Hi folks,
Postal services around the world have been adjusting their policies to allow for safer working conditions for staff and to adapt to higher volumes of online order deliveries due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The Paizo warehouse is still shipping international orders however, at this time, it is likely that international packages will be delayed in transit. While we have no way of knowing definitively if, where, or how long packages may be delayed after they leave our warehouse, we encourage you to check the status of customs and your local postal service to see if your deliveries may be impacted before reaching out to Customer Service. Thank you for your patience, and happy gaming!

Hey Paizo,
I'm (and likely not only I) in a rather weird situation - due to COVID-19 restrictions, but packages and mail from abroad also reach Poland in a ... chaotic manner. Packages from the US seem to arrive in an absolutely random fashion - I got some just fine, some were held up and some were returned to sender. What is the procedure in case the postal company returns a package to Paizo due to quarantine on a prohibition of delivery of some goods during the pandemic?

^What AJCarrington said. You can keep track of Customer Service's progress in this thread. As of Friday evening, they had worked their way up to emails received April 21st.
Ordinarily, calling is the quickest way to get an issue resolved, but they are out of the office due to the pandemic and can't answer the phones. They will eventually get to your email(s), or you can post a thread here in Customer Service and see if they get to one method of communication before the other.

Two of my 3 April subscriptions have arrived (they all started on the same day).
Near Space about 2 weeks ago.
Extinction Agenda Part 4 last Friday and I am still missing the Starfinder AP Part 3.
That means, every parcel ist going via a different path to you.

Thanks for helping me out!
Me too. :(
My March and April subscriptions are both still en route to Australia. I'm wondering if I'm going to end up with three subscription orders in transit at once.

I think I was lucky and I received my March subscription in Australia before the postal system slowed down. The April subscription, well it's somewhere out there.
Looking at the AusPost website, it says it will take 25-35 business days for a parcel to reach the USA from Australia. So I imagine it would be the same the other way round. So lets assume 2 months.
Also they mentioned "For items sent between 25th March and 30th April, additional delivery delays on top of the below have occurred. We are working hard to process all items on hand and deliver them as soon as possible." So maybe more than 2 months...

Well, I received Near Space two weeks ago here in Spain. No sign of the rest of my march products, Starfinder and pathfinder. Of course I am no worried about April shipments, but I don't know what has happened to the rest of march shipment.
Nowadays, Spain is a chaos, even if we are starting to open restrictions. The postal service gives no information about international shipping.
Maybe is time to worry about the rest of the march products?

Hi folks,
Yes, we've had reports of delays beginning with some international orders placed in early-to-mid March. If your order is returned to us due to pandemic-related delivery restrictions, we're happy to work with you to find a resolution.
Solutions or delays might look very different depending on a number of factors. The first step is to check with your local postal service and/or customs' office for information regarding delays or service disruptions. After that, if the package is still missing, let us know via email and we can begin investigating.

US parcels coming to Australia via economy are currently fully suspended due to flight cancellations, airport closures and the measures implemented to limit and reduce the spread of COVID-19. I am not sure if Paizo international packages count as economy, can anyone let me know?

I just received "Starfinder Adventure Path #27" which was part of the April subscription and had a dispatch date of 16 Apr 2020. So that's a little over 6 weeks to reach Australia.
I'm still waiting for "Pathfinder Adventure Path #154" also from April.
I big thanks to the Paizo warehouse crew, and all the postal workers out there, for continuing to work during this difficult time.

Hello,
Its a bit weird at the moment, I supposed heres a new question.
I am missing 1/2 of my shipment on Order 22052815.
What i would love is what happened Earlier when talking to your customer support.
I would love a shipment sent every 1/4 as UPS international with is traceable.
I would love to pay for the product have the PDF and receive the physical product every quarter. I say this because a 1/4 shipment fits into the large Paizo UPS box.
The issue is the shipment of UPS INT is expensive $75-$100 a shipment but it always arrives unmolested
Regards

I haven't received three Starfinder modules in a row, while all my Pathfinder modules have arrived. So not a problem of the German postal service, per se. I contacted the Paizo Customer Service and hope that they can help me out here. This is getting immensely frustrating.
magnuskn |
And it turns out it was the German postal service, because the two first of the three missing modules just arrived together via normal mail.
Not sure what the logic of that hold-up was, given that the Pathfinder modules all arrived on time. The shipping method seems to be the same.

Well, in the last 3 months I have received Starfinder 27 and Near Space. No sign of Starfinder 26 nor Pathfinders 153 and 154. I have tried to call Spanish postal service and they haven't even answered. And in my postal office no-one knows anything about my shipments. I am totally frustrated.

We had a similar situation here. In Australia the postal service Implemented some physical distancing measures which slowed them down enormously. As I understand things, that led to a mountain of mail/parcels and as they ploughed through them they focussed on ‘fastest overall” rather than “first in, first out”.
I had my April sub leapfrog my March sub, for example.

The weirdest thing happened today: the DHL driver came by with my April Paizo shipment. Due to pandemic regulations they're not allowed to come up to the apartment anymore, so he called me down, and I was happy to see my Paizo package. But when he scanned it he saw that I would need to pay import tax (as usual). He then told me, however, he wasn't allowed to take any cash – again, pandemic regulations – and since these guys never have any option for card payment, he just took my shipment with him and went on his way, and I will now have to pick it up at the depot.
So, due to regulations to protect from the pandemic, not only did he expose himself and me to possible infection by having me meet him for nothing, but I'll now have to expose myself again (and other people, too) by having to go to the depot. Very clever regulations, indeed.

Yeah, however during the pandemic, many stores have been pushed forward now, accepting credit card payments even for small amounts in supermarkets, which would gained you very disapproving looks just a few months ago. However, DHL is something else. I was able to pay by card at the depot, but still, "NO CREDIT CARDS!!", girocard only. Sigh.

My last book from the April shipment arrived last Friday after about 6 weeks (i.e. the Starfinder AP). "Near Space" arrived within 6 days and the Pathfinder AP volume two and a half weeks afterwards. All three books started their way to Germany on the same day...

I'm glad I found this thread. I was starting to worry as I have 2 months subscriptions in-flight and a 3rd coming "soon". It looks like packages are arriving and all that is needed is patience. Huge kudos to the warehouse crew and postal workers for keeping things moving at all during these difficult times.

My shipments are taking about 6 weeks at the moment (to the UK). Weirdly, Near Space was also the last book I received quickly reflecting Oliver's experience above.

Just received my may shipment. No sign of any of my march shipment products or pathfinder 154 from April. I will send a message to the customer service because the Spanish post service has told me today that they have no sign of those products and they should have returned to the origin by now.

Hello ! I ordered a bunch of stuff back in may (7th to be exact) (GM Screen, Near Space, Critical Hit and Fumble Deck and some minies) and I'm still waiting on my order. There's no update on weather it was shipped, it's just been saying pending for over a month. I'm trying to be understanding with COVID-19 but I wonder if someone could look at my query.
