I just received my package for this order and it is missing the following item : Pathfinder Adventure Path #173: Doorway to the Red Star (Strength of Thousands 5 of 6) Is there any way I can have a replacement sent, please ? I also sent an email about the issue as I wasn’t sure which one was best. Thank you for all that you do.
I’m not sure what’s going on, but my orders are supposed to all be shipped via UPS Ground and this order is showing it’s scheduled to ship Standard Postal and also in 4 different packages for some reason. Can you please change this order back to UPS Ground and one shipment, and make sure that all future shipments are also shipped via UPS Ground ? Thank you.
I just got this order in and the side of the box was completely torn open. Every item is dinged up and I am missing the following items : Pathfinder Core Rulebook Pocket Edition ; QTY 2
Please note there are supposed to be 2 of the Core Rulebook and both are missing. I have also sent an email with pictures attached. Thank you

Please keep one copy of the Special Edition (and 2 copies of the regular edition) for this order. Everything else on the order is correct, I just need the one copy of the Special Edition Advanced Player’s Guide removed. Thank you.

I already had an order generated for this month’s subs, and it was fine. I just got a new order generated to replace that one for some reason, and it added an additional copy of the Pathfinder Bestiary 2 Special Edition Hardcover that I do not need. I only want one copy of the regular version and one copy of the Special Edition. Can you please fix this before it ships, please ? Thank you.
My copy of Pathfinder AP Siege of Dinosaurs (Extinction Curse 4 of 6) just arrived and it has a misprint where it goes from pages 1-64, then repeats pages 49-64 again, then picks back up at page 81. It is missing pages 65-80. Would it be possible to get a replacement sent, please ? I’ve seen a few others with this issue as well. Thank you
When I try to order or pre-order something and add it to my sidecart for shipping with one of my future subscriptions, the 'Add to sidecart' button is missing from the shipping tab during order placement. I only have the options to ship it. I have tried multiple items, multiple browsers and well as PC, phone and tablet. All are missing this option. Thank you
I also sent in an email about this, but I was looking at my account and my cat walked across my keyboard. It apparently changed my items in my sidecart to ‘ship as soon as possible’. I had quite a few items in there and they were all set to ship with my subscriptions. Is there any way you can revert this for me, or do I need to go through everything, get a list of the orders that need to be cancelled and re-place the orders so that they will ship with my subscriptions ?

Ok, well when i look at my order now, it has now changed to ships in 5-23 days. I went through all of the items in the order and the ‘Pathfinder Deep Cuts Unpainted Miniatures: Goblins‘ now shows it ships in 5-23 days. Can you please look into this for me, and if these are holding up my order, can you please remove them ? |
