I'm good. Packing up to leave from Eastern Europe and back to the rest of my unit, so it's been super busy, but it sounds like I will be living out of a backpack for a few weeks until I actually move. Arg.
I was thinking of going and finding a thread for the time being, turn around time on most of these is a few weeks. Just keep us updated Carla, I really wanna build up a little story with a group instead of being touch and go with a wide variety of people. 'sides we finally have people who know lynn's not human XD.

Having run this in the past, my groups also had issues here, and now seeing it from the other side, I know why. From part 1, the players are told that the VC came here after failing to go far into Ashkurhall, (meaning that the "weapon", or the orb is already gone, and not why we are here).

Our job is still to look for traces of the missing VC, who we know now was last seen here, and it seems was fairly well known by the Grippli, as they came to his shop to visit and trade, and left only the day before the VC went missing. I think I vaguely remember what we are supposed to do here, but from the player's side, it doesn't seem very intuitive. :P

It's also been a while, so I could be completely wrong.
Practical question: I've seen some GMs roll checks like these for the party in order to speed things up. What do you prefer, letting everyone roll for themselves and me continuing after a day or so, or me rolling for everyone in advance?

up to you...i don't mind a whole lot if you roll some of my checks...it speeds the game up mostly. i found if the gm rolls initiative, surprise Perception checks and saves(like a trap for example) it works

Ants are virtually everywhere on Earth, and I kind of assume it's the same for Golarion. One may wonder if it's not just common knowledge how to deal with them.

I've heard that ants are very partial to fox pelts. If we could just skin one, or even two, . . . we could all just pass on by. They might even offer up offer up their treasure and add an extra reward on top just to show their appreciation.
I do plan on running games. I'm going to try to get in on running the Specials, and also waiting on confirmation on how many games a DM can run at once, (and if that includes a Special).
