They are references to where the creature is found,
I = Bestiary 1
II = Bestiary 2
III = Bestiary 3
IV = Bestiary 4
V = Betsiary 5
APnnn is the Adventure Path nnn - Bestiary entry
Mod. is found in a module.
Comp. (coming soon) - in a companion, name will be in the next column
Sett. (coming soon) - in a setting, name will be in the next column
Where it is an Adventure Path or Module, the name is in the next column.
This is summarised in rows 56-65 of column A :D
Basically, think of column C as telling you "this creature already has an official Paizo design, found in this (or these) places".

Curiosity got the better of me, so I made another tab - and placed on that tab only the existing creatures from the Paizo APs, Bestiaries, Modules, etc...
It provides a nice index into what exists already...
and it surprised me to find that, not including settings and companions, we already have 2,106 (!) creatures across the Paizo product lines. Wow!

Give us the Zaratan sea turtle.
It's a giant sea turtle with an ecosystem on its back. Because it lives practically forever and almost never fully submerges and sleeps most of the time, the "island" on its back is covered with tropical plants, animals, people, and sometimes even unaware monsters. Rather than beaing something to fight (though you can try if you'd like), it is a creature perfect for a small adventure. Imagine the shock of the PCs when they discover that they're trapped on a giant sea turtle swimming through the ocean. The zaratan's armor makes it almost impenetrable, especially since the top of its shell is covered with earth and plants and rocks or even a tiny little mountain. It lives on a diet of giant squids, sacrifices from islanders, seaweed clusters, and basically anything else that strays into its water vacuuming turtle beak. PLEAS ADD ZARATAN TO BESTIARY 6. My sister and I have bean looking forward to one since the very start since it was one of my favorite creatures in Advanced D&D 2nd edition. Pathfinder is now the only tabletop RPG I play and I wish for the very best of Bestiary content. You never fail to deliver and I am always impressed by your published works.

Already done a long time ago - the stats for "turtle/island" are in Patfhinder AP #27 and on Archives of Nethys. Granted, it could use a reprint in a Bestiary at some point :)

Technically, the aspidochelone is a whale/island. :)

My memory could very well be off, but the RotRL hardback didn't replace the Christmas seasons hardback the year it was released, and from the sound of things James Jacob is largely in charge of updating the new hardcover, which means it shouldn't be drawing resources from the design team. So I am not sure CotCT will impact there schedule much.
I still don't think we will get a bestiary hardcover, but probably some sort of NPC book or a similar volume.

Star Spawn are in bestiary 4 according to your monster codex.
Spawn of Yog-Sothoth, Star-Spawn of Cthulhu, and one or two more with similar idea/origin.

B3 was released in 2011, B4 in 2013 and B5 in 2015... I think that they rearranged their schedule to have a Bestiary at least 2 years apart now (2017). We'll probably get either a 2nd Monster Codex or NPC Codex in the meantime... which I hope we get.
As for the theme, while we did get "Intrigue", "Horror" is coming out this summer, so... maybe these twos themes will get them more inspiration than only either one.

with the caveat that this only continues as long as the bestiaries get good sales. With bestiaries, there might very well be a saturation point, both in how many monsters many people need, and how original the monsters are.

Mechagamera |
I have been thinking some more on the intrigue being the basis for B6, and I am starting to think that it won't be. I think specificity works better to highlight the vigilante then generic monsters. I think the "bestiary" for intrigue will be one or more books like Pathfinder Campaign Setting: Darklands Revisited with 10 Batman or Daredevil type villains from a low level Sgt. Mendoza type who is always chasing the hero to the high level Kingpin type who is running crime in the city, and ditto a book of 10 Arkham Asylum types.

An alchemist monster like Dr Jekyll and Mr Hyde.
The human side becomes more and more pacifist while the monster becomes more violent. The unfortunate discovery of fracturing mutation causes them to have an inherent repeating mutation that stacks with another mutagen, which will the same type. All the bombs and extracts the alchemist prepared will be abused by the violent personality.

Sounds like a combination between the Ragechemist and Master Chymist.

A template that fuses two creatures together(maybe teleportation spell mishap) with a human and a fly as the creature example.
There's an 'Amalgam Creature' template like that in the Advanced Bestiary. That's a third party book of templates, but Paizo has used it several times to modify creatures in their products.

I really want a Wanyudo like creature in Pathfinder.
It could be done like this Wanyudo from my own project and I would really like it that way.

Mechagamera |
I would like to see dragons with feathered wings. In fact I would like to see some dragons with hair/fur, feathers, armored plates, shell, tough hide, and other non-standard traits. Would also like to a dragon shaped like a frog/toad.
Dragon with feathered wings would be a nice look for a celestial/upper planes dragon if they ever do dragons based on alignment/outer planes.

Mechagamera |
I was thinking the same thing but I would love some non-standard or even a new subcategory of dragons to have these traits.
I am not opposed to that idea either (a Quetzalcoatl style dragon), but Dahak's "I'm not a Hellfire Wyrm, but I play one in PF" entry in Inner Sea Faiths rekindled my hope that outer planes based dragons could be coming. I wouldn't mind them being templates (the PC's get in a lot of trouble in Heaven when they pick a fight with a red dragon that is really an angelic red dragon [even after the GM goes out of his way to mention the feathered wings three times]).

Hachai = Selk’nam SA; Horned man-like being, with large pelorovis-like horns emerging from his head; cow-like features and covered in white fur with red bands; pot-bellied; mostly benevolent and protected people from the Halpan; slow moving, and associated with dark cliffs; fierce
Halpan (F)/Shoort (M) = Selk’nam SA; Matriarchal race of humanoid monsters; communicate in strange shouts; bulky in shape, white in color, with a vaguely human-like piscine head; had an extra long nail on their middle finger which they use to disembowel humans to eat them; dwelled underground
These two Monstrous Humanoid races seem pretty interesting.

Has anyone suggested reindeer folk? Most of them can't fly. The glowing nose is just that one unique individual. Reindeer are special because both bucks and does have antlers. They can go on all 4's and run really fast. They have hooves so that should give then back some race points for having trouble handling tools and weapons made for humans.
