↬If you want to add anything to this subscription order, you have until the authorization date to add it to your sidecart. If it is after the authorization date, make sure you choose to ship with the pending order number.
↬If you add an item to a pending subscription order and the added item has a "should ship from warehouse estimate of 4-11 business days or longer, your subscription shipment will wait until that new item(s) arrive before it can be shipped. This may delay your subscription shipment!
↬If you need to make changes to the payment method or shipping address, you can make changes to the subscription until the authorization date, if it is after the authorization date, double check the changes applied to both the pending order and the subscription.

I'm putting this up a bit earlier than usual as the order creation date is much earlier than standard! We are expecting to create orders on October 29th.
As always, the information provided is what we currently expect. Information may be updated due to shifting product arrival time or release dates.

On the subscription page, I only see the discount applied to the Adventure Path subscription, but I have been getting the proper discounts when my orders shipped.

It appears we also have an issue where some subscribers may not be able to submit orders headed to their sidecarts. This issue has been reported to the tech team and we are hoping to have it resolved Mid-Novemeber. In the meantime, if you wish to make an order and put it in your sidecart for December's shipment you are welcome to let customer service know and we can move the items from your shopping cart to the sidecart for you.

This really looks like a sparse month. No AP issue makes me sad. Did we ever have that before?

I recall seeing both of the last two volumes of Giantkiller (the adventure path before the current Hell's Rebels) shipping in the same month -- so in fact it happened rather recently. I do not recall which missed month it was making up for.

A significant portion of the order creation happened with the bestiary 5 being off by .05 of an inch. I have corrected the issue and tomorrow will be recalculating the shipping for those international customers who did not get the correct standard postal shipping rate because of this issue.

I took it off November and apparently didn't save it onto December so it wasn't being treated like a preorder. We're checking to see if this occurred for everyone or just a fluke since it was your first issue and sometimes starting items can behave a little weird.
Looks like only 11 people had this happen so that's a huge sigh of relief. Katina is fixing them now.

I noticed that the Iconic Heroes Set #4 has been crossed out, is there any info when the new release date is for that one?Not as of yet. All I know is that I need to auth today and they are not here. As soon as I hear more details I will update.
We have confirmation that the product is on its way to us and after some discussion, we've decided we will be releasing this product outside of the usual monthly schedule. We predict it will begin shipping around November 30th (the same day December orders are estimated for creation). If it is in your sidecart, it will be generated into your December order. If it is not in your sidecart you will probably see it start to ship around Nov. 30th (the U.S. Thanksgiving holiday may cause some interference to this but nothing major). If you have it in a sidecart and you don't want to wait for Decembers order creation, go ahead and let customer service know and we can move it into its own order for you.

Good news! We found the bulk of Bestiary 5 orders were not affected by the book measurement error and we are fixing the last few orders that did have issues. We started shipping non-B5 orders this morning and about to start printing labels for the bulk shipping orders in a few minutes.
