Mythic Improved Precise Shot (Mythic)
Your prowess with ranged attacks is legendary.
Prerequisites: Dex 19, Improved Precise Shot, Mythic Precise Shot, Point-Blank Shot, Precise Shot, base attack bonus +11, 5th mythic tier.
Benefit(s): When you make a ranged attack, you automatically hit your target (regardless of its AC) on a natural roll of 17 or better (the d20 roll shows a 17, 18, 19, or 20). This is treated as if you had rolled a natural 20 on the attack, although your attack is not a critical threat unless the die roll actually rolls within your attack’s threat range.

As for the OP, why isn't precise shot on the table? What are you looking for and why?
OP is looking for a feat that causes you to sometimes accidentally hit allies when shooting into melee. I don't know the "why" but Precise Shot doesn't do that.

Linkified since this looks like a valid answer.

Some how the reply did not get included, must have over wrote it when I pasted the Mythic version text it.
Which Was:
I think you are confusing Precise shot with Mythic Precise Shot

I think the OP was thinking of either the Friendly Fire feat or Reckless Aim feat.
However, one is a Teamwork feat, and most players are loathe to spend a feat on Teamwork feats, let alone one that would hurt them when employed by their "friend".
Reckless Aim is the next closest thing, but doesn't specifically target your ally but someone adjacent to the enemy.
It's exceptionally unlikely you can make the Friendly Fire feat work OP, unless you have a friend who really doesn't mind being your pin cushion.

It is a betrayal feat meaning it's intended to be used by villians that can "convince" their minions to also take said feat, or by cavaliers/inquisitors that are willing to sacrifice themselves for others.
“Teamwork” is a relative term. Many villains don’t concern themselves with collateral damage and make their plans with exceeding ruthlessness. Presented below are several teamwork feats with the common theme of reaping a benefit at your allies’ expense. All of these feats refer to an initiator and an abettor. The initiator is the one activating the feat (also referred to as “you”) and the abettor is an ally who also has the feat and whose presence and (perhaps unwilling) sacrifice allows the feat to take effect. Choosing one of these feats effectively grants consent for an ally with the same feat to harm you in combat, and vice versa, but evil characters are often willing to take big risks to get the upper hand. Some recruit devoted minions specifically to use in this way. Characters with class abilities granting allies access to teamwork feats (such as cavaliers or inquisitors) can select these teamwork feats normally, but allies who are granted these feats can use the feats only as initiators, not as abettors. An inquisitor could not grant an ally the Ally Shield feat and then use the ally as a shield, for example, but he could allow that ally to use him as a shield.
But I agree with others. Reckless Aim and Friendly Fire both sound like the feat the OP is referencing. Oddly, both of them require precise strike meaning you have to be trained in not hitting your ally before you can have a chance of hitting your ally.
Edit: I just noticed the Friendly Fire feat doesn't require PBS meaning hunters can grab this feat and give it to their animal companions.

You might let the vampire wear a swarmsuit in daylight. It takes "direct sunlight" to hurt a vampire, which is very open to interpretation.
I think your comment got misdirected and was intended for the conversation going on here

I realize that this was not directed at me - but at first glance I thought someone was looking for me...
and there is always the Discovery - Healing Bomb.
Thrown into a melee between my (living) allies, and my (undead) enemies I have always been bothered by why I suffer the penalty for shooting into the melee. I really don't care which I hit, as it will heal my Allies and damage the undead...

Actually you should not get a penalty. The penalty is because everyone is moving around making it a hard shot to hit an enemy/moving target. In your case you are aiming at the ground, it doesn't move, dodge, or AC thanks to gravity. The only thing that could happen is it hits some one and doesn't break like getting caught in the folds of a cloak and then landing on the ground.
Might be funny if it gets kicked around and picked up by the enemy, or having one party member stomp on it to make it work

Shooting or Throwing into a Melee: If you shoot or throw a ranged weapon at a target engaged in melee with a friendly character, you take a –4 penalty on your attack roll.
A grid intersection is not “engaged in melee with a friendly character”, so attacking it doesn’t suffer from the penalty.

Thank you for your response. To answer everyone's question I'm in a very disorganized group of players. Even those of supposedly good alignment are playing more neutral and evil then anything in their actions. I have decided if I were to lose my character I would be creating a more selfish character one who wouldn't care if he "Accidently." shot another player. I was hoping to spend only a single feat to remove the minus four penalty for shooting into melee knowing I could hit a party member.
In case anyone is wondering I do like one player and I love my GM and the Adventure Path is fun and interesting. Part of the friction is on me I was with another group for twenty some odd years until life happened. I have been with this new group only a couple of year and we are all still learning about one another.

Alignment and playing alignment has always been a problem in most RPGs I have played. I have seen player who says he's this alignment ends up playing chaotic kill the campaign because I'm an ass. The new group I'm with tend to hate my suggestions for no other reason other I am the old man of the group and some of my ideas seem stupid to them. It's hard to impress upon them experience Does count for something.
