You are not the only one. I've tried it on the first time when it said my credit card got declined. Then, tried the second time and it worked. I've checked my financial account to confirm if I got charged twice. Yep, twice so I sent an email to Paizo customer service.

Another description error for the 1 year add-on:
"Get a head start by pre-purchasing one year of Pathfinder Online game time at the cost of 10 months of game time. That gives you two months FREE!"
10*$15 = $150
The price for 1 year is listed at $180.
Using Firefox I get..
List Price: $180.00
Our Price: $150.00

Haha! I avoid this problem by being broke enough that my debit card only has enough cash on it for one purchase!

I was wondering, are you planning to include a counter to see the total amount that has been collected through the Store? I find it re-assuring to see such an amount, knowing that development money is coming in steadily, but maybe it could have drawbacks too.
I know Shroud of the Avatar and Star Citizen do it, but each of those campaigns is a little different then this one off course.
I also only see the 180 dollar amount for the year-subscription (using Google Chrome).

the Pioneer description states "three months of game access..."
but after you purchase, in my downloads page, it states "one month..."
that's a bit disappointing.
I just noticed that as well. They will have to work on their description.
The checkout process was overly complicated as well. I needed to go into my account in order to add the payment details. It didn't allow me to add them via the checkout process.
Potentially because I forgot to change the address - I'm used to chrome auto-form filling this - so the post code was wrong for "US". It dropped back to the basket, but without an error message.

I am wondering, when people become Goblin Squad member by buying a membership in the new Store, will this make them eligible for being invited as a Shieldmate by an original Kickstarter backer?
Here is the Shieldmate description of the KS:
Adventurer and Crowdforger Reward Bonus - Invite A Friend: Shieldmate
Invite a friend to the Kickstarter, get a synergy bonus! After the Kickstarter ends you'll be able to either invite or accept a Friendship link with another Pathfinder Online account. Once an invitation is accepted, both accounts will unlock a special bonus: All characters on both accounts will have the Shieldmate Mark. Any time two or more characters with the Shieldmate Mark are in a group (regardless of if the account holders are Friends or not), all the characters with the Shieldmate Mark in that group will get a synergy bonus.
(Buddy and Guild Rewards provide 2 and 6 Pathfinder Online accounts, respectively. You can allocate these accounts as you see fit and there will be plenty of time to allocate them - there is no rush. Buddy and Guild accounts are not automatically Friends, and you can opt to friend other players instead of the other Buddy or Guild accounts in your Reward.)
You can only offer or accept one Friendship invite, so you cannot round-robin the Friendship links. A-B-C-A is not OK. Only A-B.
In addition, the two Friends will get access to the Daily Deals as of the earliest pledge date of the two backers. This is a way for you to enable a Friend to get Daily Deals back to the date of your first eligibility!
At first I read this as that original backers could invite *anyone* after the KS to become their shieldmate, also people that had not backed the KS. But reading more closely it seems to be talking only about backers that can be invited. I understand it was a perk that was added to lure more friends to back the running KS at the time, so that afterwards (when the rewards become effective)you could invite this friend(who was now a backer also) as a Shieldmate and he would get your Daily Deals too(and the buff when you party up).
I hope that new Goblin Squad members that bought their membership in the new store will be eligible too for an invite to being a Shieldmate.
(I realize that the daily deals "gift" to your shieldmate only works for the original Adventurer tier Bonusreward of Shieldmate, not for the Adventurer reward addon, unless that addon was purchased sometime during the KS).

At all the lower tiers of the Become a Goblin Squad Member store, it sais at "Product Availability":
Fulfilled immediately Will be added to immediately upon purchase of Enrollment. The PDF will be added to your My Downloads Page immediately upon purchase.
However no mention of any PDF's is made at the bullet-list description of the tier. I know there were a lot of PDF's offered with the original KS tiers: should they be included here as well?
It also is a bit of an odd sentence: "Will be added to immediately upon purchase of Enrollment". Also needs a . after Fulfilled immediately
I would draw those 2 sentences together in: "Will be fulfilled immediately upon purchase of Enrollment."
Edit: It seems none of the tiers mention any PDF's at all in the description.

I was talking about how the PDF's are not mentioned at all in the description of the tier, not that I did not receive them. :) I received mine some time ago with the original KS. But it is good to know that the deals apparently include PDF's.
Therefore they should list them in the description because it makes the offer so much juicier for some people, and people may wonder about what they are actually getting when they see that remark at Product Availability but have not purchased anything yet.
I do not know which PDF's are included with the new Goblin Squad deals, but I reckon they have a worth that most likely already exceeds the cost of at least the 35 dollar tier. Mentioning them sounds like wise marketing. ;)

@Xeen I didn't get a code to redeem though ;-;
I didn't receive mine either Zael however my credit cards were declined but charged for every time I tried to process the transaction so I'm not too surprised. I'm sure Goblinworks will get it fixed up today. Until then, we can pretend to be squad members. :)

I know the feeling of having a refund-situation in limbo, waiting for a solution. You get anxious but you just have to have faith.
I am sure Paizo is very alert about payments through this tool, and because of the soft, under the radar launch they hopefully won't have to work their way through tens or hundreds of CS tickets.
As an aside I want to say that Paizo's website and forums are rather slow for me and do hickup occasionally. I sometimes have to wait (many) seconds before a page loads, and when things are particularly slow, I sometimes get a warbled page (barebone layout). I also get a lot of 404's/connection errors.
I have a usually very fast connection to most parts of the world.

I was wondering if our early kickstarter pledges could now be upgraded to a higher tier (for example, upgrade from Pioneer to Alpha) and just pay the difference between tiers or do we need to buy another full package thus giving us another account in Pathfinder Online.
I was also wondering this. I did the Hellknights most wanted and was curious if I could upgrade by just paying the difference.
Also, for some odd reason, my pledges list that I have 20$ of credit left and I know I spent all my money during fulfillment of the kickstarter. Is there a way to verify what I have ordered and clear this up? Or can I get that as credit to spend?

@Nihimon: Can't figure out how to quote... But on the first page Ryan says he will be checking in to the system to see if it is working properly.
Thanks, Dazyk.

$35 Adventurer Reward Tier (You have selected this add-on three times.)
You can purchase additional Adventurer Reward Tier packages as Add-Ons. Each package of the Adventurer Reward Tier provides one Pathfinder Online account with all the bonuses and rewards described in the Adventurer Reward Tier. This is the perfect way to give a friend the gift of a Pathfinder Online subscription, along with all the special promotional bonuses and benefits of the Adventurer Reward Tier! Pathfinder Online accounts created with Adventurer Reward Tier add-ons will be invited to play during the last period of Early Enrollment, and will be eligible for Daily Deal items as of the date you increased your pledge by one or more $35 increments, not the date of your first eligibility.
------------------------------------------------------------------------
I checked Paizo/My Account/My Pledge Drives for my KS pledges and it shows I bought three of the $35 ART above. How do I send those invites out so my friends can activate their accounts and start buying in the Goblin Squad Store?
(This hasn't been addressed as far as I can tell, or I missed it...)

From the Store
Goblin Squad Pioneer
Get into Pathfinder Online during the first month of its Early Enrollment phase (currently estimated as August 2014). During Early Enrollment, you will be able to play Pathfinder Online with other Pioneer players and help to shape the future of the game through our many Crowdforging opportunities. You will be able to tell the world that you were there from the start! You will receive:
----------------------------------------------------------------
According to the PFO KS page:
Pledge $100 or more
3638 backers Limited (14362 left of 18000) ; plus what ever other tier was also included in month one (2,000 player cap)
---------------------------------------------------------------------
So for the Goblin Squad store is the text in the "Goblin Squad Pioneer" purchase correct, or is it actually going to be limited to a max amount of players per month, as per the 2,000 player/month cap previously spoken of?

Oh, that is disappointing. My justification for spending $100 was going to be that $45 of it would be money I'd end up spending anyways, but if it's only $15, maybe I'll just get OE.

The 35$ Open Enrollment pledge is supposed to come with one month, I thought. During the Kickstarter, the Pioneer level was 3 months to start with but was granted a fourth during the campaign, and the Open Enrollment pledge was given a single month of EE (the last month, whatever that may be). Those extra months may not apply now as the Goblin Squad Store isn't under the all-or-nothing Kickstarter campaign pressure, and they probably don't want to invalidate the early adopters.
