I would really love to see some more interest in Tian Xia. Looking back a few years now from the Year of the Ruby Phoenix Tournament, not much has come out in this area aside from the occasional PFS scenario. So my hope and plea here is that you guys might consider a level 1-4 module, similar in design to the amazing Dragons Demand, only set in Tian Xia are themes appropriate to that area. Being low level it could be a nice launchpad into ongoing home campaigns set there, as well as a nice starting point to the popularity of PFS characters built around Tian races and ideas.
Here's to hoping!

I love Tian Xia and am always for new modules exploring areas beyond the Inner Sea. However, between the Jade Regent AP and the many PFS scenarios set in Tian Xia, I feel like that continent has been explored in enough detail to provide ample starting points for campaigns set there. What about a module set in Casmaron, or Arcadia, or <crosses fingers and prays to whichever deity will listen> a high-level module where PCs scour the ruins of Azlant to uncover the secrets that led to Skyfall?

I would love an Arcadia module, but more so an AP. But to your point about Tian Xia being explored in enough detail to start a campaign, I couldn't disagree more. The continent is meant to be much larger than Avistan with a massive amount of countries profiled painfully brief in the Dragon Empires Campaign Setting book. Yet only a handful have had any real treatment and even moreso with the sparse amount that has come out, most it is set in Minkai. PFS scenarios are fun but they don't really provide a lot of room for setting. But in the 60+ page module format there could be a lot more room to grow and expand. Also the indexes might be able to provide brief articles on areas where Wayang, Nagi or the ever popular Kitsune come from and how they fit into Tian Xia.

Exactly. Especially on Kitsune there is such a big demand that many have been asking for a Kitsune of Golarion book.
TianXia also brings many opportunities to tell stories about other things people ask for, like more dragons etc.
It´s in itself a very exciting setup of possibilities with all the different nations, empires and races there that has been really neglected. Doesn´t have to be a 1:1 asian stuff translation either, but there´s a plethora of inspirations to use to expand that.

Every RPG campaign world has its "focus area" - the Forgotten Realms has Faerun, Eberron has Khorvaire, and Pathfinder has the Inner Sea. Each of those other settings has other regions, continents, and even planets to explore but they are purposefully not fully fleshed-out to allow GMs to create their own stories and histories in an established world. Expecting Paizo to delve too far into regions beyond the Inner Sea isn't realistic. Tian Xia is not the focus area of the Pathfinder campaign setting and it has already seen more development than any other non-focus region of Golarion. That all said, Paizo's campaign model has thus far been different from D&D and other companies' (i.e. a new edition every few years that comes with new developments in the campaign world) so who knows?
I'm not saying a Tian Xia module/race guide/gazetteer/etc. would be a bad thing - if it happens I can enthusiastically avow that Paizo will get my money for it, as they always do! I'm just saying there's enough existing content for a GM to set up their own Tian Xia campaign with relative ease and that the effort could be better spent elsewhere in Golarion. It's only my opinion, of course. I just feel that there have been enough products set there to sate my curiosity about that continent, and that I'd rather see adventures set in Casmaron, Arcadia, or Azlant which, to the best of my knowledge, have had none set there before.

I'm hoping for more extraplanar, personally. City of Brass or bust!
There have been more than a couple City of Brass and Plane of Fire plot hooks left in some PFS scenarios as of late, definitely intrigued as to how those may come to fruition.
As for the Tian Xia expansion, I think that a module would be a perfect addition to what we already have with the Dragon Empires Primer and Gazetteer, as well as the Jade Regent AP, it would round the whole thing out :-)

What would make this even better is it was set in some of the Jungle areas. My imagination runs away with challenges set in an environement recalling those wonderful Buddhist lost shrine and temples deep in the South Asian jungles.
Although its always quite tempting to hope for something Minkai based as there is so much Japanese media to seek for inspiration.

Ankorian Temple exploration would be pretty friggin awesome! One of the things I especially like in the Mummy's Mask AP is the frequent use of new monsters. A setting that mirrors the Ankorian one would probably also have to draw upon rarely used critters to help establish setting. Plus at low levels the heat and dangers of a jungle crawl would be real and a true challenge. BRING IT!!!

Tian Xia is my favourite region!
The information about most states over there are scarce at best. I'd love more Modules or an Adventure Path that startin Tian Xia on Level 1 and take the Party to trvel and learn about all the states.
Jade Region did detail Minkai and the Forest of Spirits as well as Hongkal, But most of the other states not even have a PFS Szenario.
It would be great to get Modules about those states which were modeled after Korea or Southeastasian countries, as their culture isn't that much known through the media as is chinese or japanese culture (Kung-Fu movies and Manga).
How does myth from Vietnam, Thailand, or Indonesia convert into the world of Golarion? Modules would give a great example about this.

Thread Necro!
I'd like a detailed Tian Xia World Guide along the lines of the Inner Sea World Guide. When that was published, were there plans to come out with more?
It was probably dependant on sales (which have unfortunately been slow, although we haven't had that officially confirmed in quite some time, so maybe it's changed).
When the inner sea region first got explored it was via a Gazetteer first (64 pages) then was expanded to a campaign book (256? pages from memory) before the Inner Sea World Guide. I suspect the plan with Tian Xia is similar - start with smaller products and see how they sell to minimise the risk of the company plowing lots of resources (both financial and creative) into generating stock which then doesn't move for years.
As I understand it, the campaign setting books and player's guide set in Tian Xia didn't do very well. They since tried 'teasing' a variety of areas through Distant Shores - so they're obviously keen to find a way to keep putting out material in the other continents in some way. They just need to do so without hurting cash flow.

Yes, Tian-Xia isn´t as commercially successful as Avistan or Garund, but a Level 1 module would help generate interest.
The Player Companion "Dragon Empires Primer" (between 250 and 499 left in Paizo stock) is not doing so bad, in fact it´s doing better than the "Inner Sea Primer" (more than 1000 left in Paizo Stock).
The "Campaign Setting: Dragon Empires Gazetteer" is another story, there are more than 1000 left.
The same would be a good idea for the other continents, like Casmaron, Arcadia and Sarusan.
The last two havn´t been developed at all, so Tian-Xia and Casmaron are the next logical step, in that order.

That is only true if the print run for both books was exactly the same. Which I honestly doubt that is the case, given that Inner Sea Primer is supposed to be an evergreen go-to booklet on the entire setting for everyone, while the DE Primer is aimed at a narrow group of audience. In fact it would make very little sense for Paizo to print the same amount of both.

Back to discussing print runs again?
Let´s just grab a copy of all that Tian Xia stuff everyone!
Some intro level Tian Xia stuff will most likely generate more interest i think.
That is my oppinion as well.
If it is a solid basic adventure, people will want more.Let´s hope we will get one in 2017, but until march 2017 no new modules will appear. :-(

If you're interested in a thoroughly Tian set of adventures, also check out Pathfinder Society Scenario #8–16: House of Harmonious Wisdom, a series of short quests that collectively tell one bigger story set in the heart of the Lung Wa Successor States. It's got a lot of action while also hitting some meaty Tian Xia continuity chords—especially for those interested in Lingshen, Po Li, Quain, and Shokuro.
Oh, and don't forget Pathfinder Society Scenario #8–02: Ward Asunder and Pathfinder Society Scenario #8–13: What Sleeps in Stone, both of which take place along the Dtang Ma-Nagajor mountain border and take place in iconic locations important to local history and traditions. I'd be remiss to leave out Pathfinder Society Scenario #8–14: To Seal the Shadow, which travels to Minata for a central wayang ritual celebration in which the PCs play a leading role.

I didn´t see that statement yet, could you kindly link it please for some context. It only talks about modules, but i don´t have any hopes there. Seems some people are just too much into their mythos stuff and bringing out the nth related game there.
Talking about comfort zones and such...

GOOD NEWS IN 2017:
JADE REGENT:
AP #49 is sold out.
AP #50 is sold out.
AP #51 ($10.00) went from less than 1000 to less than 500!
AP #52 is sold out.
AP #53 ($10.00) went from less than 500 to less than 250!
AP #54 ($11.99) went from less than 25 to less than 10!!!
Map Folio ($3.00) went from less than 1000 to less than 500!
Module: Ruby Phoenix Tournament ($5.00) has less than 1000 in stock.
Player Companion: Dragon Empires Primer ($6.59) has less than 500 in stock.
Cards ($4.00) 1000+ in stock.
Dragon Empires Gazetteer ($11.99) 1000+ in stock.
If you want to increase the chance of new Tian-Xia products in 2018, buy some of these old ones (if you have some use for them).
Costs can be reduced by another 10% when using the "holiday17" code (works on one order only).
Personally i bought a second map folio and module in my local flagstore (which then reordered these from it´s distributor).
I hope for a Tian-Xia 1st level module in 2018.
