679) Someone said burning it all to the ground was the only way to be sure. You were sure you didn't want to be part of that.
680) You woke up next to yourself, naked, in bed.
681) The voices told you not to.
682) It is written. In the manual.
683) Because it's a very small island with very few people on it, and you just learned how genetics works.
684) You were given a choice: you could either get married to the person your family picked out for you, or you could leave and become a famous adventurer. It was nice they gave you a choice....
685) You once told your friends you family's ancestral sword was your SO. They've laughed at you ever since. Except the sword is now claiming that they are a person of attraction to you and that they're totally fine to try dating you, so long as you free them from the curse.
686) Everybody else is doing it!
687) There's this dragon you want to impress, and adventurers are the only other kind of people who can afford hoards.
688) You heard some famous artist was auctioning off a sensual portrait of Valeros and Alain. Score!
689) Because you said so while touching the village's magic rock.
690) IN A WORLD where the land is blanketed by darkness, where villains prey upon the weak and where the people cry out for justice, ONE man has the courage to stand against the forces of evil.......and he just died in your family's inn. Someone's got to Save The Day.
691) Because the Dark Lord picked you as the new Chosen One.
692) Because you managed to move the rock and find your dad's stuff.
693) Because you just found out your dead-beat dad is a god and you have some things to say to him.
694) You're determined to find the one town without a bunch of damn vampires.
695) Because you went to engineering school and found out rock 'n' roll isn't a very stable material.
696) Some ponies moved into town and they are not pastel.

703. Because they are selling manor homes for 1 silver in a far off country. Taxes are not included in that cost, so you may have to adventure to raise funds/transportation...
...Damn. If I were retiring, I'd do some serious research into that.

718. An ancient and likely senile dragon that makes its home in the mountains outside of town has started giving away coins, gems and assorted treasures to any who ask. You have seen enough of your neighbors become anywhere from mildly to incredibly wealthy as a result and believe it is now your turn to get while the getting's good.

712: One of your party members has been chosen to be sacrificed to the dragon.
713: You all chartered a boat to go fishing. You hook a big one that drags you far out to sea...
714: You get drafted into the militia.
715: The town librarian begs for your help to save her collection from religious fanatics with torches.

719. Forgetfulness
720. A Whispering Wind came to you and from it you heard your daughter's voice, in distress, followed by the demands of her abductor. You responded calmly, but firmly, assuring your enemy that you don't know who they are, or where they are, and you don't have any money, but you are possessed of a certain set of skills, skill which make a person like you a danger to a person like the kidnapper. If your daughter is not returned immediately, you will look for her abductors... you will FIND her abductors... and you will kill them. The only response before the spell ended: "good luck."
721. Quest log is empty
722. You've dissected all of the available corpses; the dead here have no more to teach you

728) You didn't leave town. You went to the inn, got a room, went to sleep. When you woke up, you were lying atop a pile of grass. The town left you.
224.)You didn't have the chance to leave town; town left you. You woke up this morning in an empty field, but the local landmarks indicate this is EXACTLY where the town should be.
Great minds... :)

729) You killed someone's father, and you'd rather not prepare to die.
730) You went to the inn, got a room, went to sleep. Upon waking up, you become convinced this wasn't the town you went to sleep in and you have no interest in solving the mystery.
731) One of the youths in town is going around saying they've been "reincarnated from another world". You're getting the hell away from them just to be safe.
732) It's the annual Leave Town festival, a quirky local custom where everyone camps outside the town limits for a night because something something some kind of spirit something something ancient bargain.

733. You walked up to the main gate of the town but as you did so the town put the index and thumb of it's right hand together while holding up the other 3 digits and waved them saying "this isn't the town you're looking for." Unfortunately for you, you happen to be wearing useless, all-white plastic plate mail and your aim is terrible so you repeated back numbly "...this isn't the town we're looking for..."
734. One Punch Man
735. Because of that fateful night... your experiment... the radiation reached dangerous levels but you JUST had to TRY! And now, well... don't make this adventurer angry, Mr McGhee; you wouldn't LIKE them when they're angry..
735a. The sad, walking away music is playing
735b. The nosy reporter finally caught up to you again, and you're supposed to be dead.
736. The heart wants what the heart wants
737. You would've stayed in town if not for those meddling dogs and their kid
