This is Phntm888. Here is the Cleric/Slayer of Asmodeus I had in the previous game. I need to tweak him for the character creation rules you've presented, especially the gear part (He reached level 2 previously, and had gear from that, but when I originally made him we were told to skip buying gear). I'll be using the 25-point buy (I don't think I'll need to tweak his stats too much, they were pretty close to that already).

Tomasz Zaporozhti
Human Teisatsu Vigilante / Daring Champion Cavalier 1
Portrait
"First of all, what is it really all about? What is it you object to? You want to abolish Government?"
"To abolish God!" said Gregory, opening the eyes of a fanatic. "We do not only want to upset a few despotisms and police regulations; that sort of anarchism does exist, but it is a mere branch of the Nonconformists. We dig deeper and we blow you higher. We wish to deny all those arbitrary distinctions of vice and virtue, honour and treachery, upon which mere rebels base themselves. The silly sentimentalists of the French Revolution talked of the Rights of Man! We hate Rights as we hate Wrongs. We have abolished Right and Wrong."
-- The Man Who Was Thursday
--------------------
Appearance:
--------------------
Standing at just under six feet tall, Tomasz moves like a man running out of time. His steps are quick, and his eyes are almost feverish. His voice echoes with the thunder of a trained orator, and he paces endlessly in his cell. When out to speak he dresses in worker's cloth smudged with soot and less-savory substances; when out to act he dresses in finely-made leather and a bandanna to hide his features.
--------------------
Personality:
--------------------
Tomasz is a petty fanatic, a selfish revolutionary, an anarchist and a hypocrite. Above all else, though, he is his own man - he would rather slit his own throat than genuflect and thinks that society should do the same. In his quieter moments he can usually be found reading books of collected speaches or sermons, though those periods of stillness never last long.
--------------------
Background:
--------------------
Born almost twenty-two years ago in the slums of Talingarde to a copper-piece whore, Tomasz's childhood was filled with thoughts of family. According to his mother, he was descended from one of the lesser noble houses that House Darius had trampled in their rush for the throne - his first fights were with the other bastards who mocked the idea, and he grew up with a searing resentment for House Darius and, by extension, Mitrans in general. When his mother died of the wasting illness he managed to con his way into an apprenticeship at a book-binders, and while working there taught himself how to read. And write. And publish, under the pseudonym "The Common Man". He wrote pamphlet after pamphlet railing against House Darius and distributed them across the city, finding sympathetic ears in other men of ill repute. Together, they made plans for revolution. Then, in the middle of the day, the Knights of Alerion struck. They raided the safehouse and killed most of the guards, wresting the identities of the conspirators from the minds of the survivors. Tomasz, beaten badly and frothing with rage, was captured and taken to Branderscar to await execution.

Challenge: Once per day as a swift action, the cavalier chooses one target in sight. The cavalier's attacks deal the cavalier's level in extra damage, and the cavalier takes a -2 penalty to AC vs. everything but the target of his challenge. The challenge ends when the target is dead or combat ends.
Order: Order of the Cockatrice
-- Whenever an order of the cockatrice cavalier issues a challenge, he receives a +1 morale bonus on all melee damage rolls made against the target of his challenge as long as he is the only creature threatening the target.
-- +2 to the DC of Intimidate attemps against the Cavalier
Tactician: Once per day as a standard action, the cavalier may grant a teamwork feat to two allies who can see and hear him. They have access to this feat for three rounds.
Vigilante:
Hidden Strike: The stalker vigilante deals an additional 1d8 damage against foes who are unaware of his presence, who consider him an ally, or who are made flat-footed by startling appearance. A stalker vigilante can also deal hidden strike damage to a target that he is flanking or that is denied its Dexterity bonus to AC, but in these cases, the damage dice are reduced to d4s.
Dual Identity: The vigilante has two identities which he may switch between in one minute. If a creature attempts to scry either identity while the vigilante is in the other, and the creature is not aware that both are the same person, the attempt returns no information.
Seamless Guise: For the purposes of concealing his other identity, the vigilante gains a +20 disguise bonus to appear as his current identity.

Bah, screw it. Rolling and if I'm stuck with it I'm stuck.
4d6 ⇒ (4, 5, 3, 4) = 16
4d6 ⇒ (4, 4, 5, 6) = 19
4d6 ⇒ (2, 3, 6, 3) = 14
4d6 ⇒ (5, 1, 1, 4) = 11
4d6 ⇒ (6, 1, 6, 4) = 17
4d6 ⇒ (2, 6, 5, 6) = 19
Edit: Never mind being stuck, hot damn.
Basic concept is mechanically an arcane archer sort of character (probably the archer-y Magus crossed with something else), character-wise I'm thinking he's in Branderscar as a serial kidnapper, torturer, and murderer, always catching people to try out his new spells on because straw dummies just don't quite make the right SOUND when you shoot them.

Do you want people to only worship Asmodeus, or are the other deities allowed (as long as they fit in with the Lawful Evil theme)? What about the Archetypes specifically made for this AP?
Did you mean No 3PP for everything, or just for races and classes (meaning feats and archetypes are alright)?
This is something I was wondering about as well.
Ouachitonian
Alright, rolls:
4d6 ⇒ (5, 5, 5, 4) = 19=15
4d6 ⇒ (2, 6, 5, 6) = 19=17
4d6 ⇒ (2, 6, 2, 1) = 11=10
4d6 ⇒ (4, 5, 1, 4) = 14=13
4d6 ⇒ (4, 3, 1, 2) = 10=9
4d6 ⇒ (3, 4, 3, 3) = 13=10
Hmm. 25 point buy it is, then.
As for concept, I think I want to do a pyromanic who's in for arson. Likely a Lava Gnome or Ifrit. One side would be some class thematic to that, I'm trying to decide between Sorcerer of the Elemental (Fire), Efreeti, or Draconic (Red/Gold/BRass) bloodlines, a Flame Oracle, or an Immolator Inquisitor. If y'all have suggestions there I'd appreciate them. The other half of the gestalt isn't as certain, but probably something with Full BAB and/or a lot of skill points, to balance it out.
Yorin the Strangler
Here's the character from GM Insanity.
It was just meant to be an easy job. Snatch the girl and trick her family in to coming alone. Heh, fat lot of good that did, they brought the guard with 'em and the whole thing fell apart like a ham left alone with a feral mutt. Noble blood would've been so sweet, i'd have gone and gorged myself for days on that family. Now....Now i'm just sitting here in jail waiting for them to cut my head off.
-Yorin The Strangler.
Always had a dream to get to use the strangler archetype, just never had much of a chance with it. But if I get in.....Oooh, will some necks pop and bones crack.
Just to put this out there, i've got no intention of going full-blooded vampire. Yorin is perfectly happy as a dhampir and feels he has a much better appreciation of feeding than the undead.

Well now I was going to play a nice Evil cleric, one Rosa Luminass. But I had this mad idea last night for a PC and wanted to make it.
I had this idea of playing a android, Ninja + Investigator.
She is all about skills, smart fast and deadly. LE and a cold hard killer.
So here she is, A woman of many talents and many faces.

My submission is the Doctor. I may have gone a bit overboard with the background, but hopefully it isn't too long. I still need to go through and link-ify the profile, but I think most of the details are there. Open to suggestions for improvement.
Lysander the Swordsman
This is Ouachitonian, presenting Lysander Photias, known as the Swordsman because of his skill with a blade, honed through years as a mercenary, and maybe a few illegal underground duels. Also, I recycled the alias, and he was past ten posts so I couldn't change the name. His true passion, though, is fire. A pyromaniac worshipper of Ymeri, demigoddess of the Plane of Fire, he was eventually caught and sent to Branderscar for burning down a church of Mitra (the false prophets needed to be purged with holy flame, you see).
Mechanically, he's a Pyrokineticist/Fighter (Ustalavic Duelist, Mutation Warrior). I hope you don't mind a setting-specific archetype in a non-Golarion AP. I'm working toward slashing grace, planning his MO as burning everything he can at range, then slicing them up when they get close. Mutagen, when I get it, will further improve Dex. The fighter side will (probably) go into Duelist eventually. If there's any more you need or anything I need to fix let me know. As of now he's NE, more self-centered than tyrannical. If you want all LE, let me know and I'll change it. It's still within 1 step of Ymeri, so I won't have to change too much.

Killers are not hard to find, there is always some thug or evil cult type who will kill for god or coin. But a real professional killer of things. One who takes pride in the craft of killing not just a person but also their whole life, is someone much harder to find. You can hire a cold hard and utility ruthless killer such as an Assassins. Who will for coin kill a man, his wife, his child even? But a true killer of things, a true destroyer of things. Plans, plots and works out not just to take a life, but also how to destroy everything that individual stood for.
Rosa is a killer of things.
Her craft is that of the despoiler, the destroyer, the vengeful agent who comes and pulls your whole life apart. She can and does take great care in planning the downfall of her target. Hold hard logical care. for instance...
The honest merchant who crossed the wrong group. For him, stolen good planted in his ware house, even more at his home. Found then him locked away, his wife temped in to prostitution, son found dead from drink. All planed and worked out. The pilgrim Inn, so fat from faithful coin. Why tainted food, a few dead, then a string of bad luck. Soon on pilgrim goes to the accused inn and the doors close for good.
The rich man, whose eye on power upset someone above, A night of drink, a one night of love, then a child, news comes out and shame. Death follows as to all, he takes his own life. But all again by Rosa's hand.
Then her last contract, the one that had coursed her so much trouble.
Bring down two noble houses, two houses seeking to be linked by marriage. Hard yes, because her employer, a would have been the bride form another noble house, wanted to do more than brake up a love match with a simple sandal. She wanted the two noble houses to fall and fall hard.
Rosa was more than willing to oblige. The execution of the contract was complicated but her plan was simple and elegant. She would use the wedding itself, both families in one place. The wedding was held in an old wood chapel at night. The right amount of black powder change, the wring amount of over stocked holy oil in the cellar. The two door guards drugged with free wedding food. Exits spiked and locked. So simple once completed.
She has sat some way away and watched the fire storm. The few that came out on fire where saved, but by the time the local militia had the fire out. It was all far too late for the happy couple and all but a few of the wedding goers.
It was only after she had discovered that her employer, a rash and stupid girl child, had succumbed to guilt on hearing of her x-lovers demise and confessed all. Unknown to Rosa the child was used a bait, and so Rosa, after some struggle was captured.
There was a court case, but she had not really been paying much attention, she had spent her time plotting ways to get away, but it seems when to kill some 130 people form noble stock, one is very well guarded.
Now Rosa is waiting death, her mind working to find a means to get out and away, there is no hope but Rosa never feels hope, nor fear or happiness. Feelings are for organics and Rosa is not organic, she feels nothing but cold hard logic.
I do hope you like Rosa, she is a hole other level of evil.
Cardinal A. Thorn
Fallen Paladin reporting for imminent beheading.
Godfrey was born in the capital, surrounded by the splendour of Mitral temples and values. Worshipping his entire life. From early in his childhood he saw the knights that would ride through the city. He and his friends often played games of knights and demons. He was always the knight and he always won the games. His friends weren't jealous of him; they all had fun when they played, but he sometimes took things a bit far, almost forgetting that they were only boys and holding the wooden sword to their throats close enough to leave marks. They day he was old enough he joined the ranks of Talinguarde's army as a lowly soldier. His zeal didn't let him stay there for long and he was soon noticed by his superiors as a man of great potential. This was mentioned to the knights taking apprentices and soon he was chosen.
Sir Karden was a devout paladin and he helped to temper some of Godfrye's character flaws and for several years Godfrey was the perfect student. Soon he was recommended by Sir Karden to become a knight himself. That day was the brightest day of Godfrey's life. Blessed by the priests, feeling the holy light burn inside him. He was ecstatic ot become a knight. He would wipe out every evil from this land, by himself even, he felt capable of anything in that moment. It was a slow trip downhill from there. Away from the influences of his former mentor his ways grew harsher and harsher with every evil he faced until one day he had captured and was questioning a prisoner. Usually he was supposed to take prisoners in for the interrogators but he had decided he could do their job better than them. While getting nowhere in his methods he struck out in violent anger again and again until the prisoner was dead and unrecognisable. He didn't care what he had done. They were just another blight on the perfect world of Talinguarde. It was only when he calmed down that he felt empty. The burning light that was always with him was gone and in it's place a hollow empty hole.
At first he didn't believe it and thought that if he repented he would be forgiven. But he was already too far gone and his heart wasn't in it. A day passed, a week, a month. No answer. He was stripped of knighthood when it was discovered what he had done and that mitra had abandoned him so they did too. He was angry, justifying everything he had done as for Mitra and Talinguarde but no one would be persuaded. The hole inside him had cracks, previously filled up by Mitra's warmth but now left to spread. Godfrey began to cruse Mitra and the people of Talinguarde as being ungrateful of everything he had done for them. His whole life had been devoted to the vision of a perfect Talinguarde and now it went on without them. Somehow through his anger he still sought to be reconciled, to have a place in Mitra's service again no matter how small he could work his way back up again. He went to see his old mentor and plead his case with him. It was plain to his former mentor Sir Karden that he was doing it for purely selfish reasons. When Godfrey saw he could not sway Sir Karden with his arguments he became angrier than he had ever before. Without knowing it he drew his sword and tried to kill the knight. He was far outmatched and quickly disarmed and subdued.
He was tried and sentenced. For the crime of attempted murder he would have his head cut off at the neck. He felt betrayed and angry that not even his trusted mentor would listen to him. All he wanted to do was make the world perfect but their stupid rules tried to stop him. He knew he was doing the right thing and now those stupid rules were sentencing him to death. He knew he would be sent to Branderscar; he had sent a few there himself. On the rough journey there all he could feel was the anger inside. It wouldn't go away and burned inside him, filling up the hole Mitra had left when he abandoned him. He had a new fire inside of him and it kept him warm on his slow journey towards death.

The warsighted can use this ability again before the duration expires in order to replace the previous combat feat with another choice.
Battle Mystery An oracle with the battle mystery adds Intimidate, Knowledge(engineering), Perception, and Ride to her list of class skills.
Tongues Curse(Infernal) Whenever you are in combat, you can only speak and understand the selected language. This does not interfere with spellcasting, but it does apply to spells that are language dependent. You gain the selected language as a bonus language.

Needs some editing still but background has arrived.
Swapping my crime out for High Treason.
Being the oldest of 4 she was often stuck with watching the brats while her parents worked or, worse MADE MORE. It was despicable! One fateful day they were exploring the wooded area near their home and her siblings were being...siblings.
”Dala! He’s touching me!” ”No I’m not! She’s breathing my air!” ”DALA I’m tired” ”Can we go home?? I’m bored!” ”Make him stop it!” ”It wasn’t me” ”Dala can we play seek and hide?” ”DALA!! DALA” ”I wanna go ‘ome”
”SHUT UP!” screamed Andala, reaching out to slap the oldest of the 4 when the strangest thing happened. Her hand erupted in a bright flash of red embers and sparks flew from it, arcing over her brother and sisters. It was beautiful! When the light subsided, everything was eerily quiet…
”Ahh, peace at last” she sighed. Looking down at the charred remains before her, she couldn’t help but chuckle. ”Been a long time since I was an only child.”
Sitting amongst the debris she pondered I wonder if they’d believe this was an accident…Not that it matters. They’d just make more. ”Friggen Rabbits!” With a yawn, she decided to take a nap. Curling up in the ashes, I’ll figure it out later.
Waking with a start, Andala discovered a beautiful young stranger standing before her. His striking smile set her at ease. ”I’m Basileus and you have a problem. My master has authorized me to solve your issue, but I need something in return.”
”Oh? And what might you be able to do for me?” She asked.
”I can make your trouble disappear. I need only your vow to serve my master’s interests.” came his singsong voice.
Considering the enchanting mans words, ”Works for me”.
Without missing a beat, Basileus snaps his fingers. Instantly excruciating pain shot through Andala’s right leg as it contorted and shriveled to an empty husk, void of bone. As she screamed in agony, he advised ”Something to remind you of the bargain. The Dark Prince thanks you for your service.” And with a flash of red smoke, he was gone. A lone book left in his place.
”Jerkoff!” hollered the injured Andala. As the pain subsided she stumbled back to the house, trying to come up with a convincing story. Arriving home a little early, she was surprised to find the residence deserted. Where’d they go? she wondered. Taking advantage of their absence, she sat on the couch and continued working on her story.
The next day came and still no word from her parents. Then the next, and the next. After a week passed, without any clues she decided the stranger must have taken them. Hmmm. That’s unfortunate I suppose. Without another thought she began reading the book left by the Son of Suns.
As time passed, she got better and better at tapping into her new skills. She found a fondness in the tenets of the Prince of Hell and thoroughly enjoyed her work. Starting out small, she’d find young children alone in the frontier towns and coerce them into going with her. Claims of their parents being injured or free food seemed to work quite well in such instances. The scrawnier ones, she’d simply sacrifice in His honor while the stockier ones she sold into slavery. Kids need to have a purpose, right?
Trusting more and more in the protection of her god, she started getting bolder. Defacing a temple here and there. Taking out a priest when the opportunity presented itself. Eventually, she realized the King of Hell deserved more...much more! And so her plotting began.
Using her skills of disguise and the magic at her disposal, she started dressing up as the King Markadian himself! Again, starting small she walked into random shops demanding free goods and “protection” money. None of these towns wanted the guards pulled out after all. Getting progressively bolder, she started walking into the local barracks and sending the troops to attack nearby settlements. Sometimes the guards would lose, sometimes they’d begin occupying another local. Either way, the King was certainly gaining a reputation.
After a couple months of this, Andala decided she was read for the big fish and ventured into the capital. Starting with a few shops, things went well for her. The rumors from the outskirts had preceded her arrival! Pleased with her potions, she waited a few days before trying again.
Wandering around the city, she came across the royal barracks. Oh! I could start a friggen war! Gleefully pondering the possibilities, she ducked into a nearby alley and prepared her disguise. Proudly stomping into the building, she immediately began barking orders for conquest of the nearby kingdoms and the little peons began their preparations! This is too easy!!!!
Turning a corner she came face to face with an enraged Sir Balin of Karfeld standing side by side with none other than King Markadian the V.
”Well s&@#” she exclaimed. And the world went black.
