Seriously though. I've seen more critical hits in this ONE combat, than I've seen over several Game night sessions.

This fight may well be my high watermark for crits witnessed as well. I doubt we'll see this many 20's in total from now till we hit 5th level...
I rolled and confirmed 4 in a single round in a live game once....all 4 initial rolls were 20's. My GM actually bought me a shirt with 4 dice all on 20's and gave it to me next session.

I'm the one that rolls 4 natural 1's in a row. Which is why I am leaning on magic missile right now. No attack rolls necessary.
I feel like my dice want to kill you guys O.o especially those rolling vs team 2 lol.
I think I will start doing spoilers of at the bottom of the enemy turn recapping the actions take and effects (Like Artemis was attacked by X and has taken X damage, who I believe the award for soaking up the most damage on either team goes too.)
That, or take Dalens idea and put the recap in the relevant "section" of the post.

C'mon now. I know Dalen is tall and on the burly side, but he's just one man, and Elaina thinks it's funny that he's a peddler in addition to being a knight.
So, I guess this is technically a triple post :P
I'm working on fleshing out Dalen's family some, but the basics of it are this:
- His relationship with his parents and eldest brother is on the frosty side.
- He is a bit distant from his second eldest brother and his two eldest sisters.
- He's close with his youngest sisters (who are twins) and his youngest brother, all three of whom often help him and the nannies look after the gaggle of kids that are Dalen's nieces and nephews.
- Speaking of which, Dalen adores the children of his siblings, and they see him as the cool uncle, well the ones old enough to care about such things. The fact that he's a knight only makes him cooler to the older kids.
Also, the gala after the ceremony was not the first time Dalen and Elaina have been confused for a couple.
Sorry about the absence had to deal with bunch of crap with my kid's bus yesterday.
If no one else posts any questions from team 1, and team two is ready. I'll go ahead and skip to your meetings with Alaryn and leave the weekend open for any reactions or questions following. I'll likely move forward sunday night or Monday unless questions are still be asked/answered.

Going to be working on fleshing out Dalen's family a bit more. Got five siblings and their kiddos to go.
So, basically, any alchemical/mundane items/adventuring gear you want will be provided to you free of charge. (within reason of course)
If you are looking for magical items such as arms/armor/wands/scrolls you will have to pay, with a small discount. Just list any items you are looking for. Also, you can "request" a certain item if the armory doesn't have it. At which point the quartermaster would start looking around for it. The more your renown, the more likely the quartermaster is too look around for your items first. (renown will be kept track of by me)
Also, if you are reading both threads, I hope I portrayed the more focused, somewhat calmer Alaryn to the group in the morning, while a more worried, angry, and hectic Alaryn to Team 1 :3.

On the subject of gear, I have a question,
Would it be possible to purchase new spells/formulae from the order? Only having one option for my 2nd level spell slots is making me a bit nervous.

while alchemy is still rather new, the Order likely has a few alchemists in their midst or within the city you could ask. we can do gear gaining IC, or OC just let me know which you would prefer, although some Items I may require IC searching for ;)
I've got a grand total of 7 gp for the wand. Out of the 4000 gp I started with 0 gp was spent on potions or any magic items.

By the base cost I should have enough gold left to acquire two new formulae. 40gp each for writing costs and a suggested fee of half that for 60gp each.
I have no strong preference for IC or OoC but as you've already the weight of wrangling a full dozen of us over two campaigns I imagine it's best to keep descriptions short for our shopping.
Ideally I would like to pick up See Invisibility and Invisibility if possible.

Oh! I'd not considered that. In that case Alvin actually has a fair bit more cash to make use of providing the same holds true for the rest of us. I'll have to take a look at perhaps some magic crossbow bolts to round out my available gear!

Okay, so that ups my share into the wand to 253.1 gp.
Here's the list of items that went into that.

4 bedrolls

100 ft of silk rope

and

I may have gotten my math wrong, but I think that's right.
I'd also say, with Order membership discounts included, a wand of CLW would come in at around 600gp.

If it's 600gp then Serill can easily put in his 100gp.
That's 395.1 gp we still need 204.9 gp to buy the wand. I've got four casks of ale worth a total of 3.2 gp, two casks of applejack worth a total of 3.2 gp, and a cask of mead worth 8 gp. If you throw in the value of the casks, that's another 3.5 gp for all seven of them. So that's another 17.9 gp for a total of 413 gp if Dalen can get the full value for the booze and the casks on trade. He also has four jars of honey worth another 4 gp and 150 gp in trade goods (grains, spices, furs, and other miscellaneous items). If the Order accepts goods on a 1 to 1 basis, that brings the total to 567 gp. which means we're still 33 gp short.
Of course, this is out of character, in character, someone's going to need to talk to Dalen about this. I'm sure the the others have probably heard of his, ah, peculiarities by now. After all, how many knights go around in a peddler's wagon. If the GM agrees to let us do the above, and doesn't mind a little role playing, Dalen can probably negotiate the value of the goods up enough to cover the rest.
Of course, this might take a little convincing of Dalen to get him to go along with it.
I'm at work so I can't post at length but if someone can look through all my mundane gear in my character sheet and total it. I'm sure it's well over the 204 we need for a wand.
Also make sure to take off the price of any mwk gear you purchased.

If you guys wish to purchase another level one wand, I'd suggest finding a buff or utility one. Granted, having a backup CLW wand wouldn't be a terrible idea.
Ill still put up the dosh if theyd like. I aint doing much with it now. Unless the GM forbids it.
