when I looked at the map earlier, I couldn't see any notes: looks like the map size got bumped -- so none of the notes were visible. I tried to fix it...
I did 5-foot Duhwoo away from the Stalker, BTW.

No it cant but if i had realized he had one up i would have used a different spell.. Reading back up i see you cast it.. Just missed it.. Lithuan a dispel magic would destroy it.. You dont have to burn a 6th level spell..

Meh, no big deal. Right tool for the job. Besides, dispel magic requires a check. Disintegrate is guaranteed. See also: bad guys would make their saves against me, if used in combat.
