Re: Items--I put all of my items in the equipment section and I listed the price after it. Do we need to get our items approved, or is everything ok as long as it is less than 1/3 of our gp?
So I have a slight confession to make: in keeping with the random nature of my submission, the whole "amneisa" thing is actually due to my rolling d% in the 3.5 Races of the Wild Elven name chart and getting "forgotten" as part of his name.
Anyways I will create a full aliases tonight, once I get home from work. One question, for adding spells to my spell book, should I just add them in at cost, or do you handle adding spells beyond the standard differently?

@Morgal: Items are good. I'll have to familiarize myself with the way the warpaint works, but I see nothing problematic.
@Monkeygod: The cost for adding spells is the cheapest possible cost for a scroll of that spell, which you can do freely so long as you could make the spellcraft check to copy it with a roll of 10 or lower. If a higher roll would be required, I would ask that you make the roll in this thread.

Alright, I have finished spending money, I believe.
For fluff, Merry's handy haversack is a pretty large and quite smart women's purse that she wears crossbody. I thought it would be rather fun for her to pull a tent out of an extradimensional space in her purse when setting up camp, saying "oh, I got this guys!"
Although I typically do this with just about every crawlin' type character, I have not picked up crowbar or spade or similar tools, as I meta assumed at least one of the martial characters would do this.
Question for the GM, do we, each of us, have in our possession a wayfinder? you mentioned that we will all be Pathfinders, I thought I should ask.
Actually, that's a good point. I'm still not too keen on giving out free swag, but anyone who wants a wayfinder may purchase one at 25% of the usual price.
Ok, updated my gear. Took you up on the wayfinder for 125gp. I also got a crowbar and shovel, so that's covered.
I think I'm ready to go.
I am still giggling at Mott's idea to reload the arrow trap and drag the village elder in front of it. Looking forward to this week's game.

Edit: Well, I've updated it with most of my stats, but I haven't selected all the equipment yet as that will take me significantly longer to do.

Alright, spell selection is the only thing I have left to do and I should have that finished in another 10 minutes or so. So I'm pretty much finished and ready to go when everyone else is.
The website started having problems, maintenance or something, just when I finished updating the sheet. Lost everything I did and had to go back and redo it all. Incredibly annoying, but I believe I have everything needed on my character's profile at this point.
Just want to let you know that I've not vanished. In all honesty, I may have bitten off more than I can chew in starting this game, but I'm going to try and swallow it anyways. It's just taking a little while to get it off the ground, but plan for things to begin at the start of this weekend.
So my internet access was all messed up ystrdy and I got nothing done. Couldn't access the site whatsoever, even after it was fixed, from my laptop.
Hey guys, just wanted to say that I'm still really excited about this game. Just wanted to give you a heads up, as DM said he might be getting this rolling this weekend.
I'm moving into my house tomorrow, so I'll have extremely limited internet access until Sunday (which I guess is Monday DM's time).
Be careful lifting stuff. Real life clerics cost money, not just ask for a cut of the loot :P
I would like to add that I have a continued interest as well. Very much anticipating the start of this thread.

Well... I'll tell you what. I've got a lot going on at the moment (in addition to work, I've been picking up a number of other RL activities), but I do have a steady schedule as of this week, and I have long stints of downtime at the high school I've started at (currently the Internet there is borked, but that will likely change). I've dropped everything else on these boards except for a single PbP, so if you guys are willing to give me a few days to mull this over, see how my schedule will work out, and other such stuff, I may be able to keep at this one.If not, I certainly wouldn't be offended if someone else picks up the game.

So I know this is probably pointless, but I just wanted to offer a formal confirmation and apology. This game is indeed not occurring. I should have known better, but I started getting really into PbPs (again), and, as usual, bit off more than I could chew (and right before the school year started!), and in the end burned out because of it. Silly as it sounds, I didn't say anything earlier because I felt ashamed. I know that a lot of people were getting very excited about this game, but it's just feasible for me to run something like this right now. I'm sorry I let you guys down, and more sorry that I left you hanging for so long. I know it probably doesn't mean much, especially after the time that's passed, but I figured I at least owed a response.
