Bit of a weird question, but I'm just sort of researching things for wizards. Is there any spell that can make you into a dragon of larger than huge size, permanently? I've been playing around with polymorph any object, but with permanent enlarge person on, I can still only permanently make myself a young dragon of large size. Form of the Dragon III is great, especially extended, but my wizard wants ultimate power, physically and mentally. Any tips? Thanks!

For what it's worth, you can't stack enlarge person with other size changing spells.
Multiple magical effects that increase size do not stack.
Also
You can only be affected by one polymorph spell at a time. If a new polymorph spell is cast on you (or you activate a polymorph effect, such as wild shape), you can decide whether or not to allow it to affect you, taking the place of the old spell. In addition, other spells that change your size have no effect on you while you are under the effects of a polymorph spell.

Multiple casting of exteded shapechange would cover it. An 18th level sorcerer with a greater rod of extend would be able to make each casting of extended shapechange last 6 hours, and be able to cast it at least 3 times a day to last a total of 18 hours each day - which should cover all your waking hours.

You are talking shenanigans from 2nd edition D&D, there was a spell from Tome of Magic that specifically changes the age category of dragons.
Nothing specific from Pathfinder, unless wish or miracle is judged to be within "acceptable limits". In other words, you could try wish or miracle, yet its a risk that it won't work.

Repeat castings of Magic Jar should allow you to steal a dragon's body indefinitely. You'll be fairly bad at using it, having no breath weapon or racial spellcasting, but you'll have it.
Just watch out for anyone throwing around dispel magic unless you keep your body nearby at all times.
As to how you repeatedly get an ancient dragon to fail will saves? I'd suggest stat drain.
