I am starting a game with a group of players that *sigh* are furries. They all want to play beast races. Which is fine. It can add some interesting flavor to have a beast adventuring party running around. One of them wants to be a wolf. Is there a class or feat that will give wolf features? I want to keep everything they use to be from a Paizo source.

Wolf Shaman (druid archetype, not to be confused with the Shaman class) and Wolf Domain.

Wolf furries that can change into a wolf 1/day, from Bestiary 6.
EDIT: strangely, reptoid is also another viable option: It's change shape ability allows alter self to ANY humanoid form, so you can have a furry form if you wish.
Aasimar/tiefling: these allow for things like canine muzzle, animalistic head, backward-bending legs, mammalian tail, clawed feet, furred skin, ect and one of the aasimar subtypes, Agathion-Blooded (Idyllkin), says it can "possess bestial aspects".

My recommendation would be http://paizo.com/products/btpy91dq?Pathfinder-Player-Companion-Blood-of-the -Moon for the alternates of the base skinwalker, though be sure to note the changes they made in Inner Sea Races that made their abilities not limited per day.
So, if they really wanted to they could do like Zelda here does and just stay in 'wolf' form when she's out adventuring. Bite attack and Claws (she has the Extra feature feat)

You could play an aasimar (or other "genasi") and choose to be of Rougarou, Adlet or other wolf-like humnoid descend. That way you get the aasimar stats with the wolf-like looks without building a rougarou player race.

Non-human aasimars have the same statistics as human aasimars with the exception of size. Thus a halfling aasimar is Small but otherwise possesses the same statistics and abilities as a human aasimar—the difference is purely cosmetic. Non-human aasimars do not possess any of the racial abilities of their base race. However, they are usually raised in the same cultural context as other members of their base race, and thus generally adopt the same fighting style as their peers, use the same types of weapons and armor, and study the same skills.

You wouldn't need to build a Rougarou player race because the Rougarou are already 0HD and thus easily player accessible.

In addition, Ultimate Wilderness has a Feat that players can take for their characters at L1 that can allow for bestial features...
You were touched by nature at an early age and share a
kinship with wild creatures. Your body might bear animalistic
features, such as bestial ears or a tail, or your presence may
be subtly unlike that of others.
Prerequisites: Any neutral alignment, must be taken at
1st level.
There's some more crunch there but this would provide a cosmetic appearance...
