They're fairly solitary, I expect there'd be a lot of variation because of that. Frequent social contact would make for a more homogeneous culture and by all accounts werebears don't have such. Some might follow Erastil, some might have heard of Uskyeria or Tanagaar, maybe one ran into a follower of Lymnieris and really enjoyed the experience. Some might have no strong religious leanings at all.

Paddington. Occassionally Pooh. In minor cases Bear.
Honestly though, I imagine it's likely they follow whichever deity they followed before they became a lycanthrope.
I was going to add Fuzzy Wuzzy and Gentle Ben to the list of ursine deities. And I agree with Isaac. They likely continue to follow whatever deity or deities they did prior to their being turned into a werebear.

Probably Uskyeria, the empyrael lord of hunting, prudence, and slumber; the bear is Uskyeria's sacred animal, and the domains seem to fit fairly well.

In Tian Xia, I'd imagine Tsukiyo (in his aspect as god of the moon) would probably receive the worship of werebears.

In FR the deity of good lycanthropes was Selune. According to this thread I found here, the equivalent pathfinder deity would be Desna.
However, after doing some additional research it seems that in pathfinder Ashava is the goddess of good lycanthropes. But if for some reason you don't want an empyreal lord, you could use Ketephys. There's not a lot of information on Ketephys, but he fits. He's CG and has both the animal and moon domains.

It's a complete mess, honestly. If there was any semblance of the natural lycanthropes having the personalities of their animals, I don't think a point could be made for Weresharks being Evil.
It seems pathfinder removed the alignment shift for lycanthropy, so any type of lycanthrope can be any alignment. The creatures in the book are merely examples. This is evidenced by,
Her most common minions include half-celestial werewolves, lunar nagas and pegasi.

What animal would make sense if you want to make another good aligned lycanthrope? I was thinking maybe werepeacock? and give them the ability to make people fascinated by displaying their tail feathers. Also for a good entomothrope I would go werebutterfly (they would follow Desna obviously).
there is a LG wereboar paladin.....
well as for other animals
Wereraptors ( IE Eagle and Hawk)
Weredino
weredolphin
