Recently you've been spotted fighting in the Worldwound and gaining the mythic powers of a Trickster. I've noted that both Seelah and Alain are companions of yours in this endeavor. In addition, I believe they both pursue the path of the Marshal. This would indicate to me that they are both Children of the Crusade. Does that mean Alain and Seelah are related?!

Have you got a chance to meet the new Iconics yet? How do you feel about meeting new people to team up with you on adventures from now on? If you know any of the classes, who are you most excited to meet?

So, how do you suppose Alain would react if he drew the Marriage card from a Harrow Deck of Many Things?

Haven't met them yet. They're still on their way, but I'm most excited to meet the swashbuckler. I hear she's cute and stabby! Wait... she might be competition! Hmmmm.

She's not competition if you dominate her. I hear you like wearing leather...

Okay then, how would Valeros handle the Marriage card?

Scratch that, any of the iconics, yourself included.

You sure? What about you? How'd you get stuck behind enemy lines in the Worldwound as a child?

I snuck in there to rob an old chapel that I'd heard had a golden holy symbol of some Empyreal Lord hidden under the altar. It did not go well.

You'd have to as Valeros. I don't make it a habit of asking my companions about marriage.

Myself?

I predict a lot of heartbroken genies. I'm not a big fan of marriage. Too constrictive.

Meri, what is your thoughts on the idea that rats are just wingless bats?

Also what do the iconics think of the popularity of goblins on this world? do you see them as competitors?

There's much more to a bat than merely being a flying rat.

I don't see goblins as competitors at all. I can't be held accountable for people on the other side of reality being so fond of them. Maybe we should send a few million over there so you can see just how bad goblins are when you have to deal with them sneaking into your house to force-feed your puppy's eyes to your baby just to see if the baby will eat them. Or vice versa. They're not pleasant people to be around.

How do pseudodragons sound in your head when they communicate telepathically? For some reason I imagine they sound like six-year-old kids.

In which capacity? The group or the individual that pays for and enjoys the group?

A long time ago. Had something to do with getting swarmed by a bunch of them in a dungeon and nearly bleeding to death as a result.

Like they do out-loud. High-pitched and hissy and chatty. Not really like kids at all.

I figure she'd be all for a harem of Kyra + Kyra Simulacrums.

Harems restrict the freedom of the women involved. She doesn't like marriage. You'd think she'd like the state of being a concubine even less.

I wouldn't like being a concubine in a harem at all. I was assuming you were asking about my opinions of visiting a harem. And frankly, the more I think about it, the more I'd be tempted to bust those poor women out of the harem. And perhaps hope for a nice reward for rescuing them!

I've seen bald elves who have shaved their heads.

Elves don't grow beards, so I've never seen one with a beard.

As a bribe to me to get me not to stab you. Keep that bucket handy!

Not everything is about dwarves. Thankfully.

I disapprove of the harem bashing in this thread!

I would rather be in charge, I guess, but I'm not all that keen on being tied down with responsibilities.

My choice would be neither.

I now hate harems. If the iconics got rounded up and put in a harem, I would bust them back out and stab the slaver who thought that was a good idea. Even if he or she DID have a bucket of delicious raspberries.

Kinda creepy. And without Kyra's soul and personality... not all that interested. That's just one step above masturbation, really.
