Due to some technical issues and intersection with the big release and GenCon, we weren't able to get this thread up earlier to warn folks or give a timeline. I'm sorry for any inconvenience.
The technical issues caused us to struggle with order generation over July 31st-August 2nd. You may have received a confirmation email anywhere in this window.
The scenarios were fulfilled the morning of August 3rd.
Complimentary Subscription Start Dates: I have been noticing a common misconception about the start date of the complimentary subscription for those with the new Paizo Advantage. Your complimentary subscription becomes active when the first item of your fourth subscription ships. Many people have the Lost Omens World Guide as their fourth subscription item, which will not be able to ship until the middle of this month. If you are in this case, you likely did not receive your complimentary subscription yet, and this is expected. Your complimentary subscription will start once your World Guide (or any 1st item of any of your 4 subscriptions) has shipped.
Your subscription items may have already been available, but hadn't shipped to activate complimentary subscription: If you are someone who has had a problem with your order that has prevented it to ship, and this has caused you to miss out on these scenarios, please let us know! We will try to get you the products you qualified for. Our backlog may make you wait as we catch up, but it shouldn't rob you of any products. We'll do what we can to make it right.
With the above information in mind, if you do not have access to your scenarios, or have further questions about the activation of your complimentary subscription, please let us know!

Nope! You have 4 subscriptions which, at some point, have all shipped an item. This qualifies you. Yours got skipped accidentally it seems, likely as part of the issues that the order generation process was giving us. I have remedied this. Your scenarios should now be available.

What about for those of us that previously had subscribed to both PFS and SFS, and now quality for both as complimentary (7 subs)? With my order history, I’ve now had 8 items ship from my subscriptions just with the last order, and 2 with the previous one. Just curious because I’m seeing that some have gotten e-mails confirming theirs.

It should have made your order too. You guys have some similarities on your accounts that indicate who may have been skipped. I will look into this. In the meantime, Mil, I've ensured you have your scenarios.

The last PFS Scenario I got was 10-22, on June 26. SFS 2-01 and 2-01 are in my downloads, but I can't download them. Get some kind of xml error in both cases. None of the six scenarios listed at the top of this thread are in my downloads. On my "my subscriptions" page, both PFS and SFS scenarios are listed as "complimentary".
Not sure if I'm in the same boat as Captain Yesterday or if I just have to wait until until some later date.

I have not discussed the specifics of this situation with anyone with the authority to make the call on that. At the very least, I feel that the Second Edition Pathfinder scenarios should be honored. Since it's a second edition product holding up the beginning of your complimentary subscription and all, I'd be inclined to argue that for you folks, but I have no guarantees at this time.

Sam, so just to clarify the situation with the quest...is it meant to be part of the sub, or separate?
Is it part of the VO drop?
I received a complimentary PFS sub, but I am also a VL. I am planning on running the quest soon, and was wondering if I get it as part of my drops or if I need to purchase it.
To chime in along with what sanwah68 said, I feel that I haven’t received my VO drop of scenarios. I’ve gotten the SFS and most of the PFS2 scenarios, but am missing 10-23, the new quest, and 1-00. Has being added to get Society complementary subs impacted the VO part of the account? Thank you for your hard work on this.

Hi Sam or another Paizo person, could you also check mine as well? I've got more than 6 subscriptions but never received any notification about the PFS or SFS scenarios.
I admittedly got impatient and went ahead and purchased S01-00 to S01-03 for PF2. I didn't pick up 10-23 or the SFS scenarios, however. I didn't do this till late last night.

Your VO scenarios are not granted as part of the subscription fulfillment. This process checks only for subscriptions, creates orders from those subscriptions, and fulfills those orders. Your VO scenarios are granted in a unique way which doesn't create orders and doesn't involve a subscription. There is a totally different report we run every Wednesday. I'll try to run this again today to see if that helps what you're expecting to come through.

You should now have your subscription items. As stated above, the subscription process and VO granting process are (from our side) very different processes and shouldn't overlap. I'll run that autogrant report to see if it picks up some of what people are missing today.

I refunded the purchase of the scenarios that should be part of the complimentary sub. You should now have access to all the sub scenarios from this month.

Actually you do have 4 subscriptions which have all fulfilled an item at some point in the past (you're not waiting for a sub to ship its first ever item), so your subscription should be active. I've generated the scenarios for you and you should now have access to them.

Thanks, Sam! You're the best! I do mean that when I say that the CS team at Paizo is truly one of the best I've ever encountered. I would encourage people to be patient with them and realize they are a small team and we (the customers) are a very large population. They will make it right - they always do - just give them a chance to work through all the other issues in the queue ahead of you.

I only have one complementary subscription, but I have not received them yet.
I recently started up the four Starfinder subscriptions. I started all of them with the existing product (Order 7995485, listed as submitted on July 20), and the week before GenCon I received a shipment with all four of those products. However, the new Starfinder scenarios released at GenCon are not in my downloads.

Ed, on 2-01 and 2-02, I had the same - I think I had previously personalised them and then not downloaded and came back later. Try clicking the 'having trouble with this download?' link next to it and then repersonalise, that got me them.

Sam - Same issue here with the VO drop. I got all the PF1 and SFS stuff right before gencon, but I didn't get any of the PF2 PFS scenarios.

Sam, thank you for the rerun of the authorization. It shook 10-23 loose, but still hasn't gotten 1-00 or the Sandstone Secret (PFS 2 Quest 1A). Is there an issue with getting those files granted for VOs?

I'm adding this here as it seems a better place to put this. I picked up 6 of my subscriptions at GenCon. My Starfinder scenarios that dropped, but it is listed as inactive please contact customer service. My Pathfinder scenarios is listed as complementary but have not dropped. I don't know if I'm in the same limbo as everyone else I'm a VA that has been pending paperwork for a while now.

can you please check out my society scenario subscriptions, too? I think I should get both of them as complementary, as I basically have all the subscriptions. I even used to have a paid PFS scenario subscription until now, and used to get the SFS scenarios as complementary.
I haven’t received my Pathfinder or Starfinder scenarios either. I have enough subscriptions to get both, and was already getting the Starfinder scenarios as complimentary and was paying for the Pathfinder before the new changes went into effect. Can you check this for me, please ?

Looks like my PFS scenarios seem to be hung up. I previously had subscription for PFS scenarios and with the new structure it looks like I should also be getting SFS scenarios. Like many others here my last PFS scenario was 10-22. Hopefully this will be resolved soon.

Your account doesn't seem to indicate you've made a selection for your complimentary subscriptions. What does your subscription page look like where you would make this choice? Are the choices offered to you? If not we may have a bug to sort out. If you are able to select one of the subscriptions, please let us know so we can retroactively generate those for you.

I've fixed what I could concerning your subscription scenarios. There is not a lot I can do to resolve the autogrant process at the moment, but we will look into it. The quest and the special, to our knowledge won't be a part of the automatic grants even when we have it hitting everyone's accounts.

I seem to have fallen afoul of the issue affecting full subscribers who are now on the free list. I have yet to receive an email regarding the subscription items listed above.
I do have 1-02 & 1-03 due to running them at Gen Con.
Are the quests not included in the subscriptions? I have added it to my cart in the expectation that the answer is no.
Thanks for all the hard work you guys do. I imagine it has been quite overwhelming recently.

Even though this is a special adventure, it's not an exclusive scenario; run and play it at any venue.

Hello folks,
I just wanted to provide an update to the Venture Officers curious about the progress in fixing the non-subscription granting process.
Unfortunately, after spending most of the day working on this with my tech team comrade, we do not have a solution implemented for exactly why these aren't reaching some people. What we have discovered is that it is mostly P2 content, including 1-00 and the quests (still waiting for confirmation on this, but I'm fairly sure you're all right). This has given us a possible fix that we don't feel comfortable fiddling with without the input of some of our still out of office departments.
We can't get this fixed today, but are hopeful for tomorrow. I'll keep trying to patch in the meantime where necessary. Thank you for your patience.
