.
I’m actually kind of hoping White Dragon might survive all this, if only to maybe see Robert Patrick in the next Suicide Squad movie. I’m certainly starting to think they won’t win this without his tech, at least.

Looks like we're getting close to the end...
The fight between Peacemaker, Vigilante, and the neo-Nazis was kick ass. I should probably include Economos in that.
While I'm disappointed they killed off Robert Patrick's character (meaning we won't get to see him in any future Suicide Squad), they did now open the door for his ghost to haunt Peacemaker, which could open the door for some interesting stuff.
I loved how the veterinarians were ready to gear up and help them.

Yes, that cameo was damned hilarious. As was the Waller one.
Overall, it was a decent ending, although I thought it was visually a little dark. Couple of points….
I love Peacemaker now being haunted by his father.
It looks like Economos is back with Suicide Squad. Hopefully they’ll do more with him in the next movie.
I’d also like to see Judo Master in the Suicide Squad.
