You know, in a game I'm running, there's an NPC character who was an adept/mage wright (like an adpet, but for arcane stuff)/mystic theurge became a lich, decided to be a really cool dude, got kidnapped and killed by less cool dudes, and is now, somehow, a living half-elf (previously he was also a half-elf, but the other half was half-orc and half-human).
He's slightly confused.
Finds it nifty to be alive, actually, though, but he's unfortunately hurt by negative energy ('cause living) as well as positive energy ('cause undead). So... that's a thing. Probably will end great for him, I'm sure.
