Heh. The name of this item makes me think of a George Carlin skit that I love.

Oh look, two blood themed items next to one another. How refreshing...

Grrrrr...
Heck, if tenses changes were the only issue, that'd be an easy up-vote.

Realizing now that my item has a fatal flaw. Oh well it's been fun!

Grrrrr... How do you feel about the gender of the pronoun changing mid-paragraph? Not cool man.

Player: Is this item seen commonly?
GM: Oh yes, oft. If anything is seen oft, it's this thing.
SIAC, but well written SIAC, and marginally better than its pair. This time.

This item is really cool but has issues with action economy. It's a quick fix to make it workable, but the author didn't do it. :/
Found an item that was my best friend's item he submitted last year... after taking into account the advice given to him. Weirdest part is that he didn't submit an item this year.

Is this a magic item or something from "The SCP Foundation"
I think that was in the Complete Rogue Handbook, 2E.
Huh, so this does nothing, oh wait, re-roll anything, anytime.
Hey, I found a submission that made the exact same mistake I did. Thank you Anonymous for making me feel not-quite-so-awful about my entry.
Jeez ... I just had to vote for a SIAC ... simply because the other item had too many issues ... but I liked its concept ... AAAAAARRRRRGGGGHHHHHH!!!!!!!
several items have also left off the end formatting (Cost Requirements etc.) so even though I might think the item is the bee's knees... I can't force my self to vote for it.

That was a tough choice pair. It actually came down to the last line of both. One sorted their spells correctly, the other didn't.
Totally upvoted an item solely because it described itself as "frumpy".

First joke item. I am not laughing.
Just found a 4th strong keep and a contender for the top spot in my estimation. Nice!

Yeah, feel like I've already seen the best item. Pretty dope...

Whoa...I think I just hit a paradox.
Item on the left - bold paragraph about how much the item moves, despite lack of breeze.
Item on the right - bold paragraph about how little the item moves, despite presence of moving air.
Mind blown, despite lack of good option.

I have seen one item that may well duplicate existing laws of physics. I might even vote for it...
Well, that's one way to get a haircut.

Apparently the tired ol' battle of "Wizard crushes Fighter" didn't burn bright enough recently, so you helped out by writing this igniter? Argh.
On the other hand, on item I thought at first was totally class-specific is in reality absolutely not class-specific and therefore a keeper.
So many speed increasing items...
I just found an item that before the formatted information it said:
(Elvish?)Other stuff formatted not quite right
Author, if you do not know if it is "Elvish" how am I supposed to know?

Oh secret chest you crazy useful spell.
I have an idea....wizards are just too powerful, so I'll make an amulet that gives EVERYONE 1/4 of an amazing evocation spell, so I can blow up stuff, too. But...I am a fighter that's jealous of wizards, so I need a hand to hand application.

Vampires have long CANINES, not incisors.
Magical crayon vs magical eraser.
Wait a second, it does what? No way am I letting my kid get their hands on that!

Guh, that item was looking cool until I got to the end and realized what it would do to a game.

Mechanically great and clean, but the function is extremely mundane.
I haven't seen this yet, but an example would be giving a bonus to Performance (oratory) or Profession (potter).
