Which monsters are most fun to wrestle - and why?

Already posted this in the Advice board, but maybe it is appropriate here? At least I hope for some more answers :-)

If you were to introduce players unfamiliar with the CMB/CMD-rules to some fun/interesting encounters featuring wrestling/grappling/unarmed combat, which monsters would you select and why?

If you can, please give examples at different CR intervals, such as:
CR 1-5
CR 6-10
CR 11-15
CR 16-20

Or whatever suits you.

I am looking for monsters that pose an interesting challenge specifically in unarmed combat! :-)

Also, anything with tentacles.

Seriously though, don't use anything above large if you want to give your players a fair shot of winning a grapple. CMB/CMD is really hard to use against monsters bigger than you.

Kappa - The Bestiary 3 description says that they love to wrestle.
Trox - Lots of little arms for grappling. :)

A recently GM'd a game where these two monsters formed a wrestling club with a human fighter.

Female dex based tetori monk, maybe an Aasimar Plumekith. Make her their level, with profession Waitress/Bouncer.

Basically she serves drink and pins drunks and drags them out of the bar by their ear

What do you mean by fun? Effective? Challenging? Thematically interesting? Cinematically appropriate?

If it is meant as an introduction, I would steer away from doing it above lvl 5, perhaps going to lvl 10 if they should have a chance to try a good grapple-build.

I'd basically do it as the classical bar/saloon fight. You've got your unarmed combat, your grapples and bull rushes, good use of the scenery for dirty tricks and improvised weapons, and importantly you've got a lot of unarmed people, so the maneveurs can be done without AoOs.

Fun as in "a learning experience" for players who haven't really tried the full extend of unarmed combat yet. Grabs, trips, pins, the whole zha-bang but not necessarily lethal. Just a demonstration for the players of what can be done within the game system and why e.g. it is a good idea to avoid certain monsters with certain dangerous combinations of maneuvers.

Certainly thematically interesting if possible!

Does that make sense? :-)

CR 1-5:

-Mongrelman, they are actually very nice people even if they look ugly as sin, they could potentially try to restrain a pc with grappling.

-Satyr...now you are trying to break out of the grapple, you don't want to know what he will do to you.

-Green Hag: It always happen, you see a beautiful girl and she is trying to kill you. Creepy factor, maximum.

CR 6-10:

-Kyton Evangelist: Chains , S&M here we come! Generally all kytons have fun like that with grappling.

-Succubus yeah no comment.

-Medusa, grappling her and not look into her eyes...should be a lot of fun situation.

CR 11-15:

-Hezrou filthy disgusting demon.
-Handmaiden Devil, she will make your players think of grappling another way.

CR 16-20:

Not really anything fun to grapple around these levels, plus usually your party is going to be running with ring of freedom of movement to not be grappled anymore.

They stumble across an underground fight club, a few humanoid fighters, monks, etc... but amongst the crowd is one of the above mentioned monsters, so the players get to feel like it's a casual low-key and they think they've got grappling and such down, then BOOM, the grapple turns into a constrict or negative level and they see grappling can be the means to a nasty end.

Shadow Lodge

Gelatinous Cube comes to mind.
