Pathfinder Lost Omens, Rulebook Subscriber
Not gonna lie, one of my favorite characters from 1e Pathfinder was a kobold, so I'm quite pleased by the new art and also second (fiftieth?) the call for a plushie one day.

To be honest, it should have been orc > kobolds > goblins > hobgoblins
Well, since the new kobold design makes them scaly goblins you could probably just use that stat block and call it a day.
