Fortunately mine were just plain flannel pants from Walmart. I got them for Christmas, so I don't know how much the cost, but surely not more than $10 or $15.

~laughter~ And that is one of the reasons why I like Star Trek - DS9.

DS9, in my opinion, is the best of the Trek series, though each had it's good points (some better than others). I have mixed feelings about the new series starting up (Star Trek: Discovery), but I'm also hopeful. I admit I did lose interest in Voyager toward the end and never finished the series, given how it became "The Adventures of Seven of Nine and Her Friends in Space" and how easily they defeated the Borg, the most feared enemy the Federation had at that point. Pretty disappointed there.

I confess to enjoying all of the series, some more than others, and all for various reasons. 'Enterprise' enthralled me least of all, sadly. As I had high hopes for that show. (I have been a fan of Scott Bakula since Quantum Leap) :)
Query for those more nerdy than even I am. Time-wise how do the final episodes of Voyager and the movie where the Star Trek TNG crew defeated the Borg queen line up? Were those supposed to be simultaneous? That might explain a lot of both of those happenings.
/nerdism ;P

Enterprise really struggled the first 2 and a half seasons, then the 3rd season and most of the 4th it really took off and I began to really enjoy it. Then the finale episode happened and I was left with a hangover taste in my mouth because what the hell was that crap?
I don't know about the "First Contact-Voyager" connection, since they both defeated the Borg Queen in different places (on Earth and in the Borg nexus). I might have to do some looking into that.

The Borg Queen can simply transfer her consciousness to a new body. This may help explain things.
