Razida Duivel, sure we have room for one more.

Excellent. I'll start working on a character sheet and background for him.

Ok, so what is everybody playing now that we have gone gestalt?

I'd be happy to play a Gestalt campain, but I appreciate how much extra work it is for the GM. So take it as a "I don't mind" from myself. =)

The more I think about it, the more I think we should just play the standard way. It's hard enough to GM that.

Fair enough, really. Anyway, I'll just sort out my stat and HP rolls.

4d6 ⇒ (4, 2, 1, 5) = 12 11
4d6 ⇒ (5, 3, 3, 4) = 15 12
4d6 ⇒ (6, 3, 5, 5) = 19 16
4d6 ⇒ (5, 3, 3, 5) = 16 13
4d6 ⇒ (2, 5, 1, 2) = 10 9
4d6 ⇒ (4, 5, 4, 2) = 15 13

HP: 2d6 ⇒ (1, 2) = 3

Silver Crusade

Alright, so standard it is then. My ability scores are as follows.

STR 11
DEX 15
CON 13
INT 15
WIS 17 (Racial +2)
CHA 10 (Racial +2)

Trained skills are Acrobatics, Bluff, Craft(Alchemy), Heal, Intimidate, Perception, Sense Motive and Spellcraft. (Extra skill point from favored class and one for being human.)

Feats will be Weapon Focus(Pistol) and Extra Grit at first level.

How does that sound?

Also, how are we doing health? Is it max at first level then roll/average? Or do we have to roll for it?

Max hp at 1st level, then roll thereafter. Also, the idea of an aasimar gunslinger is pretty awesome I'd say. I would allow half-celestial, but you'd have to use the Advanced Player's Guide Playtest rules.

Are undine characters permitted? Also what's our starting gold?

Oh and to double check, if when we hit level four we use our +1 to a stat to increase Intelligence, and therefore bump-up our modifier, do we retroactively get +1 skill point per HD? I think in the rules as written we do but I know not all GM's do it that way.

Still interested, even though this thread is slow as molasses. Maybe getting some characters up will get people enthused.

Proposed character:
Lorian Sativa, elf r2/w1 (heading to Arcane Trickster): S 12, D 16, C 12, I 19, W 12, C 9
HP: 8 + 8 + 1d8 + 1d6 ⇒ 8 + 8 + (4) + (1) = 21(What a gyp!)

Feats: Toughness, Street Mage. Rogue Talent: Surprise Attack, Sneak Attack +1d6

30 skill pts., BAB +1, MW Longsword +3 (1d8+1)

Spells: 0: 3/day. 1: 2/day (+1 evoc.) Evoker (admixture subschool)

More detail if this gets going. I don't want another unused alias in my bin. EDIT: Forgot the 1 hp from wiz favored class, so 22. Wahhhh!

Still working out what to spend the cash on and typing up the background, but otherwise the character's done. If we do wind up going with gestalt, my second class will be oracle, with the fire mystery.

Here is my gunslinger. Rolling his health now.

2d10 ⇒ (8, 5) = 13

Kind of. In universe there not called Undines (that's a different kind of creature entirely), but rather Water Genasi (like the similar official D&D creature.)

Yes, that's RAW (I'm pretty sure) so that's how we're doing it.
