December's order spawning will be taking place earlier than usual to accommodate Paizo's holiday schedule. Pathfinder AP #100 is a special volume with more content than a standard AP.

They still need to update the product entry with that new date. I have a Rusty Dragon Inn brick in my Saved Items that says it will be available in December.
What about the next iconic heros release. That was set for this month.

Is depend on the Wizkids, so Paizo don't have that information.
Iconic Heroes 4 is being released outside of the usual schedule.
Although, from what I understand from Sara's post, it's going to be functionally the same as a December release if you have it set to bundle with your subscriptions.
If you're just waiting on a preorder though (and it's not in your sidecart), it should arrive a little before the December subs do.

I don't know if this is an issue with my account or others relating to December's shipments but I noticed under the Upcoming Shipments screen that my discount was not applied on all of the items. This was also apparent looking into January and February. Normally this would warrant a seperate thread, and I apologize if this matter only affects my account, though I felt it may be more pertinent posted here. I believe this is a widespread issue. When you get your email, let us know if it is not correct at that point.
I just got an email I've never received before (citing an order number 3761715 which isn't in my order history) saying that some things I've ordered are now unavailable.
Is that related to the subscription run do you think? I have also got a couple of outstanding orders that are outside their usual timeframes that I was planning on raising with CS, but I don't want to muddy the waters if this is something else.

I didn't think I had anything odd in my sidecart for this week (and I'm concerned about a previous order for some promo minis which the system says have already shipped which I haven't yet seen, so I'd like to sort out whether something has gone awry or if I'm never actually going to see those).

Nope, still waiting on something to arrive. We've had word its off the ship and should be out for delivery very soon (tonight or tomorrow). Unfortunately since it isn't here yet I am not able to start the process of generating orders.

There looks like an issue with the minis, I'll start a separate thread about that shortly - there are two affected orders, but it might be a user error (it often is!)
Yes, some clarity would be much appreciated. :-)
Take all the time you need to get books out and keep the super awesome warehouse people sane and happy, by all means... but could we possibly get access to our PDFs sooner?
Please don't delay too much. There might be Holiday gifts in these December orders.

Hey folks! We have a bit of an update: we will be running the auth for physical products later this afternoon. Unfortunately, Hollow Mountain #2 has not yet made it to our warehouse, and has been shifted to January for now. Folks with the Pathfinder Legends digital subscription will be run separately later (we're still working out some outlying kinks and getting updated digital files from Big Finish, and I don't have a current ETA right this second). Thank you for your continued patience :)
UPDATE: Since I finished typing this, Hollow Mountain #2 has showed up in the warehouse. We'll be adding it back to December subs!
