For the class page of the advanced class guide prd ( http://paizo.com/pathfinderRPG/prd/advancedClassGuide/classes/index.html ), the link to the slayer vanilla class goes to the slayer options and archetypes page instead ( http://paizo.com/pathfinderRPG/prd/advancedClassGuide/classOptions/slayer.h tml ).
I think the links to the other classes act normally.
Yes the slayer class is completely missing. not just the link, looking at the url, the page for Slayer is replaced by the Archetype page.
The two pages are actually different. On the broken Slayer class page, a bug I reported on 4 Oct has been corrected such that under the Cleaner it now correctly states "Altering a location takes 1d3 × 10 minutes..." instead of "Altering a location takes 1d3 � 10 minutes...". That error persists at the proper URL for the archetypes making it seem the corrected page got misfiled thus clobbering the Slayer base class. <sigh!>
@Austin See my post above yours. I suspect we'll have to wait at least until Monday before this gets sorted.
Not a bug so much as a suggestion, but it would be grand if within the Demoralize section of the Intimidate skill at least one reference to the "shaken" condition linked directly to paizo.com/pathfinderRPG/prd/coreRulebook/glossary.html#shaken. Thanks.
Schizophrenia's description in the insanity section of the PRD is in ALL CAPS.

Hey Garrett, those should actually be completely removed. I'm not sure why our directory changes haven't properly reflected our own changes, but I will investigate. Thank you for bringing to our attention!
All other folks: we're getting the next PRD update ready to go up in the next week or two. We'll get the issues mentioned since our last straightened out then :)
Speaking of the NPC Codex, in the Appendix under the Archer Bands the link for skilled sniper should lead to paizo.com/pathfinderRPG/prd/npcCodex/core/rogue.html#skilled-sniper, not paizo.com/pathfinderRPG/prd/npcCodex/core/ranger.html#skilled-sniper as it does now.

The Slayer class is inaccessible. I tried clicking on the hyperlink for slayer under the classes tab of the Advanced Class Guide and it takes me to the Archetype page for the Slayer instead. There also weren't any results in the search for the base class if you search for "slayer"
This is still happening. Tried to access it just now and it brought me to the archetype page. :(
Slayer class page displays archetype page for slayers.
On the "Slayer" page in the advanced class guide - classes section only archetypes are listed, but no class to use them on.
On the Skald Archetype and Class Options page from Advanced Class Guide (/prd/advancedClassGuide/classOptions/skald.html), there is an extra ">" character in front of the Curse of Drowning ability.
http://paizo.com/pathfinderRPG/prd/advancedClassGuide/classes/slayer.html currently displays the Archetypes and Class Options of the slayer class, not the not the hybrid class info.
Whenever I try to print reference material for my games from the PRD, the tables always get truncated, showing only half the information with scroll bars. What good are scroll bars going to do for me on a print out?

Under the Stormborn bloodline from the APG, the Ride the Lighting power has the word "Ride" linked to the skill of the same name. Methinks this is surely an automated-script-induced error.

Under the Advanced Class Guide's Archetypes page and Classes page, both Slayer links lead to the Slayer Archetypes.
I occurs to me that this might (hopefully) be the best place for this ... I just discovered that Occult Adventures is not in the PRD yet. Do we have any idea of how soon it might be added?

As I posted above, very soon. Unfortunately, we've had some out of office folks and that's held us up a bit, but it's not dropped off our radar :)
A tremendous amount of work, I'm sure, but it would be grand if each item listed at the top of an Ultimate Equipment page was linked directly to its individual entry the same way the magic items listed in the Core Rulebook are.
Under the bestiary entry for Shadow (and Greater Shadow) the link for the incorporeal defensive ability links to the Incorporeal Subtype rather than to the Incorporeal (Ex) ability on the Universal Monster Rules page.
Under the spell entry for scare I imagine the two references to "cause fear" should actually be linked to cause fear.
By extension, the entry for cause fear should link to remove fear and then remove fear should link back again to cause fear.
More linkage requests.
- Invisibility makes an unlinked reference to Stealth.
- Gust of wind makes two unlinked references to the Fly skill and one to Perception.
- Under the Demoralize section of the Intimidate skill there are two unlinked references to the shaken condition. Also, imho, it would be nice if, for cross-reference sake, one mention of "friendly", "unfriendly", or "attitude" linked to Diplomacy. Perhaps like this:
Action: Using Intimidate to change an opponent's attitude requires 1 minute of conversation. Demoralizing an opponent is a standard action.
On the Magus(es) page (http://paizo.com/pathfinderRPG/prd/ultimateMagic/spellcasters/magus.html),
you can see a misplaced 'x10 gp' which would go next to the starting average wealth.
For the love of Sarenrae, please fix the slayer link so it takes you to the class page and not the archetypes.

On the Ultimate Equipment rings page for some reason I can link to the ring of grit mastery and the ring of invisibility, however using the same format (http://www.paizo.com/pathfinderRPG/prd/ultimateEquipment/ringsRodsStaves/r ings.html#ring-of-inner-fortitude) I cannot link to the ring that lies between them, the ring of inner fortitude, and I'm not sure why.
Ever since the 10/16/15 update, the new Spell Index page does NOT want to work. Some script bug keeps locking up my browser (IE 11), forcing me to close it completely. The new format looks nice, it just needs to run properly. Please fix this soon. Thank you

Spell Index? Spell Index format haven't been changed recently as far as I can tell. Do you mean Spell List Index perhaps? It was changed no so long ago. If so, then it is probably some sort of IE-specific issue. It's annoyingly slow but works on Chrome.
The template index is missing the templates from Monster Codex.

Make whole is missing text that is in the 6th printing of the CRB.
This spell functions as mending, except that it repairs 1d6 points of damage per level when cast on a construct creature (maximum 5d6).

I just noticed that when filtering the Antipaladin spell list, several spells are missing:
Curse Water
Protection from Good/Law
Animate Dead
Magic Circle Against Good/Law
Non-Detection
They appear to be in the spell list index for the Antipaladin (from APG; I didn't check against any others), just not showing up in the filtered list.
At a guess, I'd say it's because the filtering program is looking at the "Level" line of the spells, and those spells (from the PHB) were never updated with the non-PHB classes that can use them.
(Just checking, and I think that's exactly the case; I see several of those and other spells missing from the Inquisitor, for example.)

The good domain's 7th level domain spell, holy word is missing its hyperlink.
Many people have noticed xzonin. It's been reported several times in this thread over the past few weeks.
