Campaign tools, what did you get? Where did you find it? And can I have a look via a linkie or two?

Ah, update. Oxygen deprivation seems to have done its worse, along with the blood poisoning. To barrow an out saying, "The Lights on, but no one's home."

He's now staying at a long term health clinic. His physical needs will be attended, but it's going to be a long time before anything significant happens. Whether he lives his remaining days as he is now or finally dies to another infection remains to be seen.

Regrettably, the "Do-Not-Resuscitate" order in his will has been put into effect.

The time really sucks right now.

I'm so sorry, BP. It's good that he thought that far ahead. It takes some of the burden off your family. Thinking of you all.

Like sands in an hourglass, time trickles away....

Off for a six night run and work. Take care and be safe everyone.

BP (Some weird French thing was going on earlier): I am very sorry to hear this. We've been continuing to pray for him. Geez, this is really rough. What a tragedy. I hope your family is pulling together.

Hmm. The little paragraph I wrote for my Ravenloft campaign isn't nearly that elaborate.

If it makes you feel any better, I already had all that in a word document. I've been posting it on the discussion thread every few pages for the benefit of newbies trying to get up to speed. It makes me so happy that now there's a permanent place for it. :)

I'm sooooo happy you guys like the new campaigns stuff!

(I know this will only last a short while and then the "can we have it this way" and "it ought to do this" will kick in -- and I look forward to improving it based on your feedback --but I'm still gonna enjoy the moment. :)

Your campaign also has a lot of homebrewed stuff. Mine uses standard PF rules and a published campaign setting, so there is less to tell. Still, I could have a lot of fun reading through people's campaign notes.

Heh heh.

My first post on the matter was a 'thanks, this is great' post.

My second was a 'can we do this?' post.

But it is still very cool.

As well you should. The online campaign tools are a huge leap forward along with the online campaign message box on the side. It shows how much you've embraced the pbp format plus it gives new players an easy way to look at how others play the game.

BP - very rough news about your brother. He and his family is in my prayers as well. Hang in there.

Been going through a similar situation with my mother-in-law. 8+ years now. (Her wishes were ignored.) The way it has been handled/mis-handled has pretty much fractured my wife's family.

They are so strange and bent that they are good... I love the way the Japanese tell stories and make movies.... the end is not as important as the who and the how.

I need to find this movie Space Battleship YAMATO .
